Аbstrасt. The introduction of innovative methods of teaching the English language is becoming topical and of great practical importance. The skillful combination of traditional teaching methods with modern technology capabilities helps to make the atmosphere in the creative audience and enhances the motivation of students. The article gives a brief overview and analysis of trilingual education development in Kazakhstan.

Key w^rds: English for special purposes(ESP), information and communication technologies, multimedia technologies, webquest, and higher professional education.

The idea of polylingual education was first expressed by the President of the country in his Message "New Kazakhstan in the new world". A step-by-step implementation of the cultural project "The unity of languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan", which was adopted at the state level in July 2007, was proposed. The essence of this project is that

each Kazakh is imbued with the idea of mastering three languages, and the education system - school and university - created conditions for this [1].

The President's Message states: "The people will be wise in bringing up their offspring, taking care of their health, education and world outlook... They will be equally well versed in Kazakh, Russian and English... They will be patriots of their country, known and respected all over the world".The head of the state said that Kazakhstan should develop the policy of trilingualism: "We are taking active measures to develop the trilingualism," the President said. - Kazakhstan has created all conditions for each ethnicity to preserve its language, culture and traditions. Once again I would like to say: in our country nobody should be infringed on the principle of belonging to this or that language".

The President noted that knowledge of the Russian language is a historical advantage of the Kazakh nation, which provided it with access to the world culture and world science. In addition, the President noted the need for a qualitative "breakthrough" in the study of English, which couldopen up new limitless opportunities in life for every Kazakh citizen."Along with the state language, we will continue to create the best conditions for the development of languages, cultures and traditions of all nations, ethnic groups living in Kazakhstan," - concluded the President [2].

Thus, trilingualism as a dominant feature of modern society has historical roots and at the same time represents a bridge to the future. At the current stage of development of Kazakhstan, this concept defines the specificity of multicultural educational space and a new format of language policy of the state, focuses on the revival of intellectual and creative potential of the people, integration of the individuals into the international space. The main component of this triunity of languages is the state Kazakh language as a factor of society's consolidation, its spiritual revival through knowledge of history, culture, national identity of its creator - the Kazakh people. An important role in the triad of the Russian language, which also contributes to the unity and cohesion of various social and ethnic groups in a single whole - the people of Kazakhstan. In addition, the Russian language is identified with a breakthrough in the world of advanced science, technology and technology. Hence, its role in the professional training of specialists, especially in the technical field. In addition, the Russian language is a mean of intercultural communication and international cooperation with strategic partners in the post-Soviet space.

The role of a foreign language is conditioned by integration processes taking place in the world community and determining the vector of social development in general. Accordingly, a foreign language, and in particular, English, spoken by half of the world, is the language of successful integration into the world economy, the international image of Kazakhstan [3].

Process of training a foreign language at school is under construction on following basic principles: creative character of training; active character of training; development of autonomy of the pupil in educational activity; communicative character of training; training to culture of native speakers and reliance on speech, educational and cultural experience.

Also very important is the issue of improving the quality of educational services in the entire secondary school system. Any technology or program requires approbation and adaptation to Kazakh reality, mentality, culture, lifestyle. As a result, it turns out that a

pupil is required not only to know the subject, but also to study in depth three languages in parallel.

When a pupil is assigned with specific tasks, involving him/ her in a comprehensive training program, he/ she quickly gets used to these conditions, because children clearly understand the benefits of multiple languages. The teacher closely monitors the progress of the student, helps and supports in his/ her desire for knowledge and develops interest in the educational process. Thus, a child does not get nervous that he or she will not succeed and understand something and is not afraid of the subject or the teacher. Under such conditions children learn easily and willingly [4].

In the modern educational sphere many methods of mastering foreign languages, including English at a high level, have been developed. Knowledge of modern methods is also important for a teacher, so that his teaching is based on their concepts, i.e. on scientific and scientific-pedagogical basis. Recently, the question of choosing a teaching method is becoming more and more topical, which indicates an increase in the culture of consumption of intellectual and educational products.

Currently, there are many methods of teaching English, but all of them are united by a common goal: to form a fully developed ability to communicate orally and in writing in English.

Ultimately, language is the core of the nation. And so the question of language turns out to be not only cultural, but also political. At the beginning of this year, delivering his Message to the people of Kazakhstan, the President once again reminded that for a modern Kazakh, mastering three languages is a prerequisite for his/ her own well-being and that knowledge of English is a necessity. Without knowledge of English it is difficult to integrate into the world community, because this language is a global language of information transmission both in the business environment and in everyday communication.

Trilingualism is the key to a successful career. Learning a foreign language for a career promotes business communication skills, partnership, and competitiveness in the labor market. Language proficiency is one of the keys to success in life, allows you to rise to a higher level, to cover a wider space of communication, to get acquainted with the national features of culture and traditions of peoples of other countries.

Today knowledge of several languages becomes an obligatory requirement not only for foreign, but also for Kazakhstani employers. Fluent knowledge of a foreign language, along with good professional skills, will allow a specialist to get a decent job and build a successful career.

Knowledge of several languages will enrich and expand the boundaries of our lives. This is one of the important bricks of the foundation on which our whole life is built.

In today's world, knowledge of a foreign language is the norm for active and purposeful people, if you communicate fluently in several languages, it will increase your life prospects.

Of course, learning a language is not an easy task. However, everything is possible in our world, the main thing is a strong faith in your own strength. As the English proverb says: "When there is a will, there is a way".Knowledge of languages allows us to build a confident future. We are building our future today.
