ANNOTATION

This article talks about the process and methods of education through foreign languages, the method of teaching foreign languages, the method of studying the activity of the teacher and the student, including the methodology of foreign language teaching, the types of modern methods and the methods used in foreign language teaching and their use.

In addition, this article also talks about the important role of information technology in teaching foreign languages. In particular, the advantages of conducting lessons using information technologies are considered. In general, opinions were expressed about the effectiveness of new methods of learning a foreign language using games and innovative technologies. You can also see that the role of information technology is clearly expressed in the stages of learning a foreign language. At each stage, ideas are expressed about the possibility of improving skills using information resources and technologies. Conducting lessons using modern technologies in the course of the lesson will definitely give an effective result.

АННОТАЦИЯ

В этой статье рассказывается о процессе и методах обучения с помощью иностранных языков, методике преподавания иностранных языков, методе изучения деятельности преподавателя и студента, включая методику преподавания иностранного языка, типах современных методов и методик, используемых в преподавании иностранного языка, и их использовании.

Кроме того, в этой статье также рассказывается о важной роли информационных технологий в обучении иностранным языкам. В частности,

В целом были высказаны мнения об эффективности новых методов изучения иностранного языка с использованием игр и инновационных технологий. Вы также можете видеть, что роль информационных технологий четко выражена на этапах изучения иностранного языка. На каждом этапе высказываются идеи о возможности совершенствования навыков с использованием информационных ресурсов и технологий. Проведение уроков с использованием современных технологий в ходе урока обязательно даст эффективный результат.

ANNOTATSIYA

Ushbu maqolada chet tillari orqali o'qitish jarayoni va usullari, chet tillarini o'qitish usuli, o'qituvchi va talaba faoliyatini o'rganish usuli, shu jumladan chet tilla-rini o'qitish metodikasi, zamonaviy usullarning turlari va chet tillarini o'qitishda qo'llaniladigan usullar va ulardan foydalanish haqida so'z boradi.

Bundan tashqari, ushbu maqolada chet tillarini o'qitishda axborot texnologiya-larining muhim o'rni haqida ham so'z boradi. Xususan, axborot texnologiyalaridan foydalangan holda darslarni o'tkazishning afzalliklari ko'rib chiqiladi. Umuman ol-ganda, o'yinlar va innovatsion texnologiyalardan foydalangan holda chet tilini o'rgan-ishning yangi usullarining samaradorligi to'g'risida fikrlar bildirildi. Shuningdek, axborot texnologiyalarining roli chet tilini o'rganish bosqichlarida aniq ifodalangan-ligini ko'rishingiz mumkin. Har bir bosqichda axborot resurslari va texnologiyalaridan foydalangan holda ko'nikmalarni takomillashtirish imkoniyatlari to'g'risida fikrlar bildiriladi. INTRODUCTION

After our country gained independence, Uzbekistan began to build a democratic life from the first years of independence. Economy, education, and information technologies have become important. The weight of the implemented reforms grew not only from year to year, but even from day to day. Not only fundamental reforms, but also significant changes in other areas, including the education system and the information technology system. Interest in teaching and learning foreign languages

has increased. Due to the fact that information technologies are developing day by day, their perfect study and their effective use significantly contribute to the development of our country, and this has been identified as a great opportunity and task for young people. The main goal of this is to increase the level of knowledge of young people and increase their interest in foreign languages and information technologies. As our first president Islam Karimov said, "Currently, teaching foreign languages is given great importance in our country. There is no need to overestimate the importance of perfect knowledge of foreign languages for our people, who are building their great future in solidarity and cooperation with our foreign partners, for our countries, which are striving to take their rightful place in the world community." In particular, as a continuation of these ideas, the Presidential Decision "On further improvement of the system of teaching foreign languages" was adopted on December 10, 2012. This decision further expanded the possibilities of learning foreign languages. Today, the demand for foreign language is increasing sharply. (Scientific Journal of the Ministry of Public Education 2019. 53) Delivering each subject to students using new innovative pedagogical technologies is one of the main requirements of today's education. In the process of conducting foreign language classes, it is required to use advanced pedagogical technologies, interactive innovative methods, communicative and informational tool.

Methodology

Currently, a lot of work is being done not only on foreign language teaching, but also on finding new methods of teaching and learning in all subjects and testing them in practice. This is one of the most important problems that must be solved in order to improve the educational process today. If before, teaching a foreign language was considered to be the study of this language system, then in the following years, the important goal of teaching became to develop the foreign language speech of its students. It should be mentioned that these goals in learning a foreign language are not set by themselves or by other people or individuals, but are closely related to the changes in the sciences of linguistics and psychology and the social development of society. For example: Let's take the audiolingual method.

The emergence of this method was influenced by the changes in linguistics, that is, the structural flow. It includes the following factors.

- Teaching a foreign language should begin with teaching oral speech.

- Language learning is carried out on the basis of speech samples of various structures.

- Exercises should also be language-based exercises that require multiple repetitions of language material.

- The selection of grammatical patterns and lexis should depend on the results of comparing the native language with the foreign language.

- Pronunciation requires a lot of attention.

The main disadvantage of this method is the large number of mechanical exercises and the small number of actual speech exercises. The founders of this method were Methodist scientists Ch. Friz and R. Lodo. For example: Ch. Friz: says that the main content of the initial stage should be the study of structures. It is desirable that the formation of grammar skills should be based on this. (Sha. Alimov 2017, p. 2)

Educational technologies are effective use of modern information technologies in the educational process. It also provides for improving the quality and efficiency of education by introducing modern innovative technologies in the educational process. In particular, there are several advantages of using such information and communication technologies in learning foreign languages. The use of technological tools is useful in every aspect of foreign language learning (teaching, writing, listening and speaking). For example, in order to listen and understand, of course, this process cannot be carried out without a computer, player, CD discs. Listening comprehension is one of the most important parts of language learning. At the same time, the reader is required to pay attention to the speaker's pronunciation, adherence to grammatical rules, vocabulary and its meanings. An important factor in the use of modern technologies in the educational process is that teachers know and use information and communication technologies well. Teaching and learning a foreign language using modern technologies is one of the most effective ways. In this process, including:

- when using computers, the student can watch and listen to foreign language videos, demonstrations, dialogues, movies and cartoons;

- you can listen to and watch foreign language radio broadcasts and television programs;

- using a tape recorder and cassette tape, which is considered a more traditional method;

- CD players can be used. The use of these technical tools makes the process of learning a foreign language more interesting and effective for students.

Bringing modern communication technologies into the educational process is the most important issue, purposeful and correct, effective use of them, increasing the student's interest in a foreign language and increasing the effectiveness of education. Through this, the opportunity to use innovative technologies of education will be created and the demand will increase.

gies. If they use wide and different methods to cover the topic in the lessons, the efficiency of the lesson will be high, and the increase of students' interest in the lesson will be ensured. It is intended to increase the effectiveness of education by bringing innovations into the educational process and implementing them. The use of various role-playing, action games in the teaching of foreign language classes increases interest in the lesson and in language learning. By having students work in pairs or small groups, it helps students communicate with others.

The use of graphic organizers in the educational process is considered one of the most important tools in managing the topic and delivering it to students. It is also possible to use several different graphic organizers to cover the same topic. When teaching a foreign language, it is appropriate to explain new words and grammatical rules related to the topic using graphic organizers. These are also easier to remember if they are provided through graphic organizers.

In the process of education, especially in the process of teaching a foreign language, students can use different tables to learn a certain grammatical rule, for example, to make sentences using tenses, to place new words, and this will be more effective.

CONCLUSION

Effective use of modern information technologies and innovative educational technologies in educational processes in a time when the need to learn a foreign language is high makes this process effective.

The effectiveness of innovative educational technologies depends on their correct and efficient use in the educational process.
