EXPLORING METHODS OF TEACHING ENGLISH

ANNOTATION

This article provides an in-depth exploration of various methodologies employed in the teaching of English as a second or foreign language. It examines traditional approaches alongside contemporary innovations, highlighting their theoretical foundations, practical applications, and implications for language teaching pedagogy. The article begins by discussing Communicative Language Teaching, which prioritizes meaningful communication and interaction in language learning. АННОТАЦИЯ

В этой статье подробно рассматриваются различные методологии, используемые в преподавании английского языка как второго или иностранного. В ней рассматриваются традиционные подходы наряду с современными инновациями, освещаются их теоретические основы, практическое применение и последствия для педагогики преподавания языка. Статья начинается с обсуждения коммуникативного обучения языку, которое ставит во главу угла содержательное общение и взаимодействие при изучении языка. В нем исследуется, как развивать коммуникативную компетентность с помощью аутентичных заданий и симуляций реальной жизни, подчеркивая интеграцию языковых навыков и деятельности, ориентированной на учащегося.

ANNOTATSIYA

Ushbu maqola ingliz tilini ikkinchi yoki chet tili sifatida o'qitishda qo'llanila-digan turli metodologiyalarni chuqur o'rganishni ta'minlaydi. U zamonaviy inno-vatsiyalar bilan bir qatorda an'anaviy yondashuvlarni o'rganib chiqadi, ularning na-zariy asoslari, amaliy qo'llanmalari va tillarni o'qitish pedagogikasiga ta'sirini ta'kid-laydi. Maqola kommunikativ tilni o'qitishni muhokama qilishdan boshlanadi, bu til o'rganishda mazmunli muloqot va o'zaro ta'sirga ustuvor ahamiyat beradi. Bu til qobi-liyatlari va o'quvchilarga yo'naltirilgan faoliyatning integratsiyasini ta'kidlab, haqiqiy vazifalar va hayotiy simulyatsiyalar orqali kommunikativ kompetentsiyani qanday tarbiyalashini o'rganadi.

Introduction

Advanced experiences of pedagogy and achievements in education putting it into practice is one of the important conditions of today. Now great experiences that a teacher can use during his career base has been formed and it is getting richer day by day. But that's it despite these experiences by teachers and future professionals their assimilation is realized with some difficulty [1-4] . The teacher position in creating best practices and sharing them among colleagues is especially important in popularization. The teacher is a new advanced pedagogy and how effective it is in putting the experience into practice should pay attention to that. Innovation of the teacher's practical activity The focus is on applying the achievements achieved as a result of theoretical pedagogical research enables implementation. These are the results of such studies for popularization, it is necessary to introduce them to the general public. Such giving quick advice by experts in the field of news, a special seminar and conducting training, speaking at conferences, to future pedagogues and conveying to other representatives of pedagogy by presenting a series of lectures possible [5-9]

Methodology

At this point, a question arises: "Advanced pedagogical ideas and technologies who are the agents and propagandists of the general public?". Separately study of the experience of a pedagogue or an educational institution, higher education in popularization professors and teachers of institutions, working in universities mature pedagogues play an important role in this process. The reason for this can be interpreted as follows:

- the author of the innovation is a certain pedagogical idea or perspective of innovation cannot give a necessary and accurate assessment about;

- advanced pedagogues are always about popularizing their ideas they don't think. The reason is that the novelty requires extra time and labor of the pedagogue does;

- the idea is always scientifically and methodologically by its creator insufficient justification;

- the authors of their innovations and ways of putting them into practice related to the individual characteristics of themselves and their colleagues they face obstacles;

- not only the promotion and popularization of pedagogical innovations, but also making corrections to the quality of pedagogues based on the professional of future teachers the task of enriching knowledge and skills is also assigned to the creative team;

- systematic selection of innovations, monitoring, innovative ideas, the tasks of evaluating technologies and enriching work experiences of higher educational institutions is the responsibility of the members of the creative team.

The author of the innovative idea is an activity aimed at practical application does not participate in management [10-14]. This approach is an innovative pedagogue creates a basis for expanding its capabilities and directing it to a specific goal. The powers of the founder of innovative pedagogy and popularizer are thus one focused on a point and directed to a certain goal. Pedagogical innovations has its own dimensions. Pedagogical innovations of the future teacher consists of the following dimensions that form creative activity: how new the innovative methods are; its op-timality; how effective give; possibility of application in mass experiment and so on. Innovative methods the main measure is their novelty, the results of scientific research and advanced pedagogy is on par with experiences. For this reason, what is the real essence of innovation for teachers who want to work in the innovative process it is important to understand [15-17].

Discussion

If the experiment is new for one teacher, another and for this method may not be new. Moreover, for future pedagogues the level of innovation of the same method can be different. He took these into account future pedagogues and teachers working in the educational system based on their need for innovative creative activity should be approached.

It helps to develop the creative functions of future pedagogues innovative methods are manifested in several forms according to the level of novelty: absolute degree; local-absolute degree; conditional degree; subjective level. Innovative diagnostic methods used to study the processes are as follows it is necessary to clearly convey to the minds of future teachers that it consists of.

- mastering and applying pedagogical innovations by future teachers identifying the uniqueness of the process and their various manifestations, in this demonstrating, illustrating, holding open classes, working on new resources, a wide range of work, such as organizing lectures, participating in experimental work such as usage. To study pedagogical innovations on the basis of diagnosis it is recommended to carry out directed practical work in several stages. An in-depth analysis of changes in student activity in the group will be done. As a result, professional skills of future teachers, with the diagnosis of skills and experience and the methods of their diagnosis arming and professional pedagogical education process based on innovative ideas reconstruction allows effective development of creative activity of students. As a result, future teachers are encouraged to engage in creative activities, there is an opportunity to encourage initiative [22].

The creative pedagogical activity of the teacher helps to shape the human mind, behavior, most importantly, a positive solution to the tasks assigned to create a generation of well-rounded people is the process of doing. Also, the planned educational goal is easily realized and the expected result will be achieved faster. That is;

- the role and tasks of the teacher in the system of innovative educational technology are clear must be determined;

- teacher new professional position - "teacher-technologist", - "pedagogist-technologist" should be raised to the level;

- "teacher-technologist" must have special knowledge, skills, qualifications;

- the prestige and potential of the "teacher-technologist" among the pedagogical team concrete measures to ensure the increase, moral and material interest must be implemented.

Teachers in training for the development of the quality of education in the course of the lesson the use of innovative technologies will definitely give effective results.

In conclusion, it can be said that a high level of general professional culture, social activity, independent thinking, ability to solve one's tasks without difficulty today to educate mature professionals with the ability our pedagogic teachers use modern and innovative pedagogical technologies their use is the main factor of increasing the quality and efficiency of education they should understand that, and that this is what the times demand.
