ABSTRACT
This article contains analyzes and opinions about the importance of learning foreign languages and teaching English using applications. Discusses different attitudes which help English languages learners by using technologies to increase theire leraning skills.The effective use of new technologies improves learners language learning skills.

АННОТАЦИЯ:
В этой статье содержится анализ и мнения о важности изучения иностранных языков и преподавания английского языка с использованием приложений. Обсуждаются различные подходы, которые помогают изучающим английский язык с помощью технологий улучшить свои навыки обучения. Эффективное использование новых технологий улучшает навыки изучения языка учащимися.

Speaking a foreign language increases professional opportunities, helps to establish a real connection with the native speakers of that language and allows you to learn more about different places, cultures and ways of life.
Why is English the world language?
English is widely used around the world in computers and all other technological equipment. For this reason, the English language is dominant in the world of science as well. Since science and technology play a huge role in our lives today, it is not possible for English to lose its importance in the future. The English language is currently the third most spoken language in the world and is taught in more than 118 countries. English is a widely spoken language throughout the world. It is frequently used as an international commercial or diplomatic language. It is the language of science, aviation, computers, diplomacy and tourism. But it is above all the language of international communication, the media and the Internet.
Technologies
About 90.93% of the human population uses mobile phones, and over 85.74% of them are smartphone users. These figures show that much of the world's population prefers smartphones over regular mobile phones, and the reason for this is rather simple: the convenience of apps. . Moreover, the use of gadgets will greatly facilitate the activity of the teacher, since the app is able to au-tomatically analyze the progress of the student's knowledge level, which in turn will save a lot of time for the teacher. Mobile apps also have the function of individually adapting algorithms for selecting topics for study and selecting those types of activity that are most suitable for the student. Another important feature of specialized language mobile apps is their personalization. Since the mo-bile phone is an indispensable part of their daily life for today's youth, it is ideal as a channel for delivering various notifications and reminders for completing educational tasks. An interesting aspect of mobile appli-cations is also the availability of various opportunities for additional motivation of students to perform the necessary educational tasks. Applications can be used in various ways: both in English classes and for independent work of students; as mandatory components of the course, and additional use at will; as an auxiliary element of the topic or completely independent study of it, etc

into a private educational institution. Educational apps can be found in all areas, from language learning to cooking skills, from coding to learning an instrument.
Language learning apps are a great way to make traveling abroad a smoother experience. These apps encourage travelers to speak like a local by utilizing current expressions and phrases.Another important feature is an extensive library of stories. Learning games are a great way to engage children and make the process fun.Many language learning apps are designed to be extremely convenient and easy to use. This is due in part to the fact that they can be used whenever a learner has spare minutes. Short bursts of activity are an excellent way to build exposure to the target language and develop core vocabulary, reading comprehension, and listening skills. Another benefit of language learning apps is the ability to receive peer-reviewed feedback from native speakers. This feature is beneficial because native speakers will give you feedback based on how you use the language. It also improves your conversational skills, since you'll have the opportunity to learn from other native speakers. Some apps even allow users to submit their own writing samples for peer review. The native speakers can also comment on your writing and give you constructive criticism.
English Learning Apps
Language learning apps have been especially disruptive. No other type of educational apps is used as often as they are. Today, apps like Duolingo and Babbel have more than 100 million active users, with their numbers increasing by the day (Google Play Store, 2019). They offer courses in languages from Spanish to Hawaiian and are no longer limited to vocabulary teaching only.There are several great apps for learning English, including:
1. Duolingo: Offers a gamified approach to learning vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation.
2. Rosetta Stone: Provides immersive language learning with interactive lessons and speech recognition technology.
3. Babbel: Focuses on practical conversation skills through interactive exercises and real-life dialogues.
4. Memrise: Utilizes spaced repetition and mnemonic techniques to help learners memorize vocabulary effectively.
5. FluentU: Uses authentic English videos, like movie trailers and music videos, to improve listening comprehension and vocabulary.
6. HelloTalk: Connects language learners with native speakers for language exchange and conversation practice.
7. BBC Learning English: Offers a wide range of multimedia resources, including audio and video lessons, quizzes, and news articles.

I have also used this program and I really like it.One advantage of the Duolin-go app is its accessibility, offering users the opportunity to learn languages anytime, anywhere, using their smartphones or computers. This flexibility allows for consistent practice and integration of language learning into daily routines, ultimately leading to more efficient and effective language acquisition.The app provides a structured curriculum that gradually introduces new vocabulary and grammar concepts, ensuring users build a solid foundation in their chosen language.Duolingo offers a variety of interactive exercises, including listening comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing exerci'ses, catering to different learning styles and reinforcing language skills effectively.Users can join language clubs and interact with other learners, participate in discussions, and compete with friends, fostering a sense of community and collaboration in the learning process.Furthermore I know about one app which is called BIGO live.In this app people can live broadcast their life moments, show their talents and receive virtual gifts from supporters but I like the fact that this program allows you to directly communicate with people from another country and that it improves the speaking skills of language learners.
CONCLUSION
In conclusion, mobile applications have become an essential part of modern society, transforming the way we work, communicate, and interact with the world around us and also language learning apps are available on smartphones and tablets, making it easy to learn on the go. You can access lessons and practice exercises whenever and wherever you choose.
