Abstract: Trampolining is one of the most effective means of physical qualities development. As a rule, highly qualified trampoliners have a high level of power oriented, speed-strength qualities development, are able to perform amplitude and difficult for coordination motor actions. At the same time, psychological training improvement, in the opinion of native and foreign researchers, should be accompanied by the level of adaptive reserves of the vital body systems increase. It can significantly reduce the risks of sports injuries and pathological changes in the cardiovascular system development. Considering the training sessions, a real study was conducted concerning the influence of this sports discipline on the level of physical qualities development and the regulatory-adaptive potential of the cardiovascular system. Material. The athletes of the Astrakhan region, who train on a double mini trampoline, took part in the research (41 people). The results of functional tests, control standards, resumes of practitioners were used as material for the work. Research methods. Summarizing specialized native and foreign literature, the results of control standards, functional tests analysis. Statistical processing was carried out using standard methods of variation statistics using Statistica 20 (USA) package. Validity of differences according to Student's t-test. Differences were considered valid in case p<0.05. Correlation analysis was performed using Pearson's correlation coefficient. Result. As a result of the research, we received the data confirming significant changes in physical qualities development, hemodynamic parameters and reserve indices of the cardiovascular system. Keywords: jumping on a double mini trampoline, athletes, physical qualities development, cardiorespiratory system, hemodynamic indices.

Introduction
Jumping on a double mini trampoline can be considered as a universal form of motor activity, included into the program of trampolining [1,2]. Great amount of gymnastic combinations present a wide spectrum of means for the main physical qualities development [3]. The specificity of jumps on a double mini trampoline is conditioned by coordinating abilities, speed-strength oriented qualities, quickness and endurance development [4,5].Constantly changing conditions cause the
necessity to choose the actions, as a rule, in terms of the restricted time period [6]. An important factor in this case is the ability of an athlete to optimize motor actions [7]. Coordination training improvement in jumping on a double mini trampoline is closely connected with general physical fitness and the level of regulating-adaptive potential of cardiorespiratory system [9]. Taking into consideration all mentioned above we studied the influence of jumping on a double mini trampoline lessons on physical fitness and functional reserves of the National team of
the Astrakhan region in jumping on a double mini tramp.
Materials and methods
The athletes of the national team of the Astrakhan region, who are included into the reserve of the team of Russia (41 people) took part in the research. All athletes went through the planned instrumental medical check - up. As a result of the initial and the final functional tests at a bicycle ergometer, the results of physical fitness control normatives we analyzed hemodynamic indices, physical load tolerance and the level of physical qualities development.

Results and discussion
The received results prove significant level increase of physical qualities development during the 10th month of educational-training program.

The results presented in the tables show that jumping on a double mini trampoline lessons helped to increase the effectiveness of physical readiness. The level of regulating-adaptive potential of cardiovascular system, demonstrated in HR (heart rate) decrease in coefficient value X2, was -7,6 and 5,1 at rest and in case of physical load, in terms of statistical validity p< 0,001. We revealed
correlation between HR at rest and regular jumping on a double mini trampoline lessons r1 = 0,615, and HR rehabilitation during the 4th minute, after differently directed physical load r2 = 0,410.
Thus, valid increase of physical qualities level and reserves of cardiovascular system was in the final protocol of the research during the 10th month of lessons.

On the basis of the results in table 3 we come to the conclusion that difficult for coordination elements fulfillment has the tendency to increase. At the same time, after the competitive period we see effectiveness decrease. It in our opinion, is conditioned by high dynamics and emotional atmosphere of the playing activity.
Conclusion
We proved valid interconnection between jumping on a double mini trampoline lessons and physical qualities development, regulating-adaptive potential of cardiovascular system increase was in a reaction to multidirectional physical load during the 10th month of the research. Complex estimation
of physical fitness development, including special readiness, showed significant increase in difficult for coordination elements fulfillment, conditioned by high dynamics.
