Maqolaning dolzarbligi shundan iboratki, u xalqaro baholash dasturlari va standartlarining chet tillarini onlayn o'qitish jarayonidagi rolini aniqlash va tavsiflashga qaratilgan bo'lib, u bir vaqtning o'zida olingan bilimlar va uni real hayotda joriy etish jarayoniga ta'sir qiladi. Bundan tashqari, IELTS, CEFR, TOEFL PISA, PIRLS, TIMSS, ICILS kabi xalqaro baholash dasturlari mamlakatimizning hozirgi talab qilinadigan ta'lim tizimida qo'llaniladi, ularning ba'zilari talabalarning bilimlarini baholash uchun tilshunoslik bilan uzviy bog'liqligi mavjud.

МЕЖДУНАРОДНЫЕ ПРОГРАММЫ И СТАНДАРТЫ ОЦЕНКИ ДЛЯ ИЗУЧЕНИЯ ИНОСТРАННЫХ ЯЗЫКОВ ОНЛАЙН

Актуальность статьи заключается в том, что она направлена на выявление и описание роли международных программ и стандартов оценивания в процессе обучения иностранным языкам онлайн, что одновременно влияет на приобретенные знания и процесс их реализации в реальной жизни. Кроме того, в существующей системе образования нашей страны используются международные программы оценки, такие как IELTS, CEFR, TOEFL PISA, PIRLS, TIMSS, ICILS, некоторые из которых неразрывно связаны с лингвистикой для оценивания знаний студентов.

Maqolaning dolzarbligi shundan iboratki, u xalqaro baholash dasturlari va standartlarining chet tillarini onlayn o'qitish jarayonidagi rolini aniqlash va tavsiflashga qaratilgan bo'lib, u bir vaqtning o'zida olingan bilimlar va uni real hayotda joriy etish jarayoniga ta'sir qiladi. INTERNATIONAL EVALUATION PROGRAMS AND STANDARDS FOR ONLINE LEARNING OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES

ABSTRACT

Actuality of this article is that it is directed to define and characterize the role of international assessment programs and standards in online teaching process of foreign languages, which has a knock on effect on the process of effective gained knowledge and its implementation in real life, simultaneously. In addition, international assessment programs such as IELTS, CEFR, TOEFL PISA, PIRLS, TIMSS, ICILS are utilized in today's demanding education system in our country, some of them have connection with linguistics to evaluate students' knowledge, as well.

INTRODUCTION

Nowadays in Uzbekistan many educational reforms are aimed at creating a decent and comfortable environment for students, ensuring the right to free education and at the same time working, improving the quality of education and creating an educated workforce. Every year in our country, several areas of science are selected and developed with special attention. It is worth mentioning that this year physics and foreign languages have been taken into consideration which was identified by the President of Uzbekistan Sh. Mirziyoyev on the videoconference on May 6, 2021.[1]

It is undeniable that Covid-19, which is considered a world massacre has radically changed people's lifestyles in many areas. Even the conservative education system has been forced to adapt quickly to new conditions and to follow different procedures. On condition of that like other countries, the government also estimated the situation correctly and educational system, namely blended method of teaching transferred to online method.

Actually, every teacher must ensure that students in a group develop self-awareness and an understanding of their academic growth. In higher education system students need mostly to learn how to identify their strengths and weaknesses and take ownership of their learning. Standardized testing is one of the integral part of assessing students' strengths and weaknesses. With a balanced approach, educators can use tests as one indicator to move students forward to be prepared to succeed in a global society and to better ensure equity for all students. checking students' knowledge is not only just testing, but also preparing them to tackle difficult tasks and overcome challenges in life.

LITERATURE REVIEW

It is frequently claimed that in online teaching students really needed practice and help from foreign developed countries. So, our educational system has borrowed some methods and accepted several international assessment programs. This in itself requires increasing the interest of our students in the lessons and increasing the attention of teachers to comprehensive education.

There are a number of international programs that are widely used as criteria for further improving the quality of education in developed countries: PISA, PIRLS, TIMSS, ICILS, IELTS, CEFR, TOEFL and others. In our country mostly accepted tests are IELTS, CEFR, TOEFL for checking students' language level. In each examination has own peculiarities and essential aspects: reading, writing, listening speaking and grammar. For example: the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is designed to evaluate English level.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

Before starting preparation for the IELTS exam, it is important to properly assess students' level of English proficiency. Often a person who speaks English below average will also want to take the test. At the same time, he thinks that reading smart books and deep study of thematic materials will help him to increase his level of knowledge and achieve high results in the exam. However, in reality such expectations are often not justified and the candidate concludes that his English is not yet at the required level. In most cases it is also required knowing linguistics in upper intermediate level or advanced level.

The IELTS exam consists of 4 parts: listening, reading, writing, speaking.

Each stage of the exam must be prepared separately. For a child accustomed to memorizing exam tickets, it will be difficult to prepare for the exam because there is a completely different system for assessing the level of knowledge. Difficulties with speaking and writing often occur with lexical and grammatical aspects of language, so learners need to prepare this part especially carefully.

For example: the word "practise" can be a verb or a noun;

"practical" is adjective;

"practically" is adverb and so on. According to context and structure of the words the meaning is changed. Thus, it is essential for English learners knowing linguistic rules and patterns, firstly.

Future tasks in preparation for the study of international assessment programs

• Effective use of modern pedagogical technologies, interactive methods in teaching (native language), mathematics and natural sciences (physics, chemistry, biology, geography)

• Strengthening interdisciplinary integration in the teaching of natural sciences (physics, chemistry, biology, geography), teaching science in connection with various fields and life processes

• More effective organization of practical training in physics, chemistry and biology (laboratory, problem solving)

• Extracurricular activities to develop students' cognitive and creative skills

• Create learning tasks aimed at identifying students' cognitive and creative characteristics and use them regularly in current, intermediate, and final examinations.

• Conducting seminars for basic, natural and philological schools on international assessment programs and assignments

• Improving access and quality of modern information and communication technologies, Internet access in secondary schools

• Conducting systematic tests to assess the formation of students' practical skills in secondary schools

• Secondary school principals are responsible.

VXTB, TXTB are responsible for inspectors-methodologists of education quality monitoring. [3]

In general, today's focus on science and investment in education will be instrumental in helping the younger generation to become self-sacrificing professionals for the future development of our country.
