Annotation. A long-term sports training is reasonable to consider as a difficult specific system with own typical for it characteristics. The whole process of a long-term sports training includes a lot of variables, that is why, training means and methods undergo great changes. Most authors, studying the system of a long-term sports training, underline the stage of initial training, in particular sports-health improving stage. Material. At the same time, pedagogical conditions have a positiveinfluence on personal and procedural aspects, providing effective functioning of young 6-9 year-old judoists training pedagogical technology in sports-health improving groups of a sports school. Urgency. Considering modern tendencies and approaches to a long-term sports training organization among judoists, on the basis of scientific-methodical literature analysis, we can state that it is reasonable to consider a long-term training as a difficult specific system with typical for it peculiarities. The whole process of a long-term sports training includes a lot of variables, that is why, training means and methods undergo great changes. Most authors, studying the system of a long-term sports training, underline the stage of initial training, in particular sports-health improving stage (A.V. Eganov, 1999; Y.K. Koblev, 1990; A G. Levitskiy, 2003; I D. Svishchev, S.V. Eregina, 2003).

Sports-health improving stage, as the initial stage of training, can form the base for an effective training of judo sports reserve, the same as sports training at these stages of training can be integrated into the system of physical upbringing at school. In this term judo is important for physical upbringing of senior pre-school children and junior schoolchildren [1,2,3,4].

According to article 32 of the Federal Law №329-FL "On physical culture and sport in the Russian Federation" (17.04.2017), the demands of the federal standards of sports training don't affect sports-health improving stage. The content of sports-health improving stage is determined in accordance with the realized in additional educational establishments for children generally developing programs in the sphere of physical culture and sport [5].

Nowadays education at sports-health improving stage in sports schools is realized on the basis of general methodical principles. However, very often in practice of sports

schools for children and teen-agers there are no programs and methodologies of training young 6-9 year-old judoists in sports-health improving groups. At the same time, during sports-health improving stage principally physical-health improving and upbringing work is realized, which is directed at many-sided physical training, main judo and other kinds of sport techniques mastering. In this connection it should be noted that it is necessary to broaden new research directions and introduce modern pedagogical technologies of young judoists training into practice (S.V. Eregina, 2003; A.G. Levitskiy, 2003; ID. Svishchev, 2005) [3].

Research results. In 2013 we held the stating experiment, which included a complex medical check-up: the level of general physical readiness revelation among 6-9 year-old children; conversations with children; a questionnaire survey among parents, judo trainers-teachers; anthropometric studies; psychological-pedagogical research (tapping test for the type of central nervous system and temperament determination).

In terms of existing in sports school for children and teen-agers problem of instable contingent of those who train (trainers-teachers in sports-health improving groups and groups of initial training face this problem) we revealed the reasons of children elimination from these groups. For this purpose at the beginning and at the end of the first year of training the following events were held: conversation among children and a questionnaire survey among parents and trainers-teachers. According to the results of the conversation with children and the results of a questionnaire survey we revealed that all children-respondents (100%) have a positive attitude towards judo lessons. At the same

time, they are led by the desire to wrestle, desire to develop technical-tactical training,

they like communication with a trainer and learn different judo techniques (picture 1). mutual work in group. All children had the

Picture 1 - The results

At the same time, conversation with children showed, that almost all children have only visual notion of judo and rarely have conscious attitude to the training process. The main criteria of sports activity choice are the following notions: "like" and "don't like". Inability of junior schoolchildren to estimate own interests, desires and abilities objectively underlines the fact, that almost 92,5% of children dream of becoming champions.

90% of children said that they were not ready to fulfill difficult tasks. 85% of children don't agree with the statement that judo is only one of an enjoyable time spending forms. Children like when a trainer-teacher pays special attention to them (100%), they are offended by lack of attention from a trainer during the training lesson (95%). 87,5% of children fully confide in the trainer-teacher, 75% of children have personal sympathy and 85% of children are sure that there are no people better than their trainer.

At the same time, temporary or full substitution of a trainer can influence the desire of children to go in for judo in the future. Children think (regardless of their age or gender) that the obligatory professional quality of a trainer should be tenderness (77,5%).

of conversation with children

An important role in steady attendance of children plays the interest of parents in the fact that their children go in for sports. At the same time, 83,3% of parents don't know much about a positive influence of sport on the organism of children, and about the sports regimen. Very often parents think that sport stands in the way of education, if their children have no time or don't make progress at school and that is why they insist on temporary dismissal of sports trainings.

In general a questionnaire survey showed that parents' attitude to regular sports trainings can be called passive-positive. At the end of the stating experiment all parents wanted their children to attend judo lessons regularly in sports-health improving group (picture 2). In 65% of cases this desire was influenced by judo competitions attendance during the World University Games, held in Kazan (July, 6-17, 2013).

Summarizing the results of a stating experiment, we can come to the conclusion, that the problem of unstable contingent of those, who go in for judo in sports-health improving groups of a sports school for children and teen-agers, can be solved by the pedagogical technology creation of young judoists training in sports-health improving

groups and its introduction into the practice of sport schools.

- sports-health improving lessons organization with children, taking into consideration individual psychophysical abilities;

- different forms of recreational events organization;

- an optimal choice of physical exercises, which provide health improvement, children's physical and mental working capacity support;

- teaching the methods of self-diagnostics, self-assessment and self-control in educational-training activity.

The main structural components of our pedagogical technology are the following:

a) methodological part (scientific base of a technology; psychological-pedagogical ideas forming its base);

b) content part (aim of study, educational material content);

c) procedural part (technological process: educational process organization, methods and forms of educational activity, methods and forms of a trainer-teacher work, the activity of a trainer-teacher concerning educational-training process control, educational process diagnostics).

The aim of the pedagogical technology is many-sided physical development of children, the contingent preservation and certification for the 6th category.

Nowadays children are included into the group of the initial training (GIT-1) when

During the structure and content of the pedagogical technology creation we took into

they are 10 years old. In this connection it is reasonable to realize judo lessons with 6-9 year-old children during two years - in sports-health improving groups of the 1st and the 2nd years training (SHD-1, SHD-2).

The program of sports-health improving group of the 1st year training (6-7 years old) includes three main blocks of training. Each block includes the definite number of modules (the 1st block - 16, the 2nd block-20, the 3rd block-6). Each module has the aim, objectives and the levels of the aim achievement.

The program of sports-health improving group of the 2nd year training (8-9 years old) also includes three main blocks of training, each of which includes 8, 24 and 6 modules.

Thus, created by us program of young 6-9 year-old judoists training in sports-health improving groups is based on block- modular system, which helps to select physical training means rationally, as each module is a system of educational-training lessons, which have the unity of content, methodical, organizational, estimating and technological components.

Conclusion. Pedagogical technology of training young judoists helps to introduce simpler and effective ways of pedagogical aim achievement on the basis of judoists' individual peculiarities. During the pedagogical technology creation pedagogical

account the following principles:

80,00% 60,00% 40,00% 20,00% 0,00%

conditions, as one of the pedagogical system components, were taken into account. These conditions reflect the whole range of educational abilities, material- spatial environment and the factors of health protecting pedagogical environment. At the same time, pedagogical conditions have a positive influence on personal and procedural aspects, providing effective functioning of young 6-9 year-old judoists pedagogical technology training in sports-health improving groups of a sports school.
