THE SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL IMPORTANCE OF TUTORING (TEACHING) FUTURE TEACHERS TRAINING TO TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract. In this article, today's relevance of innovative training of future teachers for tutoring activities, the content and essence of tutoring activities are highlighted based on the opinions and opinions of scientists. In addition, the principles of implementing tutoring activities of future teachers are reflected.

In the development of new Uzbekistan, consistent and large-scale work is being done to increase the position and influence of young people in our country, to ensure their rights and legitimate interests, to realize their abilities and opportunities, and to turn them into active and constructive members of society. It is known that young people are encouraged to think in a new way, to solve problems based on creative and non-standard approaches in the implementation of new ideas, to bring out their talents and potential in the fields of science, innovation, literature, art and sports. It took a leading position in a number of decrees of the leader of our country on measures to improve the system of working with youth, such as creating all the conditions for active participation in social and political life. Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 8, 2019 "On approval of the concept of development of the higher education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030" [1] and the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education on this basis on September 30, 2021 On the basis of the adopted order and regulation [2], a tutoring system was introduced in higher educational institutions. development of the personality of the student based on the important forms and means of systematic and effective implementation of personnel training, ensuring their appropriate participation in the educational institution, national and international competitions and Olympiads, meaningful spending of free time, guiding young men and women to the profession The tutor regularly visits the residences of students living in student residences, rented and private apartments, studies the conditions and problems of students and takes measures to improve them. the history of tutoring activity and development trends have been covered above, in this process it is appropriate to consider the meaning of the word "tutor" and the definitions given to it. n existing explanatory dictionaries, the word "tutor" is given different definitions as follows, and based on them, the meaning of tutoring activity can be understood in different ways:

Tutor (visual "tutor " - tutor, curator, educator in an educational institution). A pedagogue who provides general supervision of students' independent work outside the classroom, a teaching position in some universities [3]; Tutor (lat."tutor " -protector, guardian). A teacher-consultant or a curator who helps the student to organize his individual study and carries out educational-methodical guidance of the educational process within the framework of a specific educational program [4];

Tutor (visual "tuter" - tutor, trainer). A teacher, a coach who helps students to organize the educational process in a way that gives the best results [5]; has the functions of creating favorable working conditions for each student in order to prepare them for choosing a profession based on the determination of students' abilities through tests [6]. In some e-dictionaries, the position of the tutor is considered from the point of view of the Internet environment, where the tutor as a teacher-consultant organizes effective learning of the course, conducts seminars, gives comments on written assignments, self- It is intended to regulate the independent learning process, conduct face-to-face training for sharing experience, and use active teaching methods [7]. The following definitions were given to the word tutor in research conducted by a number of scientists and other experts in the field:

Yu.L. Derajne said that "the tutor is considered an important component in the open education system that performs the functions of a coach, methodist, and consultant" [8]. By T.I. Konyanina, "a tutor is a person who helps and supports the process of independent learning, the search for individual education, and supports the development and implementation of individual educational projects and programs"[9]. According to P.G. Shedrovsky, a tutor is "a consultant who can help a student develop an individual educational program, adapt to the educational process itself and its individual elements..." [10].

S.A. Shennikov "tutor" as a teacher-consultant - a specialist who facilitates education and independent learning" [11]. According to L. Rilova, "the position of a tutor is a special form of supporting the process of self-determination of the learner's learning (setting the goal, reflexive analysis of the action and self-evaluation, self-control and others) and determining the search for resources to create an individual educational trajectory (program);

N. Jevakina considers tutoring as a specialization of a teacher's professional activity. To train this type of teachers, it is necessary to develop their communicative, analytical, reflective skills, psychological readiness to work in a virtual environment, development of assistance skills, adaptation of students to a new form of education [12].

T.M. Kovaleva stated that "a tutor is a special pedagogue working on the principle of individualization and helping to create and implement an individual educational program" [13]. Scientists and experts in the field have given different definitions of a tutor, most experts believe that T.M Kovaleva's tutoring is a special type of pedagogical assistance, which is widely used in the world and in practice by most experts - it is assistance in the process of individualization of the student in the process of open education, it can be seen that the opinion can be supported.

There are a number of experiments in our republic regarding the concept of a tutor, and the following definitions are given in scientific research works and legal documents adopted by our state: For example, in the work of A. Askarov, A. Ibraimov, as research scientists who conducted research in this field in our country, "Tutor (teacher-consultant) - the activities of the students in the relevant training module during the training process of distance training it is noted that "coordinating and managing, providing methodical support, implementing study and knowledge control" and that tutors are engaged in 4 forms of training in distance training. The result of training future teachers for tutoring activities is not only improving the educational process, improving the talent of young people, stabilizing the social situation, and improving the level of students' knowledge. To establish and strengthen relationships with students in the process of educational work, to provide them with methodical, social and psychological support, to increase the feeling of love for the Motherland, to effectively organize their free time, to organize their activities regular analysis, study and improvement of their social situation, increase their aspiration and talent, scientific potential, social activity, encourage their talent and initiative and help them find their place in life, bring up the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism, ensuring their intellectual maturation and spiritual development, systematic work with young people with a tendency to commit crimes, etc. will be effective and effective.
