In the process of education, the community of adults, educators and students interact. The renewal of our society, the development of our lives requires a reconsideration of the process of upbringing a harmoniously developed generation.

Education is based on the ideas of Central Asian philosophers on education and the rich experience of folk pedagogy in education. The theory of education uses the data of philosophy, sociology, ethics, aesthetics, physiology, psychology to substantiate its rules. The theory of education is inextricably linked with other branches of pedagogy: the general principles of pedagogy, the theory of education, school studies.

In modern pedagogy, it is emphasized that upbringing is not a simple influence of the educator on the pupil's personality, but the interaction and interaction of educators and pupils with a specific purpose, in cooperation with each other.

Upbringing implies the formation of an intelligent, polite, hardworking, educated, healthy, faithful, pure-hearted, spiritually mature, patriotic, inter-ethnic, humane and harmoniously developed person. Education is based on local, socio-economic conditions, national traditions and interregional characteristics.

In the process of upbringing, a person's various abilities develop, character, ideological, moral, volitional, aesthetic qualities are formed, a system of scientific views on nature and society is formed, and physical strength is strengthened.

The child actively learns the experience of adults, not slowly: in this mastery, his conscious movement, diligence play an important role. Pupils are not able to acquire experience and knowledge without a certain level of activity. As the child gets older, this activity becomes more and more independent: the pupils are able to form their own worldview, self-improvement, understanding of the phenomena of nature, society and life, as well as a critical attitude to perceptions. They get used to it.

The progressives of all times valued education. Among the people's sages and thinkers Abu Nasr Farobi, Abu Rayhan Beruni, Abu Ali Ibn Sino, Mirzo Ulugbek, Alisher Navoi, Zavqi, Furkat, Avaz Otar, Hamza, Abdullah Avloni considered human perfection in science and education.

In the process of upbringing, the team of adults, educators and pupils interact. This relationship should be built on mutual understanding, trust and cooperation.

Educational institutions coordinate the whole educational work with life, teach students about the past, history, art, work on the basis of folk pedagogy, pedagogical views of great scholars on the upbringing of children, deepen the human spirit. It is necessary to study and instill in young people the skills of work on the basis of oriental customs and traditions.

Both educators and parents need to know the purpose of education.

The main goal of education in educational institutions is the full development of the individual. The full development of a person, which includes the completeness of some aspects or characteristics of his personality, the sum of his physical, moral, political, aesthetic views.

Education depends on the method of production of material wealth, the social structure of society, the political system, ideology.

The unity and interdependence of education with the development of the individual is its important law.

Personal development depends on the quality of education. At the same time, the content, form and methods of education depend on the level of development of the individual. The process of upbringing is complex. That is why it requires the educator to treat the child with kindness, taking into account his mental state, mental and physical capabilities. The educator must carefully study the personality of the pupil, understand and respect them.

The more useful the life activities of the pupils are for the society, the more purposeful and rationally organized their relations are, the more effective the process of upbringing will be.

Man is brought up by the means that surround him: family, parents, school, friends, the environment, the media, art, literature, nature, and so on. It should guide the process of development and formation of the individual. In interpersonal relations it is necessary to be humane, to respect each other between teachers and students, to pay attention to the opinions of children, to treat them with kindness.

It should be noted that in practice, the educational process should be a nationwide and continuous, involving children of all ages, and it is desirable to ensure the integration of efforts of various social, public and state institutions and institutions in the formation of personality.

In education, it is necessary to recognize the human person as the highest social value, to respect the uniqueness and individuality of each child, to take into account his social rights and freedoms.

Education is an ongoing process that is carried out systematically with a specific purpose.

The younger generation is brought up in accordance with the specific method of production and social relations of society in each historical period. This is the basic law of upbringing.

Upbringing is connected with the life of the society, and with the change and development of the society, upbringing also changes and develops.

The educational process must become vital and practical. All participants of the educational process; Teachers, parents, the public, youth organizations and labor unions must all have professional and pedagogical training.
