URGENCY OF THE RESEARCH
Relatively high individual level of health and psychophysical readiness support for the future professional activity is one of the main objectives of physical upbringing departments at technical higher educational establishments. It is well-known that a person's function of balance estimation is the indicator of problems with a person's vestibular system and an integral feature of an organism - health state [2,5]. Tiredness, intoxication, central nervous system disorders are seen in coordination disorders during balance holding [5]. Balance keeping (vertical pose) demands constant body movements, which are the result of the upper segments of central nervous system, vestibular and visual
analyzers, joint and muscular proprioception interaction. During physical culture and sport lessons the ability to master the technique of movements also depends on the level of coordinating skills development, including the ability to preserve and keep balance. Scientists think that balance keeping is a dynamic phenomenon, demonstrated in a constant body movement, which is the result of the upper segments of central nervous system, vestibular and visual analyzers, joint and muscular proprioception interaction [2].
Stabilometric state control of students, who go in for physical exercises both during the main physical culture lessons and during purposeful sectional lessons, helps to reveal timely the students, who have a low level of
adaptive abilities of an organism to physical factors and people, who have the initial symptoms of diseases ("risk group").
The aim of the research was to define biological age estimation correspondence with the level of stabilography balance indices estimation among students according to Voytenko methodology. Research objectives:
1. To define the level of balance index among students of technical higher educational establishment.
2. To estimate biological age of students according to Voytenko methodology.
3. To reveal the interaction between balance indices and the level of students' health, defined according to a real biological age.
MATERIALS AND METHODS The main experimental methodology was stabilometry, which is the method of quantitative, tridimensional, time series analysis of a person's set position steadiness support [3]. Computer stabilographic systems use at a contemporary state of technical devices development helps to diagnose effectively a student's health state. This method is simple enough and one person examination takes about 4-5 minutes. As the procedure is short it helps to examine students before physical culture lessons and after them (before and after physical load).
Used in the research stabilometric platform "Stabilan-01" includes computer static motor-cognitive tests with biological feedback. During the research two stabilographic methodologies were chosen:
1) balance function estimation-statistical sample. Estimation is in points. This is "Target" type test, based on a complex estimation of balance function. Test fulfillment demands accuracy and body position differentiation in time and space. The aim of a student is to stand straight at a stabilographic platform with eyes concentration on a target and light spot holding in the center of the target owing to balance holding. "Target" type tests help to estimate the state of attention, visual perception and muscular control congruence,
general effectiveness of a purposeful action fulfillment during static vertical pose holding;
2) the quality of balance control estimation (statistical sample) and movement coordination estimation (dynamic sample). This test includes a range of psychomotor manifestations: quick and accurate reaction to the task change, accuracy and ability to differentiate and reproduce spatio and power parameters of a movement (kinesthetic abilities, based on proprioceptive sensitivity, are seen if it is necessary to renew balance quickly after the pose change).
A student had to move the color spot into different points of a screen by means of micro-fluctuation of a body while standing on a stabilographic platform. During the test fulfillment computer registered stabilographic signal, which was presented as a mark (in points), related to 3 zones of a student's state: bad, neutral and good state.
Together with the computer stabilography standard tests were used, which estimated physical readiness of students: 100 meters running (seconds), 3000 meters running seconds), standing long-jump (cm), arms bending hanging on a bar (quantity) for boys and 100 meters running (seconds), 2000 meters running (seconds), standing long-jump (cm) and body flexion and extension in dorsal position (quantity) for girls. The results of physical readiness tests could be transferred into points according to the sum of 4 tests.
Anthropometric measurements were held- students' height (cm) and weight (kg).
Additionally a student's biological age was estimated according to Voytenko methodology.
The received results of measurements were handled with the help of mathematical statistics methods.
In general 67 male students and 18 female students (the 1st and the 2nd course) from technical higher educational establishments were examined. Students were from the main medical group. The research was held on the basis of physical upbringing department of Bryansk State EngineeringTechnical University and Bryansk State
Technical University (during November-December 2017).
RESEARCH RESULTS AND THEIR DISCUSSION
During "Target" test fulfillment it was stated that balance function is badly developed among 47% of male students and 34% of female students. 42% male students and 53% of female students had satisfactory balance function. 7% of male students and 13% female students have good state of balance. 4% of male students and no female students have excellent state of balance
function (pictures 1 and 2). At the same time, it should be noted that all students were in the main health group. According to absolute mean indices of "Target" type test among male students and female students there were no valid differences at 5% level of significance (p>0,05). Among girls this index is 49,6±6,58 points, among boys - 40,3±2,82 points and these results correspond with satisfactory level. The absence of gender differences among students during "Target" test fulfillment was mentioned earlier [2,3, 5].
Picture 1 -The ratio of balance function development levels according to stabilographic index of "Target" type test among male students of technical higher educational establishments
Picture 2 - The ratio of balance function development levels according to stabilographic index of "Target" type test among female students of technical higher educational establishments
No valid (p>0,05) correlation connections between "Target" type test results, based on complex estimation of balance function, and the indices, which are included into the system of biological age estimation according to Voytenko methodology (inspiratory breath holding (r=-0,22), static balance (r=0,09), self-evaluation of health (r=-0,14) and real biological age (r=-0,001) and weight (r=-0,04)) were revealed.
V.E. Kosachev [2] in his research work underlined the absence of statistic connections with anxiety indices and personal features. With the help of factorial analysis the author revealed, that stabilographic indices in his research combined into two factors with high weight. Moreover, apart from stabilographic indices, these factors didn't include any indices of other methodologies [2].
Voytenko methodology was used for health state estimation in terms of teaching students the methods of self-diagnostics, self-evaluation and self-control of own physiological abilities, which is the most important principle of educational sphere organization at physical upbringing departments in order to direct students towards a healthy life style. Own biological age determination by students provides their redirection to a healthy life style, which is the base of more successful professional skills teaching.
Low functional reserves among young people cause the necessity to use special means and methods of physical culture at physical culture lessons. A person's body viability is determined not only according to number of years he lived, but also by the degree of body resistance. Organism functions if internal organs and systems function normally and interact with each other, balanced metabolism is provided, old cells are renewed [1]. Chronologic (real) age shows how many years a person lived. Also there is the notion "biological age". Biological age shows a person's body age (real age of body) and usually doesn't correspond with calendar age. This methodology has special practical value, as it pays the attention of students to themselves, their own health. Biological age of men and
women was calculated according to different formulas [1]:
BA (biological age) of men:
26,985 + 0,215 SBP - 0,149 BHB -0,151 SB + 0,723 SEH
BA (biological age) of women:
-1,463 + 0,415 PBP - 0,140 SB + 0,248 BM + 0,694 SEH.
The formulas include the following indices:
SBP: (systolic blood pressure) in millimeters of mercury.
PBP: (pulse blood pressure) in millimeters of mercury.
BHB: (breath holding duration after a deep breath) is estimated three times with 5-minutes interval using stopwatch. The greatest value of BHB is taken into account, in seconds.
SB: (static balance (or "Japanese test")) is determined during standing on the left leg, shoeless, eyes are closed, hands down along the body.
BM: (body mass in kilograms).
SEH: (subjective estimation of health) is realized with the help of a questionnaire, which includes 29 questions.
The indices of static balance ("Japanese test") among students in the average have very low values - 30,9±9,25 seconds, among female students - 47,4±11,42 seconds. There are a lot of mistakes of arithmetic mean, which is conditioned by small volume of samplings.
Health self-evaluation has sufficiently high indices among male students -4,2±0,45 points, among female students self-evaluation is sufficiently lower (valid p<0,05) and is 10,6±1,27 points. Since 2013 health self-evaluation among girls decreased from 7,3±0,73[1] (valid p<0,05), which shows worse self-evaluation of health by girls.
During calendar age estimation among male and female students of the 1st and the 2nd courses (18-19 years-old) real biological age was the following: among female students -27,5 ±1,68 years, among male students -28,1±1,86 years.
Such kind of biological age advance in relation to calendar age can be interpreted as the feature of students' health level and functional reserves decrease.
Male students with a satisfactory and bad level of balance function development had valid (p<0,05) differences according to Student's t-test only in breath holding index. All other indices, included into the formula of biological age determination according to Voytenko methodology, don't have valid differences (p>0,05) between students from different categories according to balance function estimation (static sample of "Target" type).
During the results of stabilometric tests comparison among male and female students before and after physical exercises (the 1st and the 2nd sample) we see the index improvement among girls in 69% of cases in different degree, among male students - in 41,7% of cases.
But this fact verification didn't reveal valid differences at 5% level of importance neither among men, nor among women.
CONCLUSION
Good and excellent level of balance function development according to stabilographic index of "Target" type test is seen only among 13% of girls and 11% of male students from technical higher educational establishments.
The average biological age of students is 24,4±0,7 years with the average calendar age 18,3±0,11 years. It proves real functional abilities of an organism decrease in comparison with demanded for this age results.
No valid connections between balance function development indices on the basis of stabilometry method use and biological age estimation indices were revealed.
Stabilographic method use in order to estimate health state according to Voytenko methodology is not statistically proved (p>0,05), but there is the tendency of stabilographic indices connection with a short-term success prediction and physical-sports activity effectiveness in coordinating difficult actions (sports games). It is supposed that further research works organization will help to reveal valid connections during
stabilographic method use as the method for students' health state revelation.

Annotation: Rehabilitation processes acceleration is the main objective of rehabilitation during postsurgical period. The standard of rehabilitation after surgical fixation of lumbar spine (LS) includes the following: remedial gymnastics (RG), massage and physiotherapy, which often cause timely pain and edema increase during postsurgical period of rehabilitation. In this connection people are afraid of vertical adjustment and physical activity. These symptoms are offered to neutralize with the help of preliminary cryo-massage [19]. Materials. 30 patients-sportsmen of neurosurgery department of Sverdlovsk Regional Clinical Hospital (16 men and 14 women at the age of 24±4,2) had remedial gymnastics (30 minutes) (the 1st group) after LS operative therapy from the first day after the operation, in the experimental group (the 2nd group) cryo-massage was used [19]. Research methods. Rehabilitation results were estimated according to physical and psychological state self-assessment with the help of "SF-36"test-questionnaire. Results. Rehabilitation effectiveness is proved by patients' life quality improvement. During physical and psychological health self-assessment with the help of "SF-36" test respondents underlined both separate and overall components improvement. Total physical component improved from 79,38±15,73 till 87,98±17,06 (t=-1,96 p<0,002), total psychic component improved from 75,31±12,44 till 84,01±14,65 (t=-4,078 p<0,001) before and after the course of rehabilitation. Conclusion. The results showed that cryo-massage use after LS operative therapy provides early vertical adjustment and quicker rehabilitation of the injured tissues, 90% ofpatients started to train one month after the operation.
