Bilingualism is a common practice in education, the workplace, and society around the globe, offering social-emotional and cognitive advantages. The educational system in the United States is separate and specifically designed for Englishspeaking monolinguals. Particularly in the primary educational institutions. Research indicates that brain growth positively affects cognitive and social-emotional learning during this early period of development, thus districts should work to close the gap left by the absence of second language instruction in the primary schools. The goal of this in-service project is to help elementary school districts better grasp the reasons why learning a second language will help students develop their cognitive and socialemotional skills. In order to accomplish the adoption of second language learning in primary schools, scope and sequence as well as the communication of research-based knowledge will be crucial components of this in-service. Key performance metrics for the in-service program will be ongoing assessments. Less emphasis on learning second languages will be advantageous. Student body through healthy socialemotional learning and impacting their mental development.

METHODOLOGY

Learning a new language is rewarding at any age, but children benefit from learning another language at a very young age. Research studies particularly support starting bilingual education at the preschool level. Very young children are quick to learn and pick up a new language. There are also many benefits children can reap when they learn a second language. A number of research studies have shown that children who learned a second language at a young age demonstrated cognitive advantages, such as increased problem-solving skills and creativity.

Most scientists in this field currently share this point of view and believe that early exposure to a language is the only way for children to learn a language, perhaps even a native one. Most scientists in this field currently share this point of view and believe that early exposure to a language is the only way for children to learn a language, perhaps even a native one. They have well-proven abilities or character traits that will make it easier for them to learn a language through gestures and facial expressions, they are able to easily understand the language. Each of these stages helps them understand the meanings of unfamiliar words and expressions. They will find great use for this early knowledge in the future. This continues to be an important component of communication. The willingness of children to learn the language is indicated in one of the books entitled "Teaching English in primary schools" in this way.

They can use language very creatively. They are able to learn indirectly better than directly. They find the lesson fun and enjoyable. They have a very good imagination. They are free to communicate

Children are simply capable of this. While learning a language is an enriching experience for all ages specially children have the most to gain from the adventure. As children are always discovering new things and trying to learn. They are considered superior language learners. Where to According to Dr. Curtiss who is Professor of Linguistics, who studies the way children learn languages notes that it does not seem to matter how many languages we seem to throw to the children's way, they have a very great power to learn it. They can learn as many spoken languages as you can allow them to hear systematically and regularly at the same time. Children just have this capacity. They can develop several languages at the same time. It has a positive effect on intellectual growth. We can list the advantages in this way: Enriches and enhances a child's mental development Leaves students with more flexibility in thinking Improves a child's understanding of his/her native language

Opens the door to other cultures and helps a child understand and appreciate people from other countries

Increases job opportunities in many careers where knowing another language.

Young brains are hardwired to learn language naturally because they have a flexible wiring. Even though adults learn through a formal first language system and study specific grammar rules, children can acquire native-like fluency with the same ease as they learned to walk. Language acquisition is most effective in the early years. Multilingual exposure is a great method to strengthen and stretch certain brain muscles, according to studies on the impact of bilingualism on kids. Bilingualism can be explained in this context. This word can be used to describe an instance where two languages are used by a single speaker, a community of speakers, or speakers of different languages converse with each other. When children learn two or more languages during their primary school years, they develop a greater comprehension of language. They gain more practice with language processing, especially when they learn to read in both languages. They can compare and contrast the way in which their two languages arrange reality. In fact, many modern studies show that children can develop greater flexibility in their thinking by processing information through two distinct languages. Bilingualism thus demonstrates the importance and value of the early learning of a language. Brown suggests that the development of a learner's speech muscles may play an even more important role in achieving native sounding pronunciation. Because human speech involves hundreds of muscles, a child's muscular plasticity provides advantages over an adult learner, similar to the way most great athletes begin their training at an early age. The importance and usefulness of learning a language at an early age can be seen in the case of Bilingualism. According to Brown the development of learners' speech muscles may be a more important factor in achieving native pronunciation. As human speech is composed of hundreds of muscles, children have the advantage over adults when it comes to muscle plasticity as in some great athletes who start their training at an early age.

CONCLUSION

Learning another language actually brings a lot of benefits. Knowing another language enriches our personal life and opens up a number of new opportunities thanks to our connection with us. With people of different cultures and nationalities. Thus, we can say that language is a tool used to transform cultures. We can also use language to explore ourselves or a new culture. get to know new worlds of ideas, traditions and habits by getting to know the culture of another culture. This will help us understand international events, open our minds and prospects so that we can become citizens of this country and the world. By understanding new cultures, a good opportunity is created for sharing, cooperation and mutual benefit. Although it is not possible to visualize differences in ethnic and cultural values through language, here the language retains the history and traditions of the people. Thus, cultural understanding can be achieved through such internal knowledge.
