LABOUR VALUE STATE PROPAGANDA AS A FACTOR OF DESERVING LABOUR FORMATION

Summary. The paper deals with the problem of deserving and safe labour conditions secure, a social partnership being one of this problem solution tool. It is necessary to constructively interact between the state power bodies and local self governing ones, between profit organizations and citizens communities in order to provide further economic progress development and the oblast prosperity in the process of programs and project implementation whose aim is to secure a deserving labour.
