SOCIALLY-SIGNIFICANT MARKETS: THEORY, METHODOLOGY, TOOLS OF INTERACTION

Summary. The author introduces the notion of «socially important markets», based on the theory of market segmentation; she also defines this notion, researches its specific. One of its characteristic is «pair» peculiarity. The author deals with these significant «pair» markets interaction tools and concludes that this mechanism is institutional in nature. Hence, the stats should regulate not the whole market, but only the socially significant segments, so called autonomous markets (submarkets) individually affecting them.

Net effects fail to remove contradictions resulting from agents integration into the net. However, the stability of the agents staff proves that external benefits prevail over externalexpenditures.
