SOCIALLY-SIGNIFICANT MARKETS: THEORY, METHODOLOGY, TOOLS OF INTERACTION

Summary. The author introduces the notion of «socially important markets», based on the theory of market segmentation; she also defines this notion, researches its specific. One of its characteristic is «pair» peculiarity. The author deals with these significant «pair» markets interaction tools and concludes that this mechanism is institutional in nature. Hence, the stats should regulate not the whole market, but only the socially significant segments, so called autonomous markets (submarkets) individually affecting them.
