INTRODUCTION

Psycho-emotional state, considered as the part of athletes' psychic state demonstration in different kinds of sport, demands regulation by adequate means taking into account the conditions of its use [1,2,4,5].

Polyathlon lessons provide training effects of different orientation planning. They

demand high level of resistance, especially cadets' psycho-emotional state. The training effects and competitive activity demand a serious attitude to cadets' psychological training, developing important features of a personality by means of an effective system of attitude to activity formation.

In modern polyathlon it is important to realize a successful performance in different rank

competitions. Training cadets for competitions has its peculiarities. It depends, first of all, on the kinds of polyathlon. Tactical scheme of training cadets for competitive activity is considered taking into account different sides of training. At the same time an integral training takes a special place. The success of competitive activity, especially in shooting, depends on psychic state of control over own movements. A person, who can focus quicker and overcome all phases of shooting, becomes a winner in it. A person, whose training is many-sided wins in polyathlon competitions. In terms of equal levels of cadets' training emotional state is especially important.

In this connection psychological training of cadets is important in terms of military type colleges. First of all it is the most gifted cadets revelation and selection for taking part in competitions.

Selecting cadets for systematic training demands special approach. First of all it is necessary to take into consideration typological peculiarities of cadets' characters, type of temperament.Secondly, it is necessary to define the level of physical qualities development. Thirdly, it is necessary to reveal functional abilities of cadets' organism in age related aspect.

A complex approach to selection for polyathlontrainings helps to define cadets, who are most of all ready for a great volume of information perception, environment estimation and systematic training lessons. It is possible to bring up cadets' exquisite type of battle (competitive) conditions perception.

In training cadets there is the need for new methods of examination. They help to organize an effective regular physical and psychic state monitoring.

The aim of the present research work is comparative analysis of absolute mean values of

psycho-emotional state indices among cadets before and after psycho-regulating means use.

MATERIALS AND METHODS

Experimental work on the research problem was held since 2018 at Tyumen Presidential Cadet College of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. Cadets of the following age groups, who go in for polyathlon, took part in the experiment: 14-15 years-old, i6-i7years-old, i8-i9years-old. We estimated psycho-emotional state according to the following indices: accuracy of reactions to a moving object, coefficient of nervous system power, amount of movements, time of diagnostics overcoming, coefficient of tempo sense, level of attention selectivity, flexor and extensor muscles coordination. For cadets' psycho-emotional state diagnostics we used activationmeter ("ATS-9K" apparatus) [7]. We realized the complex of psychic state self-regulation means among cadets, taking into account the initial level of indices. They characterize psycho-emotional state. The main resources, included into the methodology, were the following: auto-training, ideomotor training, desires and needs visualization, attention switching and psycho-muscle training together with respiratory exercises [8,9,10].

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

During 2018/2019 we studied psycho-emotional state of cadets. Comparative analysis of cadets' psycho-emotional state was held according to the following indices: accuracy of reactions to a moving object, coefficient of nervous system power, amount of movements, time of diagnostics overcoming, coefficient of tempo sense, level of attention selectivity, flexor and extensor muscles coordination.

Dig. 1-8 present the results of the research.

Fig. 1 presents the indices, which characterize accuracy of reaction to a moving object, among the cadets of the examined groups. Reaction to a moving object among the cadets of the control and experimental groups after psycho-emotional state psycho-regulation methodology realization before the competitions differs considerably. In the CG of cadets ARMO index was34,i±3,2i c.u., after the experiment it changed validly and was 33,67±1,63 c.u.

Fig.2 presents the coefficient of nervous system power. It defines functional asymmetry of nervous system. This index gives an opportunity to define working capacity of cadets' nervous system.

Fig. 2. Indices of the nervous system power coefficient

Fig. 2 presents the indices of the nervous system power coefficient among cadets from the control and the experimental groups. In the EG CNSP in terms of equal conditions at the beginning of the experiment was 11,4%, in the CG - 14,3. Power and weakness of cadets' nervous system is characterized by the increasing physical loads resistance with excitation or inhibition demonstration and by balanced and unbalanced

(CNSP), %

character of nervous system processes. Different combinations of power and weakness of nervous system among cadets helps to reveal and take into account adaptive abilities of an organism. During polyathlon lessons it is necessary to show endurance towards the increasing loads.

Fig. 3 and 4 present the indices of the cadets' movements amount and flexor muscles coordination.

Fig.3. Indices of the cadets' movements amount Fig. 4. Indices of cadets' flexor muscles coordination

While physical exercises fulfillment there is speed and accuracy indices improvement. The quality of these indices conditions different states. They accompany the work of a person (warm-up, monotony, mental satiety, tiredness). During psychic and psycho-emotional tension state the time of a simple reaction increases. It is mentioned that the amount of movements, the same as the

quality of their fulfillment, can change depending on the demands of the activity. The amount of movements and muscles coordination has nonlinear connections with the power of nervous system. It is the lowest among people with a weak and strong nervous system and most of all among people with the average power of nervous system [1].

In the indices of movements coordination

(AmM) among cadets there is a valid change in EG (Fig.3).

The indices of the flexor coefficient and extensor muscles in the EG of cadets are validly higher at the end of the experiment - 7,12±1,88%. In the CG of cadets there were no significant changes in IFMC indices and were valid differences in comparison with the cadets from the EG (picture 4). Calculating the difference between flexor and extensor muscles coordination, we defined delta

between flexor and extensor muscles coordination. This index diagnostics, according to a diagnostic scale by Yu. A. Tsagarelli, (2002) helped to define that the cadets from the EG had positive changes "+" in flexor muscles, and in the CG there were negative changes "-".

Fig. 5-7 present the indices of attention selectivity level, time of diagnostics overcoming and the coefficient of tempo sense.

Fig. 5. Indices of attention selectivity level among cadets after the experiment

The index of attention selectivity level among cadets changes after psycho-regulating trainings influence with the use of relaxing exercises complex right after the training lessons.

The level of attention selectivity of cadets from the EG after the experiment was 5,01±0,73 mistakes (Fig.5). In the CG of cadets the level of

Fig. 6. Indices of diagnostics overcoming time among cadets after the experiment

attention selectivity wasio,23±o,73 mistakes with insignificant change in comparison with the initial results(io,63±o,73 mistakes).

Valid changes were in the indices of tempo diagnostics sense (ST) among cadets from the EG (picture 7).

Fig. 7. The indices of the cadets' sense of tempo coefficient

If at the beginning of the experiment ST indices in the EG were 3,02±0,70c. u., at the end of the experiment they were 0,89±0,32c. u.In the CG the indices remained lower than the average level and were 3,22±0,45 c. u. at the beginning and 3,01±0,25 c. u. at the end of the experiment. It

means that the rehabilitation measures, used after the training lessons, had a positive influence on psycho-emotional state of cadets from the EG.

Thus,

CONCLUSION

the held indices analysis,

characterizing cadets' psycho-emotional state after the complex of psycho-regulating means and means of relaxation, showed that it is possible to realize an effective control over psycho-emotional state.

The process of a complex selection among cadets for polyathlon lessons demands taking into account not only physical indices, but also the indices, which characterize the type of cadets' nervous system.
