national holidays with great joy at the state level. Festive events are held in all regions of the country, various sports competitions are organized. On festive days, people's faces show signs of joy. Under the leadership of the gracious President, the country's political, economic and cultural development, improvement of the condition of the people, improvement of the science and education system, training and education of the educated youth, restoration of the national traditions of the Turkmen people are being carried out. Every day of our beloved people who are getting married is filled with joy, excitement and news.
National Leader Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov presented to his dear people a diamond sofa named «Ahalteke horse - our pride and glory». The fame of the Turkmen horse has spread to the world since the Oguzhan period. In the classical literature of Turkmen, in ancient manuscripts, their glory is described in harmonious lines of poetry and prose.
Created In the book «Fountain of Peace» donated by the honorable President to the Turkmen people, there are several sayings about the steed horse: «There will be a wedding where the horse flows», «The horse moves its legs, the tongue of the poet sings», «The horse wanders and finds its food, and the water flows and breaks.» «, «A horse runs fast, a young man is braver», «A horse is a friend of a father», «A horse is a friend of a horse», «A Bedouin horse will make a stop», «Bedouin horses will be fat, rams will be clean» «A diamond is in the ashes» (p. 84-303) This is also a sign that he loved his horse dearly. The Turkmen even considered the horse sacred. They called him the dearest and the closest: «See your father in the morning, shoot after your father» Serkerde, our poet Seydi: Here, jewelry is a precious instrument, and the throne is Suleiman.
It expresses Turkmen's deep love for the beauty of creating music such as «At Chapan», «At Chapar», «Gorogly's Horse Play», «Shadilli». MAGTYMGULY PYRAGY - A GREAT POET AND THINKER Annotation
When Magtymguly created his poems, he took the words in the hand of wisdom, used the most important ones, and created the people in a language that anyone could understand when reading. The philosopher, who
understood the importance of words in shaping personality and in human life, attached great importance to words, especially artistic words. It is probably not easy to understand the world of Magtymguly Pyragy's poetry, because the poet used words not literally, but often figuratively, philosophically, semiotically.

Когда Махтумкули создавал свои стихи, он брал слова в руку мудрости, использовал самые важные и создавал людей на языке, понятном каждому при чтении. Философ, понимавший значение слова в формировании личности и в жизни человека, придавал большое значение слову, особенно слову художественному. Наверное, нелегко понять мир поэзии Махтумкули Фраги, потому что поэт употреблял слова не буквально, а часто образно, философски, семиотически.

During the revival of the new epoch of a stable state, it is an important task to teach the ancient traditions and high moral values of our people to the younger generations, to educate them in the national spirit. The priceless legacy of our intelligent ancestors in terms of manners, traditions, morals, and arts is the core of our poet's creativity. Magtymguly Pyragy is not only a classic poet of Turkmen literature, but also a sage, thinker, master of words of Eastern literature. That is why Magtymguly Pyragy's creations are inspired by people from all over the world. In every society, parents are always concerned about their child's upbringing as a decent, well-mannered, well-behaved person who will benefit the country. In the situation where the rules of the family are set in the society, the child grows up to be an example and perfect morals based on those rules. In these lines, the master of words of our classical literature emphasizes that the essence of each person's decency and morality comes from the family's upbringing of children.
A great thinker is a poet filled not only with books, but also with hearts. Magtymguly's words are valuable for every person, because in his lines, our national principles and the path of spirituality are praised. Because every word of the poet takes place in hearts. The main direction in the thoughts advanced by the great thinker is human education, and he praises the high dignity of man. A wise poet carries a man's burden on his waist. In the work of the poet, it is proposed to know the value of the person, to spend the human dignity. As we delve deeper into the poet's work, the mysterious weaving of his meaningful lines takes us to the realm of wisdom.
Poems of the poet are widely spread among the people by word of mouth. Therefore, from time to time we should read the words of our poets and sages and be influenced by them.
Magtymguly started his creative work at a young age. Magtymguly recited his poems in public, at weddings, and called people to be heroic, honorable, and alert. His source of inspiration was the people and their path.
The poet's work consists of many poems and poems on various topics. His own manuscripts have not come down to us.
Magtymguly wrote many of his poems under the pseudonym Pyragy. His creativity provides a lot of material for the study of 18th century Turkmen life. Magtymguly's poems mainly promote humanistic ideas about patriotism, heroism, admonition, social inequality, love and friendship.
Magtymguly considered the literary language one of the necessary conditions for the development of the folk culture. He understood this work as a universal work. Fighting for the language of Magtymguly literature to be understandable to the public, he used artistic means very appropriately in his works. In his poems, people rarely find vague ideas and Arabic-Persian words. This makes his poems read with enthusiasm. By relying on the language of the people, Magtymguly learns generosity and simplicity from it. The poet used language as a tool
of development and struggle. Magtymguly's widespread use of artistic means such as metaphors, metaphors, and exaggeration increased the artistry and imagery of the poet's poems.
The great Turkmen thinker Magtymguly Pyragy is a master of words, who left an indelible mark on the history and spiritual world of the Turkmen people and the peoples of the East with his works. Magtymguly touched on this topic not just like that, but because of his life experience. From this point of view, the poet approaches this issue more carefully, attributing this quality to good people and emphasizing it as a symbol of courage.
Magtymguly has a unique creativity. As his poems are as sweet as the spring breeze, they are turning into songs by themselves. His except his Magtymguly poetry, he was also a famous philosopher. Многие свои стихи Махтумкули написал под псевдонимом Пираги. Его творчество дает большой материал для изучения жизни туркмен XVIII века. Стихи Махтумкули в основном пропагандируют гуманистические идеи о патриотизме, героизме, увещевании, социальном неравенстве, любви и дружбе.
