During recent years we see the tendency of improvement among the main indices of physical culture and sport development. The expenses of the state connected with physical culture and sport among citizens form economically effective investment into human potential development and the life quality improvement among the citizens of Russia. The level of physical culture and sport development in the regions is an important health index of the nation and power of Russia. Material. The article considers the peculiarities of sport for children and young people development in terms of rural areas. Research methods. Information sources, the reports of the Republican center of sports reserve training and the sites data of Sports school for children and teen-agers of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) analysis and summarizing. Results. Sports school for children and teen-agers in Suntar ulus has a rich history and it made a great contribution to sport development in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Coaching staff organizes the training process in a way to develop and broaden mass sport and train sports reserve of the ulus. 8 kinds of sport are developed at Sports school for children and teen-agers in Suntar ulus. 3 of them are the national kinds of sport and 2 are competitive kinds of sport and also table tennis, draughts and freestyle wrestling. In 2019 the amount of children involved into sport increased by 14%. Within 2018-2020 the norm of Candidate Master of Sports was fulfilled by one young athlete, the 1st category got 9 athletes, other categories were received by 282 athletes. During the period since 2018 till 2020 26 athletes took part in the Russian competitions, including freestyle wrestling13 athletes, mas-wrestling9 athletes, table tennis – 1 athlete, draughts – 3 athletes. Conclusion. At Sports school for children and teen-agers in Suntar ulus different kinds of sport are actively developed. Young athletes achieve the results at different levels and realize the norms. The school has units in 5 educational establishments of the ulus.

Introduction

The level of physical culture and sport development in the regions is an important health index of the nation and power of Russia.

During recent years we see the tendency of improvement among the main indices of physical culture and sport development. The expenses of the state connected with physical culture and sport among citizens form economically effective investment into human potential development and the life quality improvement among the citizens of Russia. Starting since 2012 we see explosive growth of amateur sport. The system of sports education RLD (ready for labor and defense) is functioning all over the country. Many children in Russia attend different sport sections. Summer and winter traditional games are held among the people, who

live in villages and rural communities [1,2,3,4].

Sport is also important in the process of personality socialization, the character of young people formation, the system of moral-ethical values formation, the problem of communication solution. Sport is a real alternative to asocial phenomena and bad habits.

Health and physical readiness indices of children, teen-agers, recruits, young people prove the necessity to develop physical culture and mass sport.

Present generation is interested in information and computer technologies. They are overloaded by information, great amount of tests, exams at educational establishments. Children don't have time for additional lessons.

One of the main objectives of modern society

is to bring up the oncoming generation cheerful, healthy, full of life. Physical upbringing increases functional and adaptive abilities of an organism and has general health-improving effect [5,6].

During recent years we see the increase of physical development tempo violation among students and also the increase of functional deviations and chronic diseases [7,8].

In the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) we see gradual work connected with sport for children development. Most part of sport schools for children and teen-agers are situated in uluses. The present research work is dedicated to studying sport for children in Suntar and other uluses [9,10].

Materials and methods

The aim of the research is to define the peculiarities of sport for children development during the period since 2018 till 2020 by the example of Suntar ulus. In order to achieve the set aim we studied special information sources, documents of planning, the reports of the Republican center of sports reserve training and the sites data of Sports school for children and teen-agers of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

Results and discussion

Sports school for children and teen-agers in Suntar ulus is one of the schools, which stimulated sports movement formation in the republic. Owing to its activity during different years many school-leavers connected their lives with sport and sport education. School can be proud of people, who got the initial sport education here and then continued their sport education in different higher educational establishments and nowadays work at sport schools of the republic.

Popularity of the kinds of sport preservation in a society is possible owing to traditional for the society national kinds of sport development, such as mas-wrestling and khapsagai wrestling. Suntar region is known for outstanding athletes, among them are the following: wrestler Aleksandr Ivanov, silver medalist of Munich Olympiad; wrestler, surgeon, medicine professor Alkiviad Ivanov; champions of the USSR in freestyle wrestling Alkiviad Ivanov, Albert Zakharov, Peter Popov, Nikolai Yakovlev; World champions in mas-wrestling Fedor Fedorov, Natalya Kuznetsova and many others. Among modern athletes the achievements at world sports arena have the following: Alena Dmitrieva, World-class athlete, the most titled athlete in sitting-volleyball; Nikolai Okhlopkov, World-class athlete, bronze prizewinner of Freestyle wrestling Europe Championship; Akulina Uarova, master of sport of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in mas-wrestling, bronze prizewinner of Mas-wrestling Europe Championship. Ulus competitions in different kinds

of sport, cultivated in sports school for children and teen-agers, are traditional and popular among children and adults.

Coaching staff organizes the training process in a way to develop and broaden mass sport and train sports reserve of the ulus. It includes educational-training lessons and other sport events organization, journey to educational-training events and sport competitions and also sports equipment, nutrition provision.

The main thing that makes further education establishments attractive for children and youth is taking part in competitions of republican, Russian and international levels. The work in this direction provides effective participation of the students in competitions of different levels.

The establishment is situated in an ulus center -Suntar rural community. It provides availability of educational services for the students both at Suntar schools and all other educational establishments of the ulus. They get additional educational services, including taking part in all held sport competitions.

Steadiness of demographic development is conditioned by young age structure of population, relatively favorable social-economic situation, created in a municipal region.

In accordance with the Federal program "Complex development of rural settlements" authority is building a sports complex with a swimming pool in Suntar rural community. As a result of all mentioned above factors free of charge additional educational services, given by the establishment, are very popular among people. It makes the establishment a social-educational center of sport for children development.

Since 2015 the students of sport school achieved Russian level in Russian draughts, where two female students of Bordon unit became the Russian Championship prizewinners in Russian and International draughts. Since 2016 stable, co-ordinated work connected with taking part in Russian and International mas-wrestling competitions starts: 2016- Championship of Russia among boys and girls (Pavlova Milena, the 1st place); 2017- Championship of Russia among boys and girls (Savvinov Semen, the 1st place), VIII Summer Sports festival among the pupils of Russia (Savvinov Semen - the 1st place); 2018- Championship of Russia (the 1st place - Kornilov Markel, Ivanov Vitaliy; the 3rd place - Mikhaylov Aleksey, Ignatev German); 2019- Championship of Russia (Timofeev Georgiy - the 3rd place); International tournament in terms of the II stage of the World Cup (the 1st place - Illarionov Timur, Ivanov Valentin); All-Russian mas-wrestling competitions in terms of the XII All-Russian martial arts juvenile games (Illarionov Timur - the 1st place).

for children and teen-agers in Suntar ulus. 3 of them are the national kinds of sport and 2 are competitive kinds of sport and also table tennis, draughts and freestyle wrestling. In 2019 the amount of pupils, who are involved into sport increased by 14%, in 2020 because of the pandemic the amount of children, who are involved into sport decreased by

41%.

The most popular kinds of sport among children of Suntra ulus are the following: mas-wrestling, khapsagai and volleyball.

Within 2018-2020 the norm of Candidate Master of Sports was fulfilled by one young athlete, the 1st category got 9 athletes, other categories were received by 282 athletes.

During the period since 2018 till 2020 26 athletes took part in the Russian competitions, including freestyle wrestling- 13 athletes, mas-wrestling-9 athletes, table tennis - 1 athlete, draughts - 3 athletes. In 2019 the amount of participant of All-Russian competitions decreased by 36%, in 2020 -by 79%. There was no an opportunity to take part in volleyball and football competitions at All-Russian level.

Conclusion

Sport for children and teen-agers is the part of sport and is directed toward sport training of infant citizens at pre-school educational establishments, sport clubs in educational organizations (school sports clubs, sports clubs for students), further education organizations, organizations. They realize sport training, physical culture and sport clubs according to the place of residence, work. About 23 million people at the age of 3-18 (85% of general amount of children and youth, according to 2019 data) are systematically involved into physical culture and sport in the Russian Federation. For physical culture and sport development the program till 2030 was created. The program is supposed to be realized in two stages: the 1st stage - 2022-2024; the 2nd stage- 2025-2030.

In the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) integrated physical-culture educational space for children's potential revelation is created.

The reports of the Republican center of sports reserve training and the sites data of Sports school for children and teen-agers of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) analysis showed the following:

1. 8 kinds of sport are developed at Sports school for children and teen-agers in Suntar ulus. 3 of them are the national kinds of sport.

2. In 2019 the amount of pupils, who are involved into sport increased by 14%.

3. The most popular kinds of sport among children of Suntra ulus are the following: mas-wrestling, khapsagai and volleyball.

4. During 2018-2020 the 1st category got 9

athletes, other categories were received by 282 athletes.

5. During the period since 2018 till 2020 26 athletes took part in the Russian competitions, including freestyle wrestling- 13 athletes, mas-wrestling- 9 athletes, table tennis - 1 athlete, draughts - 3 athletes.

6. During the period since 2018 till 2020 the amount of coaches increased for 1 person. The greatest amount of coaches we see in mas-wrestling and khapsagai wrestling.

7. In Suntar ulus there is one sport school for children and teen-agers, all 8 kinds of sport have specialized fields.

8. In accordance with the Federal program (complex development of rural settlements) authority is building a sports complex with a swimming pool in Suntar rural community.

9. The school has units in 5 educational establishments of the ulus, in summer health-improving classes are organized. There children stay in the units of sport school for children and teen-agers, like at a boarding school.
