INTRODUCTION

Bodybuilding originated in the desire of mankind to realize physical and spiritual perfection. In the ancient states, such as Sparta, where the most important aim was to make a real warrior from a person, great attention was paid to his many-sided development. This idea of a harmonious personality development formed the base of modern body-building. However, professional sport is the world of records and maximal person's abilities demonstration. Only a person, who has great desire, thorough knowledge

of anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, nutrition science, biomechanics would be able to achieve high results in this kind of sport [1,2,3].

Body-building is not sufficiently studied by the Russian scientists, there is no statistical information concerning this kind of sport [4,5,6].

The aim of the research is to study bodybuilding formation and development in Yakutiya.

MATERIALS AND METHODS

Documents analysis is one of the most widely used and effective methods. Literature

sources study is added by teachers' and coaches' experience study. We received valuable information while studying current and archive documents of planning and sports reports, managing materials and overall reports, plans of training sports teams of sports body-building Federation of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Great role played sports results and indices gathering and systematization.

RESEARCH RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

In Yakutia strength sports development is connected with the name of a well-known athlete, distinguished coach Surovetskiy Askold Evgenevich. His father was one of the founders of physical culture movement in Yakutia in the 30-s. But then body-building was considered one of "capitalism intrigues". For about 4 years Askold Surovetskiy and his friends trained incognito. When body-building was finally acknowledged a kind of sport officially, the created athletic club was called "Sparta". It was 1969, the official year of sports club "Sparta" creation.

In newspaper "Socialistic Yakutia" the first article about the first event of the officially acknowledged sports establishment was published. The author of the article was a distinguished coach Nikolai Shamaev. He was called "father of weightlifting in Yakutia".

The event was held in Yakut telegraphtelephone station club. It gathered a lot of athletes and audience. Twelve well-built athletes took part in the event. Yurii Popov could easily squat with the weight 175 kg. In deadlift he achieved 235 kg. The head of the club Askold Surovetskiy's height was 165 cm and weight 72 kg. He made squats with 170 kg weight, fulfilled press lift 120 kg and in deadlift he showed 210 kg. Askold Surovetskiy became an absolute winner of the competition.

A natural desire of any athlete is to match strength with other athlete, feel the spirit of honest competition. When the followers appeared it became possible to hold championships of Yakutsk. In 1988 the first Body-building Championship of Yakutia was held. Askold Surovetskiy was chosen as the head of the Republican Federation. Two years later one more championship was held in Aldan. In 1990 the first Republican Body-building contest

was held in Yakutsk. All highest awards were given to the members of "Sparta". Among young men the winners became Vyacheslav Volkov, Vitalii Gorchakov, Sergei Klimov, among adults the winners were Konstantin Mikhailov, Sergei Razvozzhaev and Valerii Ryabtsev.

In 1992 for the first time Surovetskiy and his students left the Republic and took part in body-building tournament "Pacific Apollo". Their performances were successful enough. Three students were called the best athletes. Next year Vyacheslav Volkov and Valerii Sukhanov returned from Vladivostok with bronze medals. In 1992 a big competition among body-builders was held in Yakutsk. The representatives from Novosibirsk and Neryungri took part in this competition. The prize "Mmammoth of Yakutiya-92" was given to V.Volkov among young men and to Andrei Lopatko from Novosibirsk among adults. In Mirny powerlifting Championship of the republic was held. The athletes from Aldana and Yakutsk took part in the competition. The most successful was the student of "Sparta" Yaroslav Chopovskii, who participated in flyweight (till 52 kg). In deadlift Yaroslav Chopovskii lifted 170 kg, which is 3.4 times bigger than his own weight. This achievement was a kind of springboard for further achievements of Chopovskii. A year later he got Cup of Russia, in 1994 he took the 2nd place at the Championship of the Russian Federation. Having the sum of triathlon 460 kg Y. Chopovskii was the first man from "Sparta" club, who became the master of sport of Russia. One more debut was 18 year-old Marina Borisova. She was in the category till 60 kg. Being the student of Yakutsk State University she got total sum of triathlon 327,5 kg. She took the 7th place and fulfilled the normative of the master of sport.

Nowadays "Sparta" club continues the traditions. They were formed by the founders of body-building. It develops and athletes achieve higher results. The head of body-building Federation of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is the member of "Sparta" Alexander Grenaderov, who is master of sport of Russia in body-building, multiple champion and prizewinner of the South of Russia "Samson", championships of Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Voronezh,

Kirov, Vologda; body-building World, European champion.

Republican social organization "Bodybuilding Federation of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)" was organized in 2016. The organization combines citizens for sport and a healthy life style popularization and realizes own activity for bodybuilding development IFBB version in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

Body-building demands professional coaches, the lack of whom we see in Yakutsk.

Body-building Federation of Yakutia was organized not long ago, however, it organized 5 championships of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) -grand prize of Sakha.

The administration of Body-building Federation of Russia appreciated high quality of the held events, that is why in 2020 Body-building Championship of Far Eastern Federal District was organized in Yakutsk.

During three years body-building Federation of Yakutia achieved the following results: judicial categories were given (referee of the 1st class - 1 person; referee of the 2nd class - 10 people); one athlete became candidate master of sports in bodybuilding; in 2018, 2019 two referees were included into the first team of judging panel during Bodybuilding Cups of Russia, Championships of Russia. The athletes from Yakutia took part in the following competitions: PACIFIC STRONG - 2018, where Sergei Bezyanov became an absolute champion in body-building, Danil Chernov- champion in "Beach body-building" discipline. Female athletes take part in body-building championships and Cups of Russia in "Fitness-bikini", "Fit-Model" disciplines.

Traditional body-building Championship of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in 2019 was dedicated to the 50th anniversary of sports complex "Sparta". The championship included the following disciplines: body-building, fitness-bikini, body-fitness, fit-model, beach body-building.

Taking into account positive tendency and the increasing interest of population in physical culture and sport, positive dynamics of sports gyms number increase, we can come to the conclusion that "body-building" popularization becomes intensive. More and more amateurs become professionals in

body-building [7,8,9,10].

The role of social organizations in sport is important, however, government support is also very significant. There are several problems in the activity of RSS Body-building Federation of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and they demand solution.

First, it is the absence of sponsorship from government structures. Insufficient financing of sports federations is a general problem of all subjects of the Russian Federation. It demands comprehensive solution. Nowadays competitiveness in the sphere of sport increases. If the region is interested in high sports achievements, it is necessary to create the programs with target indicators of their effectiveness representation. On the other hand, it is necessary to organize tenders among sports directions for government support receiving.

Secondly, the absence of material-technical base. It is mainly the problem of uluses of the Republic of Sakha. It is difficult to find even simple equipment, but the desire to go in for body-building among population is great. This problem can be solved by means of private-state partnership introduction. It is necessary to involve private sports organizations, come to general mutually beneficial cooperation.

Thirdly, lack of professional coaches in the sphere of body-building. It is necessary to improve the level of mastery, organize seminars, courses of qualification improvement, master classes. All these things are impossible to organize only within one region. It is necessary to get experience and knowledge in close contact with other regions. That is why it is necessary to take part in all-Russian and International events.

The solution of the mentioned problems would help to improve body-building and the quality of Yakut athletes in order to be competitive all over the world.

CONCLUSION

Body-building demands professional coaches, the lack of whom we see in Yakutsk. Taking into account positive tendency and the increasing interest of population in physical culture and sport,

positive dynamics of sports gyms number increase, we can come to the conclusion that "body-building" popularization becomes intensive.

The role of social organizations in sport is important, however, government support is also very significant.

There are several problems in the activity of RSS Body-building Federation of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and their solution would help to improve body-building, improve the quality of Yakut athletes in order to be competitive all over the world.
