Annotation. This year, when we celebrate the 385th anniversary of the Yakutia entry into the Russian state, the 95th anniversary of the Republic of Yakutia formation and the 25th anniversary of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Constitution (Basic Law), is particularly significant. We value all our achievements and keep in the heart of the centuries-old friendship of peoples, as well as interested in the further development of physical culture and sports, including national sports. Materials. It is very important to realize that this article is dedicated to the anniversary of the twentieth Olympics in national sports "games of manchaara", which is the largest sporting event of this year and is popularly referred to as the "Yakut Olympics", as well as the 25th anniversary national sports and games Association peoples of Yakutia "Sahaada-sport". Methods. The generalization and analysis of scientific and methodical literature. Results. We are proud that the

national epic Olonkho was recognized by UNESCO as a masterpiece of mankind intangible, cultural heritage and we believe that national sports are the practical mechanism for the implementation of high humanistic and philosophical ideas laid down in Olonkho, in order to promote good and justice. By the example of Mas-wrestling, we see that with this wonderful sport we can unite peoples and continents for the sake of our peaceful coexistence. Conclusion. National sports can be seen as a certain gift of our ancestors and as an important factor in strengthening interethnic harmony, which is of particular importance in the conditions of increasing globalization, other conditions of the modern world, when state national policy needs new conceptual approaches that meet the modern needs and interests of the multinational Russian society. Therefore, the preservation and development of the ancestor's sports heritage is one of the most important areas of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) state policy in the field ofphysical culture and sports.

INTRODUCTION
The Association of national sports and games of the peoples of Yakutia "Sakhaada-sport", created on the basis of the then Republican Federation of national sports, for many years headed by doctor of pedagogical Sciences, Professor V. p. Kochnev, celebrates this year its quarter-century anniversary.
It was then, in 1992, that the question of a unified leadership and a clear coordination of actions for the further development of national sports in the Republic was ripe. A lot of preliminary work was carried out on the development of the Charter, the definition of the preliminary composition of the Association and the Concept of its activities.
During the fourth Rural sports of Yakutia, held in the village. June 25, 1992, at the founding conference with the participation of representatives of regions of the Republic, coaches and leading sportsmen and founded the Association "Shahaada-sport".
Original national sports were born in the process of life of the people, their formation was greatly influenced by natural, geographical, industrial and ethnic features of the peoples living in Russia. Also in national sports wisdom and philosophy of our people which allow to develop intelligence, to bring up spirit, to open wisdom and sharpness at
athletes were hidden. For example, wrestling hapsagay is unique and the only kind of fight in a world where the athlete can defeat an opponent without even touching it - well-dodging action. This is a message to the fact that there is not always a reason to get into trouble, but at the same time there should be a willingness to adequately reflect any aggression. In the Yakut national jumps, in my opinion, there is a philosophy of life and human success. Jump once far can every second, or you can jump far triple jump, but quite another thing eleven times to do the same, that is, to jump, while maintaining coordination, inertia and range of each jump Is like in life - you can once far to jump and then rest on their laurels. But it is very important and necessary not only not to stumble, not to break the rhythm of a series of life jumps, but also to sustain this series, reaching the maximum result. In this we can see the genetic code of our ancestors, which they are trying to convey to us. We will all agree that we all need stability and effectiveness in every way.
Currently, the Association "Shahaada-sport" - one of the largest public associations, composed of the Federation: wt Tardieu (President-Alexander Nagovitsyn), Yakut jumps (President - Anatoly Dobryantsev), Northern multiathlon (President - Elena
golomareva), wrestling khapsagay (President - Nikolay Rumyantsev), national Board games (President Yael Burtsev), horse riding (President - Aisen Nikolaev), kettlebell lifting (President - Basil Courneuve). It is also important that in 2002 the all-Russian Federation of Mas - wrestling (President -Alexander Akimov, and now the President-Mikhail Gulyaev) was formed, and in 2012 the international Federation of Mas -wrestling (President-Alexander Akimov) was created.
In some areas of the Republic created ulus Federation on national kinds of sport, which expand the scope of advocacy, promotion and organization of various competitions ulus and national scale.
During the period of activity of the Association "Sakhaada-sport" a significant work on the revival and further development of national sports in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), their promotion at the national and international levels. Now many ulus (districts), cities, towns, schools, gymnasiums, colleges, universities hold their own Championships, sports games and competitions in national sports. National sports included in the all-Russian list of sports, great success achieved Mas-wrestling, Yakut national jumping and wrestling hapsagay. Physical exercises, games and national sports are introduced into the system of physical education of schoolchildren and students. National sports have become an integral part of our main, already national holiday of summer meeting - Ysyakh.
Thanks to the cooperation with the Ministry of sports of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) approved the rules of competitions in national sports, awarded the title of masters of sports of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), approved the title of "Honorary master of sports of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in national sports". Just this year, in order to motivate older athletes in coordination with the Ministry of sports of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the honorary title of "master of sports "Sahaada-sport"was established. The Republican calendar of sports competitions
includes sports Competitions in national sports for the prizes of V. manchaara, various national and local competitions and tournaments in certain sports, in addition, various national and international tournaments are held.
It should be noted that the Republican center of national sports. Vasily manchaara under the leadership of the first Vice-President of the Association "Sakhaada-sport", people's Deputy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Innokenty Grigoriev currently has the state status and from year to year strengthens its activity, and, indeed, is the heart and engine of the development of national sports.
Much work is also carried out in the scientific study of folk types of exercise, games and competitions of the indigenous peoples of Yakutia. In 2001, the Department of national sports and folk games was opened at the Institute of physical culture and sports of the North-Eastern Federal University. M. K. Ammosova, which allowed this year to get the first degree in Mas-wrestling, opens a set of foreign students. Over the years, our Patriarch V. p. Kochnev became the first doctor of pedagogical Sciences in the field of national sports. Major sporting and scientific heights reached and Churapchinsky state Institute of physical culture and sports. It is also noteworthy that we hold several scientific and practical conferences on national sports, forums and round tables every year. A significant event for the national sports of the peoples is the fact that they are included in the program of International sports games "Children of Asia" and the Champions and winners are included in the history of international sports.
In the past period one of the major achievements of the Association "Shahaada-sport" was the development and adoption of the concept of development of national sports in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in the first quarter of the XXI century, which on 12 may 2002 was approved by the President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Honorary President of the Association "Shahaada-sport"
by V. A. Shtyrov, who was very supportive for the development of national sports of the peoples of Yakutia.
It has already become a good tradition and a significant event to determine the winners of "Sahaada-sport" from among the most prominent athletes, coaches and organizers. It is also noteworthy that in December 2001, a Grand sports festival was held to commemorate the winners of the "Sahaad-sport" of the XX century.
The great achievement Of the Association "Sahaada-sport "was first the adoption and implementation of the basic Law of the Republic" on physical culture and sports " of June 18, 2009, a special section on national sports. And then, for the first time in Russia, June 17, 2015 a separate Law "on national sports of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)" was adopted, which established the legal, organizational and economic basis for the activities of the state authorities of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), local governments, organizations, regardless of their forms of ownership in the development of national sports of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
In recent years, a unique breakthrough in the development and cultivation of national sports of the peoples of Yakutia has taken place - our sports are officially recognized at the international level: wrestling hapsagai and Mas-wrestling became full members of the International wrestling Federation (FILA), and now the United wrestling world (UWW).
23 Oct 2010 in the Kazakh capital Astana, an Agreement was signed between the world Federation of the integrated styles of wrestling of FILA and the Association of national games and national sports of Yakutia "Shahaada-sport", and later created the European and Asian Association "Shahaada-sport".
Based on the experience of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), we have developed a number of proposals for the institutionalization of national sports of the peoples of Russia at the Federal level. In particular, we consider necessary the
development and adoption of the Federal concept of development of national sports of the peoples of Russia, we are grateful to the Ministry of sport of the Russian Federation and deputies of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation for amendments and additions to the Federal law "On physical culture and sport in the Russian Federation" in the part of the definition of powers of Federal public authorities on the organization and development of national sports of the peoples of Russia and the creation of all-Russian federations on national sports.
Thanks to the joint efforts of state institutions and public organizations in national, traditional sports, the title of "Master of sports of Russia in national sports"was restored. In the future, we will be able to see from our ranks and masters of sports of the international class, just as in our ranks already, there are judges of the international category.
CONCLUSION
Our joint efforts have taken significant steps to recognize the national sports of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) on the national and international scale. The next step is to reach the Olympic level, which is supported by our popularly elected leader, President Vladimir Putin.

Annotation. It is possible to report the facts of history, in order to make them example and the source ofpatriotic qualities, if innovative educational forms are used, as the instruments of solving the problem of social-educational reality. Innovative forms of patriotic upbringing use leads to new experience, is the mechanism of young generation's consciousness transformation and development, an effective means of crisis stages of different genesis overcoming and as a result new cultural potential gaining of international communication among youth. Materials. New forms of patriotic upbringing determination, as the way of international communication culture formation among young people of different ethnic groups and societies. Social-methodological analysis of the components in the content of patriotic values, their changes during the transforming pedagogical forms use in upbringing of students, who are able to use humanistic guiding lines for ideological unity in held events of multinational Russian society. Research methods: scientific literature analysis and summarizing, analysis of organizational-activity-based game use as the instrument of innovative education, projection, experiment. Methods of mathematical statistics. Results. Military-patriotic events organization and realization involving young people of different nationalities demonstrates qualities of a patriot of multinational Russia in the consciousness of modern youth and proves the effectiveness of innovative playing educational technologies application using historical reconstruction forms of international culture formation. Conclusion. Playing pedagogical technologies use with the process, which pays great attention to each young person,
