METHODS
In addition to the physical activities of students through tourism activities organized into mountain areas, landscape areas, cities, the intellectual abilities of the mind, that is, also change and begin to develop. The clarity of speech of the student of the school of general secondary education, the breadth of the scope of thinking is observed in the development of tourism activities. When everyone is engaged in Tourism, his mental ideomotor States, as well as stress from the psychological side, do not fall into apathy situations and play an important role in the short-term withdrawal from these situations.
The main reason for the division of tourism into such names is determined by the fact that a person moves in the process of Tourism and the intensity of its types is determined, when talking about active (active) and passive (non-active) tourism. To the active (active) types of tourism, where great physical exertion is required and all tourist strata are also appropriate - leisure and travel time, sports, etc. It is this extreme type of tourism that stands out even more in this sense. As for the passive (non — active) type of tourism-this type of tourism program or tourist travel is more calm and less strenuous, not peculiar to physical work. They are a learning tourism designed for individuals who have adapted to a one-stop-rest, with no physical exertion or strain required from tourists. This is a health tourism of a curative character in the sea, in the mountains, in the water. For example, resorts can be included in the shular range. Such a type of tourism refers to families with children, older tourists and pensioners.
In passive tourism, tourists learn to sew headdresses, weave baskets, as well as to conduct economic affairs, engage in kitchen and horticultural work. In Great Britain, swimming tourism on the channels with boats is common. Even in tourism in similar lakes, tourists not only find themselves boating, but also drag boats, install their tents. This requires physical exertion. In the current English Tourism, the boats are dragged by horses along the river, while tourists spend the night in cozy and cozy village hotels. Active (active) tourism can also be attributed to various types of adventurous tourism: adventurous tourism is said to go to exotic places, volcanoes, Islands, waterfalls and the like. Usually this is tourism, which is associated with non-traditional vehicles for exotic and environmentally friendly natural reservations, not falling into one mold. In some cases, tourism in this mode will be associated with serious physical exertion, requiring knowledge and diligence from a person. Everyone knows that in the process of physical education classes, as well as in sports classes, active and passive rest is provided after classes and classes. Rest is also a great help in restoring the functional state of the body of the pupil and athlete. Engaging in active and passive types of tourism activities restores the external and internal activity of the pupil and athlete's organism. When traveling to mountain areas in the types of active tourism, it is required to travel 1015 kilometers as a group.
