CONCLUSION

Thus, teaching English will be effective precisely due to the integrated use of the latest innovative technologies and depends on the teacher's ability to apply humanistic approach to teaching.

The teacher will achieve success only in his classes when he realizes that students like everything new and interesting. We are teachers, we must remember that the same model of conducting classes does not allow students to fully reveal themselves, stops the development of the creative potential of teaching.

Thus, a university teacher is not only a profession, the essence of which is to teach knowledge, but also a high mission of creating a personality, the affirmation of a person in a person.

The innovative skill of each specialist is unique and unrepeatable as the very personality of the teacher is inimitable.
