В частности, мы попытаемся доказать, что онлайн образование и обучение в кампусе, являются совершенными комплементами, а не совершенными субститутами.

The disaster named COVID-19 was the famous ''black swan'' described by Nassim Nicholas Taleb § that turned the world upside down bringing the global economy to a standstill. In this article, we will P try to reconsider the role of the modern offline universities and show that they are still relevant in 21th century. In particular, we will try to substantiate that offline education and campus education are, using the glossary of Economics, perfect complements rather perfect substitutes.
