INTRODUCTION
Nowadays, online education is becoming more and more trendy all around the world. Many traditional universities have started sharing their courses online for free. It represents an easy and convenient way to gain knowledge in almost all fields, from law to psychology. Online learning is a great alternative to traditional universities, especially for people who can't afford to go to real courses because of lack of time and money.
Although most of people consider that traditional universities are the best way to get an education, e-learning is proving to be a very good alternative. Students have the opportunity to study on time and especially for free. This is a great way to explore many areas and increase the motivation and spirit. Online education is very effective because students can finish homework quickly and can spend their leisure time for hobbies or find a job.
METHODS
There are currently two types of education, namely the presence, also
conventional call, to be used for centuries and distance, more recent, but has
increased its acceptance every day. Distance education, known acronym to call this
type of education is the way of learning which is established by the use of Google Scholar Scientific Library of Uzbekistan

technologies that allow interaction between the student and the teacher, although they are in physical environments and different timelines [1]. All around the world educational institutions are looking for online learning platforms to continue the process of educating students. The current new norm is the concept of education, which has been replaced by online education as the basis for conversion. Today, digital education has emerged as a necessary resource for students and schools globally. For many educational institutions, this is a completely new way of teaching that they need to master. Online learning is now used not only for academic learning, but also for students to learn extracurricular activities. The demand for online education has increased significantly in recent months and may continue to expand so in the future.
DISCUSSION
In the United States, the first institution working with distance learning was the New York State's Empire State College (NYSE) in 1971. According to BIZHAN [2], NYSE aimed to make higher education more accessible to students who were unable to attend classes on college campuses.
According to Caldas and Amaral [3] it is necessary to learn to project the future and prepare for it, but the instability brought by this adjustment period eventually trigger a climate of insecurity in people. This statement may be sufficient to explain why so many people still strongly refute the distance education mode and judge negatively their effectiveness. As everything has its advantages and disadvantages, online learning has also its pros and cons. Decoding and understanding these pros and cons will help institutions create a more effective strategy for conducting lessons, providing a continuous learning journey for students.
Assimilation behavior of a phenomenon is essentially an exploratory activity in which the main objective is to refine the idea of research to facilitate a wider search [4]. Given this premise, the stage of data collection can be considered as a preliminary investigation as Emory & Cooper [5], constituting an essential method in conducting the research. Another advantage of online education is that it reduces financial costs.
RESULTS
Online education is much cheaper compared to physical education. This is
because online learning eliminates student transportation, student nutrition, and most
importantly, real estate prices. In addition, all lessons or teaching materials are
available online, creating a paperless learning environment that is cheaper and more Google Scholar Scientific Library of Uzbekistan

environmentally friendly. However, the idea that distance education is more cost-effective than traditional teaching is not an unanimity among the subject experts. According to Dr. Lenn Annetta [6], from the State University of North Carolina (USA), administrators of educational institutions are investing all their resources in distance education to control the overall institutional costs, however, such an attitude is risky. Another important problem on online classes is the Internet connection. Although the penetration of the Internet has been accelerating in the last few years, online communication at a good speed in small towns and villages is a problem. If there is no normal Internet connection for students or teachers, the child may have an interruption in learning. This is detrimental to the learning process. In conclusion, the education system should be organized according to the environment and the demands of students. As Information Technology and Science has been developing year by year, the demand for online education will continue growing.
