USING OF MODERN INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE

TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGE AND ITS EFFECTIVENESS

Annotation: This article purpose is highlights of using modern innovative technologies in teaching a foreign language and its effectiveness.

In today's fast-evolving era, science and technology are also growing rapidly. Progress in each area is taking a step forward. In particular, great changes and significant achievements are being made in science. The delivery of each science to students using new innovative pedagogical Technologies is one of the main requirements of today's education.

A new stage and a new era began in the teaching of foreign languages in our country. In the process of foreign language lessons, the use of advanced pedagogical technologies, interactive, innovative methods, communicative and informational means is required. New methods and requirements have been developed in accordance with the recommendations of the all-European framework of teaching of a foreign language in the Republic, evaluation of knowledge and skills of Foreign Language teachers (CEFR).

According to its, textbooks were created for students of secondary schools and vocational colleges. In accordance with these requirements, the study rooms were equipped with stands and new information and communication techniques. The demand for foreign language learning is also increasing day by day. The science of foreign language is divided into four aspects (reading, writing, listening, understanding and speaking), each of which is given a separate understanding and skills.

Educational technology, this is the productive use of modern information Technology in the educational process. It also envisages improving the quality and effectiveness of education by bringing modern innovative technologies into the educational process. In particular, there are several advantages of using such information and communication technologies in the study of a foreign language. The role of modern technology in language learning and teaching cannot be overemphasized. Each aspect of learning a foreign language using technological tools (reading, writing, listening, understanding and speaking)comes to hand. For example, to understand by listening, of course it is impossible to perform this process without a computer, player, CD disc.

Listening comprehension is one of the most important parts of language

learning. In this, the reader is asked at once to pay attention to the pronunciation of the speaker, the observance of the rules of writing, the richness of the word and its meanings. In the educational process, the use of modern technology is an important factor that students also have a good knowledge of and use of information and communication technology.

Teaching and learning a foreign language using modern technologies is one of the most effective ways. In the process, including:

- when using computers, the reader can also see foreign-language video rolls, shows, dialogues, even movies or cartoons;

- it is possible to hear and watch foreign-language radio broadcasts and programs on television;

- the use of tape recorders and cassettes, which are considered a much more traditional method;

- CD players can be used. The use of these technical tools will make the process of students learning a foreign language more intense and more effective. In the process of globalization, it is difficult to imagine our life without the internet. It is considered one of the most effective ways to make productive use of it in the process of learning and teaching a foreign language.

Through the Internet, the opportunity to communicate with foreign speakers arises. It is possible to improve the writing exercise by correspondence by E-mail. The most important issue is the introduction of modern communication technologies into the educational process, the purposeful and correct, productive use of them, through which the student will gain interest in a foreign language, increase the effectiveness of teaching. Through this, the opportunity to use innovative technologies of Education arises, and the demand increases.

Today, there are several different ways of innovative educational technologies. Of these, the effectiveness of the lesson will be high if a wide and varied methods of covering the topic in the lessons are used, and the interest of the students in the lesson will also be increased. It is envisaged to increase the effectiveness of education by bringing innovations into the educational process and their implementation. The use of various role-playing, moving games in the teaching of foreign language lessons also causes an increase in the interest in both the lesson and the language learning. By working in pairs or subgroups of students, it will also help the students to have communicative communication with others.

The development and introduction of new technologies is an active innovative process in choreography, activating the personal potential of the participants in the process, contributing to the development of their individuality and optimizing the introduction of various innovative complexes in the educational process. Innovative technologies in choreography are developed against the background of: - increased needs for updating the technological apparatus of training, - installation on socially oriented programs that take into account the needs of the individual and the interests of social groups, - intensive development of innovative processes in education, - awareness of the needs of young people in the acquisition of social knowledge and skills, - reducing interest in the cultural

heritage of society among young people.

Innovative technologies, like any innovation, have their own patterns of development. The initial stage consists in understanding by the teacher of need of improvements or changes in the educational process passing under the specific program and decision-making on introduction of a complex of innovative technologies in training. This is followed by a theoretical justification of the innovation and the need for its implementation on the basis of existing psychological and pedagogical theories, and the creation of a methodological framework that provides this innovative process. The third stage is to solve a number of organizational issues related to the introduction of innovative technologies in the learning process. The third stage is replaced by the fourth stage, which consists in the analysis of the results of the work carried out, the necessary adjustments and in bringing the process of introducing innovation to a stable result. With the successful implementation of all the above comes the stage of introduction of innovative technology or a whole complex of technologies in the educational process of a particular direction or discipline.

Nevertheless, there is a constant accumulation of experience among teachers, the search for new forms of communication between traditional and innovative teaching methods, understanding of continuity in education, the birth of a new quality of education, the formation of a modern view of innovation and, as a result, the creation of conditions for a conscious, purposeful and time-demanded innovation process.

The use of graphic organizers in the educational process is considered one of the most important visites in covering the topic, its delivery to students. It is also possible to use several different graphic organizers in highlighting a topic. When teaching a foreign language, it is worthwhile to use graphic organizers to explain new words on the topic, the rules of writing. It will also be easy to keep in mind if these are given through graphic organizers. The effectiveness of using different tables in the process of teaching a foreign language is also high. Through the use of tables in the process of education, students can come up with a certain rules of mathematics, for example, to compose sentences using times, placing new words.

Innovative technologies in the teaching foreign language innovations that combine theoretical and practical knowledge. Their introduction is effective under the following conditions:

- the readiness of potential consumers (in this case, students) to introduce a new educational process,

- the readiness of the teacher or a group of teachers to conduct innovative activities,

- awareness by all participants of the innovation process of the importance of introducing innovations in the conditions of increasing dependence of the degree of social adaptation of the individual on the results of the educational process,

- the novelty of the proposed innovations is obvious and can be widely demanded. At a time when the need to learn a foreign language is high, the efficient use of modern information technology, innovative educational technology in the

educational process leads to the fact that this process is effective. The effectiveness of innovative educational technologies in their proper and efficient use in the educational process.

Annotation: The emergence of neologisms is a direct evidence of the viability of language, its desire to express the wealth of human knowledge and the progress of civilization.

Keywords: English, neologisms, English vocabulary, phraseological expressions.

Neologisms were born a long time ago, the appearance of many of them are attributed to William Shakespeare, but as you know, if something appeared, then someone needs it. Thanks to the development of language, culture and society, there are so many of them that an attempt to count will not be possible. Neologisms help to trace and feel all the beauty of the language that he wants to show, its ability to adapt to the modern world. Our age, filled with wires and web of Internet networks, makes it possible to communicate to all people of the Earth, which was the reason for the extensive growth of the language, such words every day more and more, but having passed the mandatory stages of approval of society and consolidation in the lexicon, they become public words and expressions.

Russian linguist V. I. Zabotkina divides neologisms into phonological, borrowing, semantic and syntactic. Having understood their classification and delving into the material, we can distinguish two types of emerging from the above are morphological and phraseological types. Morphological still subdivided into affixal (suffixal and prefixal), structure, convection, reduction.

Classification values of neologisms:

1) Phonological neologisms appear due to a combination of individual sounds. They look like a unique addition of sounds, often using onomatopoeic interjections. In literature, such words are called "artificial" or "invented". New
