INNOVATIVE PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES IN TEACHING
FOREIGN LANGUAGES
Annotation: In this article described means of innovative pedagogical technologies and its effectiveness in the teaching foreign languages and effectiveness.

The Republic of Uzbekistan goes on the way of building a legal democratic society and pays special attention to the spiritual formation of its citizens, especially the younger generation and the future generation of professionals. In today's constantly developing world, it is necessary to be able to work independently with a large flow of information, have design skills and have an attitude to continuous self-education. Education today is the education of a creative and responsible person, the education of an intelligent person who is open to dialogue and capable of self-development. One of the main problems facing the education system and society as a whole today is the problem of activating the creative thinking of schoolchildren.
Educators of educational institutions are armed with the national independence and have the skills of bringing it to every citizen's consciousness. Establishment of competent personality has always been an essential requirement and main objective of social society.
A new stage in foreign language teaching has begun in our country. In the process of teaching foreign language courses, it is required to use advanced pedagogical technologies, interactive, innovative methods and communication. New methods and requirements have been developed in our country in accordance with the European Framework of Reference for Foreign Language Teaching and Evaluation of Teachers' Knowledge and Skills (CEFR).
One of the important factors that create prerequisites for successful training of gifted children using information and computer technologies is that such children are characterized by high independence in the process of learning. The development of special computer training programs that expand the possibilities of implementing new ways and forms of self-learning and self-development, as well as computerization of knowledge control, will contribute to the implementation of the principle of individualization of learning, so necessary for gifted pupils.

The role of modern technology is remarkable in language learning and teaching. The use of technological means helps to learn every aspect of learning a foreign language (reading, listening, listening, and speaking). For example, it is impossible to perform this process without a computer, player or CD. Listening comprehension is one of the most important parts of language learning.
In accordance with these requirements, the training rooms are equipped with stands and new information and communication technologies. The demand for foreign language learning is increasing day by day. Foreign language is divided into four dimensions (reading, listening, speaking and speaking), and each of them has a special understanding and skill. Education technology is the most effective use of modern information technology in this learning process. It also envisages increasing the quality and effectiveness of education through the introduction of modern innovation technologies in the education process. In particular, the use of such information and communication technologies in learning a foreign language has many advantages.
At the same time, a student is required to speak at the same time the pronunciation of the speaker, observe grammatical rules, pay attention to the richness of words and its meaning. The use of modern technologies in the learning process is an important factor in the ability of students to know and use information and communication technologies. Teaching and learning foreign languages with modern technology is one of the most effective ways to learn. In this process, you can:
- read a movie while watching movies, movies, or cartoons in a foreign language;
- Listen and watch foreign radio broadcasts and TV programs;
- the use of magnetos and cassettes, which are quite traditional;
- CD players can be used. Using these techniques will help students to learn a foreign language more effectively and effectively. In the process of globalization, it is hard to imagine our lives without the Internet. One of the most effective ways to use it effectively during learning and teaching a foreign language. There is an opportunity to communicate with foreign-language speakers online. E-mail writing skills can be improved. The most important issue is to increase the interest of the learners in the foreign language through the use of modern and communicative technologies in the educational process, and to increase their effectiveness. This will give the opportunity to use innovative educational technologies and increase the demand. Today, there are several ways to apply innovative learning technologies. If you use them in a wide variety of topics in the classroom, the lesson will be more effective and you will be encouraged to increase your students' interest in the lesson.
Increasing the effectiveness of education through the introduction and implementation of innovations in the learning process. The use of different roles and games in teaching foreign languages can also increase the interest in language learning. Working with couples or small groups helps students communicate with others. The use of graphic organizers in the learning process is one of the most

important issues in covering the topic and delivering it to students. You can also use several different graphic organizers to highlight a theme.
According to one of the generally accepted classifications, active learning methods are divided into methods for starting a lesson, finding out goals, expectations, fears, presenting educational material, organizing independent work, relaxation, and summing up. For the productive use of such methods, constant cooperation and effective interaction between the teacher and the student is necessary. These relationships affect the student's learning activities and the teacher's work with the class. Each of these methods effectively solves a specific task of a particular stage of the lesson.
Using foreign graphics techniques, it is desirable to describe new words and grammatical rules. It is easier for them to keep in mind if they are given through graphic organizers. The use of different tables in the foreign language teaching process is also great. Using the tables in the learning process, students can build up a new grammar point, for example, using words that are commonly used. Efficient use of modern information technology and innovative learning technologies in the learning process at a time when the need for foreign language learning is high is that it is effective. Innovative educational technologies have been used effectively in their educational process.
