METHODS OF TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGES
Annotation: In today's advanced world, young people and people who want to learn languages use modern technology in a variety of techniques, preparing them for foreign exams and using them in their future lives.

In today's fast-paced world, science and technology are gaining momentum. Progress is being made in every area. In particular, science has undergone significant changes. Delivery of each subject to students using innovative teaching techniques is one of the main requirements of today's education. A new stage in the teaching of foreign languages has begun in every country. The use of advanced pedagogical technologies, interactive, innovative, communicative media is required in the teaching of foreign languages. In our country, new methods and requirements for teaching foreign languages, assessment of foreign language teachers' knowledge and skills, in accordance with IELTS and CEFR and other foreign language certificates, have been developed. It has created new and improved textbooks for students of secondary schools and vocational colleges. In accordance with these requirements, classrooms are equipped with stands, modern teaching aids and new information and communication technologies. The demand for learning foreign languages is also increasing. Foreign language is divided into four parts (reading, reading, listening and understanding) and each of them is given specific insights and skills. Educational technologies are the most effective and efficient use of modern information technologies in the educational process. It also envisages improving the quality and effectiveness of education through the introduction of innovative technologies in the educational process. In particular, there are several advantages of using such information and communication technologies when learning a foreign language. The role of modern technology in language learning and teaching is invaluable. The use of technological tools applies to every section of the foreign language learning (reading, reading, listening, understanding and speaking). For example, it is impossible to listen and understand, without a computer or audio player. Listening comprehension is one of the most important parts of language learning. This requires that the reader simultaneously focus on the speaker's pronunciation, grammar rules, vocabulary,

Important and effective use of modern communication technologies in the educational process is to use them effectively, to increase students' interest in foreign languages, to increase their teaching effectiveness. This will enable the use of innovative educational technologies and the demand will increase.
Today, there are several ways in which innovation technology is used. If they are used in a wide variety of ways to cover the subject in lessons, the effectiveness of the lesson will be enhanced and the students' interest in the lesson will be enhanced. Increasing the effectiveness of education through the introduction and implementation of innovations into the educational process. The use of various role-playing games in the teaching of foreign languages can also increase the interest in learning both the lesson and the language. By working in pairs or in small groups, it helps students communicate with others. The use of graphic organizers in the learning process is one of the most important visits to cover the subject and deliver it to students. It is also possible to use several different graphic organizers to cover one topic. In teaching foreign languages, it is advisable to use graphic organizers to explain new words and grammar rules on the subject. Giving these through graphic organizers is also easy to remember. Using a variety of charts is also a good way to teach a foreign language. By using tables in the learning process, students can use certain grammatical rules, such as using words from time to time and placing new words. In a time when there is a great need for learning a foreign language, the effective use of modern information technologies and innovative technologies in the learning process can make this process more effective. The effectiveness of innovative educational technologies is because they are used effectively and effectively in the educational process.
In conclusion, we can say that the English-speaking audio-texts represents the central core of the methodical system, around which are grouped a number of skills that are aimed at achieving the final result — the formation of lingua cultural competence of students. So, in the article we describe the content and structure of lingua cultural competence, formed on the basis of audio-texts, core competencies, knowledge and skills which comprise its structure, as well as some of the methods and techniques oriented to the formation of it.
