ABSTRACT

In this article, the author considers the more pressing problem of our time using international assessment programs such as PISA, TIMSS, PIRLS and STEAM standards in the learning process. For ensuring the spiritual development of the country, first of all, we need to equip the younger generation with scientific knowledge, to develop in them the spiritual thinking, develop intellectual moral values and train them modern pedagogical technologies.

Keywords: International research, methods of teaching and education, educational process, mathematical literacy.

INTRODUCTION

Today, it is extremely important for the teaching staff to have high scientific and methodological knowledge. This is the most important an element of a huge creative work aimed at making the younger generation mature, educated, highly educated, competent, patriotic person.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "Strategy actions in five priority directions of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017-2021". LITERATURE REVIEW AND METHODOLOGY

Organization and conduct of international comparative studies assessment of educational achievements of students (TIMSS, PISA, PIRLS). International study on the assessment of the quality of mathematical and natural science education of students in grades 4 and 8 is carried out 4- summer cycles (1995, 1999, 2003, 2007, 2011, 2015). In the study more than 63 countries of the world participate.

TIMSS Research is an assessment of academic achievement in mathematics and natural science of students in grades 4 and 8 and identifying the main school and out-of-school determinants of education. PISA - Program for International Student Assessment International Study on the Assessment of Mathematical Literacy and reading and science literacy for 15-year-olds organizations of general secondary, technical and vocational education conducted with 3 year cycles (2000, 2003, 2003, 2009, 2012, 2015).

Main question

Do 15-year-old students who have completed the compulsory general education, knowledge and skills necessary for them to fully functioning in modern society? 2.[79-87] Basic information about the assessment of educational achievements in PISA study:

The PISA study also explores factors that allow explain the differences in the results of students in the countries participating in the program. To these factors include characteristics of students and their families, characteristics of educational institutions and the educational process.

The PISA study simultaneously implemented several modern innovative ideas in measurement: assessment of functional literacy, the study of attitudes, interest, motivation and learning strategies.

In international PISA tests, students were offered non-typical learning tasks in physics or mathematics, characteristic of some particular countries, and close to real problem situations associated with various aspects of the surrounding life and requiring for their solutions not only knowledge of basic academic subjects, but also formation of general educational and intellectual skills.

The priority area of PISA research was the natural sciences literacy. Assessment of math and reading literacy was carried out in order to identify trends in changing their condition over past years. About 400,000 people took part in the PISA study in 2006 students from 57 countries, representing a total population of almost 20 million students aged 15 in these countries. 30 participating countries programs are

members of the OECD.

What you need to successfully participate in PISA and PIRLS studies in order to show good results, you need to have at least two focus: training teachers and the materials they work with. No wonder international studies say that the quality of education in school depends on the professional level of teachers. So it is necessary invest in teacher training and create a new educational and methodological material. 4.[89-96]

These projects will help pupils and students assess thinking skills young people through various tasks and subsequently stimulates development of these skills. In this study, literacy rates students of the Republic of Uzbekistan are tested for the first time, and this requires careful preparation. For this, it is important to develop in students' special skills by piloting tasks developed in accordance with the requirements of international studies, and the gradual integrating them into the educational process.

Participation of Uzbekistan in this international comparative research is of great strategic importance for the development education, especially in the context of the introduction of 11-year education in the country, based on generally recognized principles of international education.

The data obtained as a result of the research will make it possible to judge the quality of education in the country and its relative position in the world education system. At the same time, Uzbekistan will receive the richest analytical material about programs, textbooks and requirements for educational achievements of schoolchildren around the world.

In place of the conclusion, the use of international assessment programs of the PISA, TIMSS, PIRLS and STEAM standards can develop the quality of education in the country and promote the correct assessment of youth knowledge. Helps pupils and students to further sharpen their knowledge.
