One of the current issues is to teach the more youthful era within the soul of love and commitment to the country, national pride, tall ethics and most profound sense of being, pride in our antiquated and wealthy legacy, national and all inclusive values through the teaching of foreign languages. Radical changes within the world instruction framework raise the problem of making the fundamental conditions for understudies to memorize remote languages superbly, to specific themselves in all ranges with information of a outside language, to create their verbal and composed discourse in a remote dialect. Organizations such as UNESCO, UNICEF, the European College Affiliation, and the European Arrange for Higher Instruction Quality are included within the development of students' considering in a outside dialect, their capacity to talk fluently, the arrangement of their mental movement, and the evaluation of their readiness. is utilized. development, to make compelling instruments for the execution of scientific and inventive accomplishments, to improve the quality of preparing, to form the fundamental conditions for the preparing of qualified specialists in accordance with international benchmarks, each higher instruction institution to set up near cooperation with instructive educate and develop students' inventive capacities, effective utilize of intelligently strategies in working with youthful gatherings of people, to supply them with quality instruction in a outside dialect, to raise the level of higher education to an model level and Enhancements have been distinguished as key tasks.

As of now, dialect materials in outside dialects (English, German, French) have been chosen for the higher instruction institution. 1. Improving the scientific level and practicality of foreign language teaching;

2. Strengthening the educational aspect of the subject of a foreign language;

3. Independent study of a foreign language s ubject.

The first requirement can be met in two ways.

The old method, which is not relevant today in the reconstruction, is to improve the education system by removing the roads. Improving the scientific level of foreign language methodology is the popularization of best practices, the reconstruction of the methodology on the basis of innovations in linguistics, psychology, pedagogy, psycholinguistics. For a foreign language teaching to be practical, the student must focus on the ability to work independently and competently on the foreign language. In short, it is very important to teach a foreign language in higher education institutions that do not specialize in languages, because foreign languages play an important role in preparing students for full-fledged development.
