OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEM

Tourism is one of the most recognized industries in the world. The development of the tourism industry contributes to the overall development of the country. The development of the tourism sector depends, first of all, on the effective establishment of cooperation in the field of tourism and the effective quality of training. The human factor is at the heart of tourism, and its development is linked to the development of education.

The study of tourism training should be based on sustainable development. This is a very important issue today. Based on the requirements for tourism personnel, more opportunities should be created for them by providing them with additional facilities. The main topic for this is the need to create the most favorable conditions for initiative, conscious and creative work of industry professionals.

It is well known that for the development of tourism, Uzbekistan needs to take a positive approach to human resources in order to further improve its tourism potential and achieve a high position in the world tourism rankings.

It would be expedient to teach additional foreign languages to the staff from the bachelor's level in addition to the main areas of education, to further develop their language skills, and to allocate additional educational grants for the exchange of experience in their study abroad. Undergraduate students would be able to increase their knowledge and skills by further specializing their groups in the field of language. People working in tourism enterprises work together in a single production or service system to achieve the end result.

In fact, the purpose of the study of personnel in the field of tourism is to teach the specifics of the organization of staff activities in tourism enterprises and ways to solve problems that arise in this process, as well as to form in them a passion for leadership and organizational activities. To achieve the set goal, the following tasks must be solved.

- Personnel management in tourism enterprises in a market economy.

- further enhancing the role of the human factor.

- organization and management of professional development of personnel and personnel innovation;

- work ethic, staff safety and scientific organization of personnel management in tourism enterprises;

-formation of sufficient knowledge and skills of staff, etc. First of all, people are its most important asset in tourism enterprises, which require large labor costs. Their management is responsible for coordinating these powerful assets and contributes greatly to the development of enterprise management systems and methods.

In many tourism enterprises, employees are considered as ancillary components of the enterprise and are not given due attention in their management. Because in tourism enterprises, employees are an integral part of the enterprise, the end product, and for this, businesses charge customers. For example, in a hotel, a guest pays not only for accommodation, security, cleanliness, but also for the attention of hotel staff.

At the same time, great work has been done in the field of tourism in our country to train personnel in the field of tourism. Extensive work has been done in this area to improve the system of training, increase efficiency, and train international personnel in the field of services, tourism and hotel business and management.

Today, there are a number of requirements for personnel working in the field of tourism. In particular, the intellectual ability of the staff should reflect the following positive qualities. -intelligence;

- Ability to think abstractly;

- Attitude of the manager to his actions;

- level of thinking;

- ability to negotiate;

The style of speech of the staff has the following characteristics:

- ingenuity; -multiple vocabulary;

- to express one's opinion clearly; -cultural culture;

At the same time, the ability of personnel working in the field of tourism to perform professional duties is determined by:

- own potential when coming to the enterprise; -professional training received from the enterprise

- his physical and mental condition; -Evaluation of the employee from the company.

The nature of human resource management should determine the effectiveness of the business and the achievements of its individual members. This should take into account the spiritual environment and the unsatisfactory benefits of labor. The prudent policy of the personnel management service has a positive effect on the behavior, skills and efficiency of the enterprise.

Although there are currently more than 100 professionals in the tourism sector, the demand for various specialists in this field has not been met.

In the age of technology, the development of Internet and computer technologies requires that employees working in the field of tourism have a thorough knowledge of the field and achieve new results in their work, develop new booking systems and use them in innovative technologies.

In the long-term perspective of tourism enterprises, there is a growing focus on increasing the efficiency of using employees as the main business strategy. Much has been written in recent years about labor-related processes, the challenges they face, and their rights and future.

The strategy of selection and placement of personnel, the strategy of training, retraining and advanced training, as well as the strategy of motivation of employees are one of the important strategies of enterprises.

It is advisable to use a comprehensive system of staff development in tourism enterprises, as it provides the following opportunities:

- organization of constant control over the quality and qualification level of employees, creation of a database on their composition and qualifications;

-training of employees during the entire period of employment; -education - creation of methodical materials and their rational use; -selection of personnel and planning of their movement;

-preparation of necessary information on the basis of personnel quality assessment for the adoption of sound management laws on personnel issues; -advise them on career advancement;

As a way to increase the competitiveness of tourism services, it is necessary to develop a project for the optimal selection of personnel in tourism enterprises. In this project, it is necessary to form a job profile, ie a set of requirements for the recruitment of new employees, which should clearly indicate the required knowledge, skills, experience and competencies.

Selection of employees in tourism enterprises is carried out in the following

order.

- By studying the personal documents of the candidate;

- Analysis of the candidate's photo;

- Offer to write an essay on the work of tourism enterprises;

- The first interview;

Test or second interview, group interview with business leaders;

The following questions will need to be answered during the recruitment process.

-Are the candidates qualified enough?

-Are you encouraged enough?

- To what extent do the candidates fit into the company?

Evaluation criteria should be used in the selection of staff. Here are the things to look for when selecting yours.

-Education and experience in the field of services; -behavior;

- Purposefulness; -intellectual ability; -style of speech;

The competitive advantage of the services offered by the tourism enterprise can be achieved only by increasing the capacity of the staff through the competence of each member of the team, taking responsibility in non-standard situations. is increased. The main functions of management in training are:

-comprehensive control, analysis, identification and elimination of deficiencies;

- Personnel placement according to their potential, proper distribution of responsibilities;

-organization and use of educational information systems;

- maximum use of innovations in the field;

- forecasting the activities of higher education institutions and providing comprehensive support to future staff and setting clear goals, etc.

The National Program for Training Qualified Personnel in the Field of Tourism and Further Enhancing the Capacity of Uzbek Tourism is a key normative document. One of the measures to ensure the implementation of the program is the development and implementation of effective mechanisms for the integration of education with science and industry, which will be an important factor in improving the quality of education. The system of training has been radically reformed and is fulfilling a number of tasks as a basis for the management methodology of higher education.

Under this program, an action plan has been developed for the effective use of the experience gained by foreign countries, as well as such experience and tests in our country. At the same time, methods and principles of personnel management have been developed. In foreign countries, such as the United States, France, the United Kingdom, and Japan, which are the first countries in the world in terms of the number of tourists, are being studied.

Of course, based on the experience of developed countries, the demand for personnel in the field of tourism is growing. Currently, positive and negative results are being obtained on the basis of these approaches. Undoubtedly, such requirements will

lead to the further development of the intellectual potential of the staff, as well as the ability to perform professional tasks.

It should be noted that the development of tourism will not only contribute to the development of this sector, but also to the development of other sectors of the country, which will open the way for our country to become one of the most developed countries in the world.
