ABSTRACT

This article aims to create opportunities for people with disabilities to travel around the world and to introduce this route in Uzbekistan.

Keywords: People with disabilities, tourist route, special corridors, hotel, travel

For people with disabilities, tourism is a very broad concept that combines different types of tourism. Disability tourism includes the availability of special facilities for people with disabilities on beaches, hotels and transport, especially for people with disabilities to relax, relax with healthy people, go on excursions.

Disability is a social phenomenon. Each state, depending on its level of development, forms a socio-economic policy for people with disabilities. Currently, the number of people with disabilities is approaching 10 million. In our country, when less work is done for people with disabilities, their vacation questions are less likely to arise, and few believe that more vacations can be active. Tourism can be very useful as a method of social rehabilitation of people with disabilities. Russia, for example, has issued a number of decrees that allow people with disabilities to move freely and independently through the city. Most healthy people do not understand why a person with a disability should walk the streets. Not only strangers but sometimes even relatives can't understand it. Let's say people don't have time to think about the psychology of people with disabilities. But it is not clear. Owners of hotels, shops and other establishments do not understand why a person with disabilities is also a potential customer. It can be helpful, too, and you need to engage it.

As part of its policy for making holidays and leisure activities more accessible for people with disabilities, the Secretary of State for Tourism has implemented a "quality" label for the accommodation of disabled people, in partnership with tourist professionals and associations working on behalf of the disabled.

The objective of this tourist label is to provide reliable, descriptive and objective information on the accessibility to its tourist sites and facilities, taking all varieties of handicap into account to develop a suitable tourist offer that forms part of the more general purpose offer to provide a competitive advantage to those tourist professionals who subscribe to the approach

This label is designed for customers with special needs so that they can receive reliable information on the accessibility of leisure and holiday venues, for all 4 types of disabilities.

The label may be granted for one, two, three or four disabilities (motor, mental, visual, auditory).

As society develops, the status of tourism changes from being socially desirable to being a necessity. No less so is this for those who have various physical and other disabilities. This paper examines secondary data derived from Italian sources to illustrate both the demand for tourism from those with disabilities, and the factors that both inhibit and enhance the opportunities they have for participation in tourism. It provides a geographical assessment of tourism provision within Italy and identifies areas of good and poor provision for this market segment. Implications for tourist providers are discussed.

There are usually two main conceptual models of disability. The medical model treats disability as an individual-specific property as a result of illness, injury, or other effects on health, which requires medical care in the form of direct treatment from specialists. Disability in this model requires medical or other intervention or treatment to "fix" a person's problem. The social model, on the other hand, sees disability as a social problem rather than as an individual's property. According to the social model, disability requires political intervention because the problem stems from the inadequacy of the environment resulting from the attitudes and other characteristics of the social environment. This model requires the integration of people with disabilities into the surrounding society, adaptation to living conditions in the community, including those with disabilities. Creating this comfortable environment (disability, ramps and special elevators for the blind, duplication of visual and textual information and duplication of audio information for the deaf, as well as the implementation of measures to promote employment) to teach communication skills.

This type of tourism is the most common in many countries around the world. There is a perception that the "free" income of people with disabilities is low. This is often the case, but those who are with them have a higher income. Those who have limited access to the local government electorate have great economic potential.

The capital of the Spanish province of Catalonia is becoming a real holiday destination for people with disabilities. Urban transport and the central streets of Barcelona have been adapted to their needs. The Barcelona Tourism Council places great emphasis on tourism that is accessible to people with disabilities. Special catalogs for people with disabilities in tourism infrastructure are published. Events will be held, including the Paralympic Games. All of the city's central streets are equipped with ramps, and all buses have custom rooms that are accessible to people with disabilities. A special website, Accessible Tourism, has been created with all the information about

travel to Catalonia. It has all the necessary facilities to accommodate people with disabilities. The site's technical equipment allows many people with disabilities, including the visually impaired, to have full access to information independently without outside help. It has become the number one destination in Europe and the second in the world due to the special conditions created for the disabled and the elderly on the beaches of Los Cristianos in Europe, with nearly 50 million.

Currently, measures are being taken in Uzbekistan to organize tourism for people with disabilities. People with disabilities have always been an integral part of our society. Especially in recent years, a lot has been done in our country to provide comprehensive support to the population in need of social protection, including assistance in starting their own business. According to the data, last year, about 710,000 people with disabilities were registered in the country. They live in different parts of the country, in different conditions. The Association of Social Tourism has been established in Uzbekistan to cover all categories of tourists and create favorable conditions for them. The main purpose of this association is to hold charity events for people with disabilities, to create conditions for people with disabilities to travel. In the history of the world, the world-famous composer Beethoven was born with a disability, and Franklin Roosevelt, a four-time president of the United States, suffered from polio. The famous English writer John Milton became blind at the age of 43, and yet he created his masterpiece - "Lost Paradise". In general, there are no such examples. It all depends on the person, you are right. However, the formation and development of everything depends to some extent on the environment in society. Not only should the education system pay special attention to the training of qualified personnel in the fields of typhlopedagogy (teaching the blind and visually impaired), deaf pedagogy (teaching deaf or hard of hearing children) and oligophrenopedagogy (teaching mentally retarded children), but also , should be supported. Then we will be an example to the world. Isn't that so?

The problem of socio-cultural alienation is more complex than that of people with disabilities. On the one hand, the reason for alienation is due to their limited physical capabilities. Social and cultural rehabilitation is the basis for overcoming the social and cultural alienation of the disabled. Admittedly, tourism for people with disabilities is still one of the new and unexplored areas in Uzbekistan, and much remains to be done in this area. If new work is done in Uzbekistan in this area and conditions are created for them, there will be significant growth not only in the country, but also in tourism. To do this, it is necessary to consider all the opportunities of Uzbekistan and use them wisely, to address barriers to the development of tourism, to organize and develop other types of tourism, not limited to historical monuments. Of course, tourism is an area with a future.
