Since ancient times, the games as an integral part of human existence has attracted the attention of thinkers, philosophers and scientists from various fields of scientific knowledge. The ancient Greek philosopher Plato considered the gam one of the most practically useful activities. Putting the game of checkers next to art of counting and geometry, he actually equated the game with art. A student of Plato -Aristotle wrote about the benefits of word games and puns for the development of the intellect, thus something the practical significance of the game for the mental development of a person. K. Gross pointed to the striving of the game forward, believing that the game is a preparation for life and he owns the theory of the game as an unintentional self-education of the child. He considered children's play as an important means of forming and training the skills necessary for psychophysical and personal development. Games should be regarded as an integral part of the language syllabus, not as an amusing activity for Friday afternoon or for the end of the term. They can be used at all stages of the progression from controlled to free practice serving at one end of the range as a memory aid and repetition drill, at the other as a chance to use the language freely, and as a means to an end rather than an end in itself. They can also serve as a diagnostic tool for teacher, who can note areas of difficulty and take appropriate remedial action. [1]

We used our own definition of preschool education in teaching children to think independently , based on the above ideas : Independent thinking is a person's own knowledge, life experience , defining specific , goals and objectives of any problem, is an activity aimed at solving it independently, using a variety of ways and means , if possible.'The process of thinking" writes Vygotsky, "begins with the child's communication with his parents" Independent thinking is formed after the child "swallows" these conversations and begins to "digest" them[2]. Based on this opinion of a well-known psychologist, it can be said that thinking becomes an independent activity only if it has its own directing power, purpose, methods. The independence of thinking, as one of its forms listed above, it related to a person's personality and biography, his inner qualities . Apparently, when a person thinks, he learns aspects of things that have been discovered by others. When one thinks independently , one understands the essence of world event and life , artistic and pictorial situations in a unique way, unlike others.[3] Each of the pedagogical scientists , who conducted research on the orientation of students to independent thinking , approached it in a unique way , described it , For example , according to Z.Nishonova "Independent thinking as a personality is one of the important factors in achieving high performance in individual and collective achievements in any activity". CONCLUSION

In conclusion, there are a lot of them in language teaching and we can't imagine lessons without them. In any case, it is necessary to use different methods to increase the student's or children's interest in the lesson and to make them actively participate during the lesson. For example, there are various scientific games for students and brain games for children. People of all ages enjoy games, as well as processes play an important role in developing their independent thinking. For learners it is significant to independent thinking.
