Certain aspects of the political environment are of particular importance to managers. The first is the relationship between the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of business. In a democratic society, it is conditioned by cultural trends, such as government taxation, tax incentives and trade tariffs, labor safety standards, hiring, consumer protection, environmental protection, price controls, etc. has a strong influence on their decisions regarding 3.

For companies operating internationally, the factor of political stability is of great importance. A change in the political situation can lead to restrictions on ownership rights for foreigners (even nationalization of foreign property) or the establishment of special tariffs for imported goods. Balance of payments or debt servicing problems complicate the task of extracting currency benefits. But policy can also change in favor of investors, for example, when there is a need for foreign capital to come into the country. The establishment of diplomatic relations allows to open doors to completely new markets, for example, this is the case with China, but usually business activities continue between different countries even if they have formal diplomatic membership.

Relations with the local association. Any society has its own laws and norms that determine the essence and content of business organizations. A group of cities are doing everything possible to attract entrepreneurs, others, on the other hand, fight for years to get a court order to prevent a new plant or factory from being built. In a group of cities, the political situation is favorable for the development of entrepreneurship, which is the main source of funds for the local budget, in others, in order to convince the local community to grant permission for their business, entrepreneurs have to meet all their requirements, for example, environmental protection requirements and solve other problems that may arise due to the business activity or the jobs it creates.

Many organizations strive for good relations with the community in which they operate: they fund local schools, engage in charity work, support young talents, etc. For example, local theaters and orchestras also often receive support from corporations.

The environmental factors described above affect all organizations to some extent, but organizations operating internationally are in a more complex situation because each country has its own unique characteristics. Each country has its own economy, culture, quantity and quality of labor and material resources, laws, government institutions, political stability, etc. different from others. Managers must consider these differences when implementing the four main management functions.

By entering the international market, the organization must change its operating methods to take into account the specific factors of the environment. According to a group of scientists, "They must determine how the new environment differs from the domestic environment they are used to and decide how to change their management philosophy and practices." But analyzing the factors of the international environment is a very difficult task.

Oftentimes, managers make the mistake of believing that business practices in their home countries are no different from business practices abroad. For example, companies such as Max Factor, Revlon and Avon could not enter the Japanese cosmetics market, due to several factors: Japanese women use less perfume, artificial tanning products are not popular among them, so salt and bubbles are not used.

At the international level, management today involves a wide variety of activities, including the transfer of resources, goods, services, and skilled labor from one country to another. Resources such as raw materials, capital, people and technology can also be transferred. As for goods, it can be noted that they can be finished products, parts of those products and semi-finished products. Outsourced services may include accounting, legal and banking services, and outsourced workforce may include technical specialists, administrative staff. Since the 1960s, the international business sector has become increasingly important for organizations. Reasons for increasing the volume of exports of the country's products abroad.
