This article details the importance of the education system in raising the morale of students. The training of highly qualified and high-class, spiritual educators who meet state educational standards and state educational requirements is considered important and necessary at the international level today. Among them, Iedagogs are considered to be the main factor in raising the spirituality of young people. Resident Shavkat Mirziyoyev in his book "New Uzbekistan Strategy" emphasized spirituality: "In my opinion, there is a great illuminator of the human world - the lamp of spirituality. The difference between this lamp and others is that it illuminates a person's mind and thinking, awakens his heart and conscience, and strengthens the feeling of humanity. As we are starting to create a new era of renaissance in Uzbekistan, such spirituality should be instilled in the hearts and minds of every compatriot, and it should encourage us to do good deeds and live with a high sense of responsibility. not for nothing, of course. Therefore, first of all, the issues of raising the morale of teachers, creating favorable conditions for them to improve their professional skills and qualifications, eliminating all obstacles in their activities, and further increasing the effectiveness and effectiveness of spiritual and educational work should be solved first of all. is a task.
Events and campaigns are being organized in order to make every person in the society highly spiritual and enlightened. As reforms have been implemented in every field throughout our country, sufficient attention is being paid to the field of spirituality. In this regard, first of all, it is important to determine the rights and obligations of educators, who have the main role in improving spirituality, and to ensure that they are under the protection of the law.
In the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which entered into force on May 1, 2023, the rights of teachers were strengthened for the first time [1]. From this point of view, it is necessary to form the professional skills of the teachers, protect their dignity and work reputation, and improve their spiritual and moral culture. According to this Law, "a physical person who performs professional activities in the field of education and upbringing on the basis of an employment contract concluded in accordance with legislation in an educational organization and has appropriate education, professional training and moral and ethical qualities" [5] the status of teachers was determined. After all, the effective activity of educators has an important role in helping young people to acquire a new way of thinking and to directly improve their spirituality. Spirituality and enlightenment are the forces that encourage people to live in a new way and have a new outlook on the world. In order to ensure a strong spirituality, it is necessary to apply an integrated system not only of educators, but also of parents and the community.
The changes being implemented in our country put on the agenda the training of intellectually capable, physically healthy, morally and spiritually mature specialists who serve the development of society. In our republic, we aim to improve the education and training of specialists on the basis of national patriotism and national ideals and spirituality. One of the most urgent issues is the training of selfless people who are able to withstand all the difficulties in serving the Motherland. In order to solve this urgent problem, education of patriotism and spiritual and moral highness through the inclusion of our national talents in education and training includes professional skills as well as intellectual skills. Accordingly, harmony is important in the teaching of national patriotism, spiritual and moral, and aesthetic subjects.
With the honor of independence, a fundamental change in the attitude towards national and universal human resources requires the preservation of human resources and their transmission to future generations. Because the rich spiritual heritage left by our ancestors - enriching our national talents with the achievements of modern science and forming the thinking and worldview of young people on the basis of national and universal human talents
In our country, the spiritual sphere is one of the important areas of state policy, like the economy, politics, and social sphere. For this reason, spirituality has a proper place in the adopted strategic programs and road maps. For example, the "Uzbekistan-2030" strategy stipulates the need to implement a number of reforms on "Ensuring spiritual development and bringing the cultural sector to a new level." The goals and tasks of this strategy are of incomparable importance in raising our spirituality to a higher level. In addition, on December 22, 2023, an extended meeting of the Republic Council of Spirituality and Enlightenment was held in our country. At this meeting, our head of state strongly emphasized the need to develop a separate programmatic document on the development of our national idea, which will serve as a methodical basis for our

work in the field of spirituality and culture, and in this process, the requirements of the new version of the Constitution should be taken into account. The thoughts of our I-resident, "Today, spirituality should be ten steps ahead of other fields, spirituality should become a new force, a new movement" are becoming our vital needs. That is why, first of all, we need to raise and develop our spirituality.
Educators are of great importance in raising the spirituality of young people. They should perform the following tasks to improve the morale of young people:
1. Providing spiritual and educational education. In this process, it is considered necessary for educators to promote reading for students on a large scale, to carry out propaganda about Uzbek national art, and to conduct various excursions to familiarize them with the activities of cultural organizations.
2. Integration of spiritual and educational education. In this process, educational processes are organized by educators to integrate other subjects in the management of spiritual and educational education. It helps to create a connection between spiritual education and knowledge in mathematics, literature, history, music, art studies and other fields.
5. Respect for spiritual values. Educators ensure that young people respect spiritual values and do not allow ideas foreign to our national spirituality to harm the minds of young people. Through this process, it helps to determine the necessary goals and tasks for the analysis of respect for values, loyalty, the need to preserve them, the level of development, and the value of young people.
To sum up, the importance of educators in forming the spirituality of young people, preserving our national values, raising our national morals, and encouraging social activity is incomparable. Events and contests organized by educators are also important in improving the morale of young people.
