Introduction

Volleyball is one of the most popular kinds of sport among students. Sports selection, motivation, programming, effective realization of the training process, its human resourcing, intensive sport classes and teaching process combination in this elective discipline provide thorough development of a young person and his adaptation to independent life conditions and help to cope with the most difficult production tasks after graduation [1,2].

In this connection it is important to solve the problems connected with all sides of physical training improvement among students from technical higher educational establishment. They are involved into volleyball. Special attention should be paid to the

methodology of physical qualities development, taking into account the mechanism of muscle activity energy supply (MMAES). The specialists, who teach sports games (including volleyball) at a technical University, are to influence selectively aerobic, anaerobic productivity, general working capacity and reserve adaptive abilities development and provide motor abilities improvement without any harm to health.

The aim of the research is to reveal the effectiveness of the 1st course male students physical readiness at Izhevsk State Technical University during volleyball classes, taking into account their bioenergetic type of organism energy supply.

The objectives of the research: to create the

methodology of physical qualities development among the students of a technical University at volleyball lessons, taking into account the system of muscle activity energy supply.

Materials and methods

Research methods: information sources analysis, multifactorial express-diagnostics method by S.A. Dushanin, method of mathematical statistics (IBM SPSS Statistics 2.0).

36 male students of the 1st course of Izhevsk State Technical University took part in the research (control group- 18 people, experimental group-18 people). Among these students we organized multifactorial express-diagnostics according to S.A. Dushanin method. According to the results of the diagnostics the experimental group was divided into the subgroups, taking into account the bioenergetic type of organism energy supply (aerobic - 6 students, mixed - 6 students, anaerobic - 6 students). In terms of the experimental methodology we created the program of lessons. Each lesson included so called "obstacle course". "Obstacle course" is a continuous earlier created obstacles overcoming presented in a form of gymnastic apparatuses and equipment for the main physical qualities development. "Obstacle course" included jumping, getting over, rolling, crawling, balance and other stations. In accordance with the bioenergetic types of students the "obstacle course" included the following: for the aerobic group

it was offered to go through the course 8-10 times, for the anaerobic group - 3 times in a row, taking into account the time, for the mixed group - 5 times in a row. The first 2-4 weeks we gave a simple variant of the course, then the exercises became more difficult. "Obstacle course" was used during the main part of the lesson, during volleyball game, where 2 teams play and the 3rd team overcomes the course. At the end of the time till 15 or 25 points teams changed. This way each bioenergetic group had an opportunity to go through the "obstacle course" [3,4,5].

This load was selected in a differentiated way in accordance with the type of energy supply and the level of students' physical readiness. The experiment was held during an academic year, 132 academic hours of volleyball lessons.

Physical culture lessons of "volleyball" elective discipline (module) in the control group were organized in accordance with Federal State Educational Standard, adopted by the period of the experiment.

Results and discussion

At the end of the experiment we one more time organized multifactorial express-diagnostics by S.A. Dushanin in the control and experimental groups. The table and pictures 1(experimental group) and 2 (control group) present the results before and after the experiment.

Table

The indices of multifactorial express-diagnostics of the 1st course students-volleyball players at Izhevsk State Technical University before and after the experiment

Let's consider the results of 6 indices of the multifactorial express-diagnostics by professor S.A. Dushanin in the control and experimental groups before and after the experiment. In "GMC" (general metabolic capacity) index the results in the experimental group increase from 327,72±34,01 to

351,66±33,8; the increase was 6,81%, differences are statistically valid between these values (p <0,05). Students from the control group had insignificant results increase from 329,76±62,74 to 333,28±64,38; the increase was 1,06%, the differences were not statistically valid (p >0,05).

In "CPSESC" (creatine phosphate source of energy supply capacity) index the sudents from the experimental group demonstrate the results increase from 33,76±10,8i to 41,19±10,93, the increase was 18,04%, differences are statistically valid between these values (p <0,05).

In the control group we also see the results increase from 32,32±6,04 to 35,06±6,26, the increase was 7,81%, but the differences were not

statistically valid (p >0,05). In the experimental group the results of "GSESC" (glycolytic source of energy supply capacity) index increase from 30,88±5,69 to 35,73±8,17, the increase was 13,59%, differences are statistically valid between these values (p <0,05). In the control group the results increase was 9,74% - from 34,03±8,39 to 37,71±7,78, but the differences of the compared values are not statistically valid (p >0,05).

Conclusion

The carried out experiment showed that all considered indices, revealed according to multifactorial express-diagnostics by professor S.A. Dushanin, in the experimental group improve, all compared values have statistically valid differences.

Thus, offered by us physical training methodology among students-volleyball players, taking into account bioenergetic type of organism energy supply, was effective and can be recommended for volleyball classes at technical higher educational establishments.
