TECHNOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF WOMEN'S HOME CLOTHING

LAYOUT

Annotation: This article presents the results of the analysis of the indicators of fabric consumption and waste in the placement of patterns on the bed manually and with the help of modern programs in order to effectively place the patterns of women's home clothing on the bed.

Within the process of designing and sewing clothes, the stage of preparation of design and technological documentation is the initial stage of the garment industry, in which the design solutions of new models of clothes are formed. Modern automated design systems include subsystems such as "Designer", "Designer", "Technologist", which allow automated implementation of new clothing models. The use of these subsystems leads to a reduction in time and labor costs, and an increase in project quality at the design and technological stages.

The design process can be done in three different ways: automated, automated (interactive), and non-automated.

In the automated process, design procedures are performed entirely by computer devices without human intervention. For example, in the design of garments, special software of automated design systems is used to automatically reproduce the pattern drawing.

In an automated (interactive) process, design procedures are performed with the direct participation of a computer and a human. Most ALT special programs, which are widely used in the sewing industry, are designed to work in an interactive way. The convenience of automated design is that a person can be directly involved in the process of making, modifying and correcting design solutions for project operations [1].

Namangan region has more than 1,000 textile and garment enterprises, which produce a wide range of products. Of these, 17.2% of enterprises carry out design procedures in an automated (interactive) process with the direct participation of computers and humans [2].

Manual debugging is more time-consuming and labor-intensive than embedding computer programs (Gemini), and can lead to a decrease in product

quality. Below we will look at some of the ways to manually place templates on the floor.

1-table

№ Detail name Specification number Number of details Template surface, mm2

Template Tailoring

1 Front section 01 1 2 575904

2 Back section 02 1 2 444832

3 Manjet 03 1 2 30400

4 Belbog 04 1 1 60800

5 Pocket 05 1 2 54400

6 Bort 06 1 2 95520

Total: 1261856

Fabric length - 1012 mm2 Efficiency - 78% Fabric waste - 357344 mm2

Figure 2. Place the templates on the bed in the Gemini program.

Fabric width-1600 mm2 The length of the fabric is 1202 mm2 Efficiency - 75.60% Fabric waste - 661344 mm2

From the above, we can conclude the following. When we placed the templates manually on the floor, the efficiency was 78%. When we placed the templates on the floor using the Gemini program, the efficiency was 75.60%. We initially mentioned that manual template placement on a floor would be more expensive than placing templates on a floor using computer programs (Gemini). However, the results we obtained showed the opposite. This is because we have a one-size-fits-all template on the bed. In the light industry, templates of several sizes are placed on the floor for the rational production of the product. If we placed the templates in the same order, the efficiency in the Gemini program was at least 6-8% higher than in manual templates. The remaining values are shown in Figure 1.
