В статье анализируется литература по дизайну рабочей и специальной одежды. Выбран вид ткани, из которой изготовлена спецодежда, приведены ее физико-механические и технологические характеристики.

According to the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On labor protection", employees working in hazardous conditions, as well as in work with special temperatures or in contaminated work, wear special clothing, footwear and Other personal protective equipment is provided at the expense of the enterprise. Through the study of the

technology of sewing special clothing and the fabrics used for them, to further improve clothing in this area, to meet consumer requirements, ease of use, large-scale production should be introduced.

Today, the garment industry needs to improve its technology. The creation of a new low-cost operation is a promising direction in improving the processing of garments.

One of the least operational technologies is the minimization of seams in the construction of clothing and its details and assemblies, the use of wet heat treatment methods in materials such as vibromaniken, forming them due to their thermoplastic properties, for example: core, glue materials. New types of chemicals will be needed to improve the quality of the clothes. Textiles and knitwear, artificial fur, artificial leather, artificial suede, artificial fabrics and artificial knitwear, film-coated materials, non-woven fabrics, special coatings coated with glue, various accessories and others are included. Ultrasonic welding in parallel processing equipment is one of the most effective methods of joining garment parts made of synthetic materials and synthetic fiber blends.

Production clothing is divided into special, formal and industrial clothing according to their function. Special clothing should protect a person from harmful environments and serve to maintain his or her ability to work. Formal clothing is a formal garment that is required to represent a person's work and profession. Industrial clothing should be aimed at protecting people from objects of labor. One of the most important factors in the production of any garment is the correct choice of fabric depending on the season, the creation of comfortable conditions for people.

Today, the production of products for workers from specially tested fabrics has become one of the most important tasks in Uzbekistan. Efficient use of technical fabrics and production of quality products from them is another topical issue facing light industry enterprises. In order to overcome the above problems, it is necessary to study the climatic conditions of Uzbekistan, consumer demand, the sharp changes in fashion trends. In addition, it is necessary to attract new technologies to our enterprises, to bring together qualified specialists.

In order to overcome the above problems in the field of textile and light industry V.B. Tikhomirov, I.P. Strakhov, A.A. Golovteva, D.A. Kutsidi, L.B. Sankin, K.M. Zuryabyana, F.B. Serevitonov, G.P. Andrianova, V.G. Kalashnikov, G.A. Polyakova, as well as scientists of the Institute of Textile and Light Industry, Professor H.K. Komilova., T.A. Ochilov, B.B. Our scientists such as Akhmedov, S.Sh.Toshpulatov, F.U. Nigmatova have conducted research and scientific research is still going on.

Due to the modern requirements, the shape of the garment has a complex material properties, so the process of applying it to modern clothing is of great importance. In addition, many small garment enterprises in the region are improving the production of special clothing for workers.

Today, the demand for a variety of special clothing is growing. Special clothing is designed in different shapes and forms, depending on the function and location. The GOLDEN RING enterprise in Namangan region produces men's and women's special clothing. The products meet the requirements for special clothing. Details used in special clothing, accessories, protection, etc.

The main distinguishing feature of membrane fabrics is their one-way permeability. The membrane fabric allows air to pass through quickly, creates a comfortable environment on the inner surface, and at the same time provides good protection from snow, rain and wind.

Membrane and its properties

In 1978, Gore invented the GORE-TEX fabric, which is waterproof and breathable. GORE-TEX - a characteristic feature of the membrane is the high elasticity of the fabric. Later, spark-resistant and stainless variants of this fabric appeared. The manufacturer of this fabric proves that it can be actively used in difficult conditions, emphasizing that it does not require special detergents. Even after a certain period of time (after the operation), clothes made of GORE-TEX fabrics fully retain their unique properties. Manufacturers are testing not only new fabrics, but also finished products.

Testing of GORE-TEX fabrics

The company tested the water resistance of special clothing made of these fabrics. Pour water on the clothes and place it in a centrifuge. After a few minutes, the garment is removed, leaving it completely dry on the outside, proving that it is impermeable to water on both sides of the membrane (even under high pressure) [91.

New models of windproof jackets (WINDSTOPPER) were tested by the company's staff in a special chamber under strong air pressure. The new jackets can easily withstand winds of up to 80 km / h and temperatures up to + 100C.

The name GORE-TEX is known all over the world for its membrane fabrics. This fabric is the most optimal for the production of special clothing. The same is a trademark of GORE-TEXW.L. Gore & Associates, Inc. is a transcontinental corporation engaged in the production and introduction of membrane technologies and the production of specialty fabrics.

Its companies operate in the UK, Germany, China, the US and Japan and have sales offices around the world. The campaign is known as a manufacturer of fluoropolymer materials for medicine, aerospace and electronics industry, strings for musical instruments, materials for special clothing and footwear. However, in most cases GORE-TEX specializes in the production of clothing and footwear.

Companies producing clothing from GORE-TEXfabrics

Companies that produce outerwear from GORE-TEX fabrics include ADIDAS, ARCTERYX, BERGHAUS, FRETZMAN, HAGLO'FS, LO'FLFLER, MAMMUT, MERREL, MILLET, PUMA, REDFOX, SALOMON, SITKA, and SCOT.

Basic properties of membrane fabric

• Convenient for human breathing;

• The fabric has anti-cold properties;

• The fabric does not absorb water for a long time;

• Long-lasting.

Scope

Gore products are used almost everywhere. It is especially widely used in telecommunications, aviation, aerospace and medicine. It is also widely used in the manufacture of shoes, clothing, hats, special work clothes, tents, bags for outdoor recreation, athletes, rescuers, paramilitary structures, high-rise tents for climbing solid walls.

Water resistance of GORE-TEX fabric

Recommended for clothing and footwear designed

for continuous rain and snow. This is because, according to the DIN standard, a fabric with a high water resistance of2000 mm is considered waterproof. Waterproof fabric from 1000 to 5000 mm is used for tents. The water resistance of the gortex is about 20,000 mm of water.

Physical properties of GORE-TEX fabric

Air permeability is a physical phenomenon that obeys certain laws. This is reflected in the footwear and clothing as follows: the microclimate present in our clothing and footwear is determined by temperature and humidity. As a rule, the concentration of water vapor molecules in this microclimate is higher than in the environment. As the temperature and humidity increase, the concentration of the molecule increases. The temperature of the vapor inside the membrane is due to the difference in the pressure of the water vapor. The difference in water vapor concentration on both sides depends on temperature and humidity. If the street is warm and humid, there will be some movement of moisture, but it will not matter. Vapor is a suspension of water molecules, mist is a suspension of water droplets in the air. The mist is condensed steam. Therefore, the temperature on the membrane surface must be higher than the dew point for steam to pass through the membrane without condensation. For normal conditions, this is 5-10 degrees. If it is -20 on the outside and you have +10 on the underside of the jacket, respectively, under such conditions, water vapor will accumulate inside the membrane and freeze [9-12].

As a result of our research, we studied the fabrics for special clothing, their properties and special clothing, and based on their analysis, recommended to plumbers special fabrics that are water-resistant.

The special clothing enterprises operating in Namangan region were studied and analyzed. The physical and mechanical properties of the recommended materials for the production of special clothing according to their properties using technical fabrics were studied and illuminated.
