Taekwondo is a pedagogical process aimed at the acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities of trainers, which aims to improve the physical and mental, as well as spiritual and moral. The training process includes the activities of coaches and trainers. Teaching Taekwondo is an educational process, which includes the formation of personality, ie worldview, moral - spiritual, certain characteristics of behavior, the development of will, habit and taste, physical qualities. The main purpose of the training process is to train athletes who achieve high sports results and have spiritual and moral qualities. The specific goals that define the learning process determine the duration of the learning process, the composition of the learners, the composition and forms of the learning process. In order to achieve this goal, the training of athletes, coaches or referees will focus on improving health, developing physical and willpower, knowledge of taekwondo theory, technical and tactical skills, instructor-methodologist and refereeing skills. The basic training process determines the acquisition of knowledge and skills in the methodology of training in the face, knowledge of the rules of the competition and other actions. The inculcation of skills and competencies in Taekwondo includes general and special exercises, as well as methods, defense, complex technical and tactical movements.

Taekwondo technique is a set of actions based on the rules that an athlete is allowed to use, used to achieve victory. Taekwondo technique consists of a large number of different methods in the system, and sports technique serves as the main weapon for the athlete to achieve victory. It covers all aspects of the athlete's training, which determines the main content of the sport. Improving the technical skills of the athlete requires, on the one hand, the development of methods, ie, within the optimal limits, and, on the other hand, the development of methods stability and resistance to painful situations, noise, speed, strength and timeliness. Athlete's technique is a series of simultaneous and simultaneous special movements aimed at the rational formation of internal and external forces. Technique is the main skill of the athlete, and technique largely determines the capabilities and category of the athlete. Comprehensive technical training of the athlete is one of the most important requirements of the modern level of development of the sport of taekwondo. An athlete with all-round training can be said to be an athlete who has mastered the use of different methods and counter-techniques during competitive fights, as well as who can use defensive methods against all attacks and counter-attacks. For the successful implementation of the method during the battle, it is not enough to master the technical system of the method, it requires a certain reserve of knowledge, skills and abilities of the method on tactics. Therefore, tactics are an important factor in improving the technique. Taekwondo sports techniques should help solve complex problems: increase responsibility in the use of perfect force, save on workload, increase speed and accuracy of movement in a fast-changing process during sports competitions.

Technical training is the process of training an athlete to master and improve his technique. In addition, the acquisition of general developmental and special exercises used in the training process will be held in the fall. Mastering the technique is one of the main ways to wait for sports results. Learning technical skills is of great importance in taekwondo tactics. The study and strengthening of tactics for the implementation of technical actions is closely linked with the adaptation and improvement of techniques. Performing sports - conscious performance of actions that occur during sports. Sports movement skills are automated parts of exercises that are performed consciously by a person. In the process of training, development and improvement of new movements in the process of physical training, physical and psychological initiation play an important role in the formation of motor skills in the process of training. Consistency is a prerequisite in teaching and practicing taekwondo. In doing so, the taekwondo fighter performs new tasks based on previously learned actions and material. Each new topic should be directly related to the previous topic. Basic teaching methods and improvement of taekwondo techniques, group movement (technique) on the basis of the general instructions of the coach in a line (without rivals); standing in a two-row line (against the opponent) to learn the movement (reception) in the group on the basis of the

general instructions of the coach; in pairs on the instructions of the coach, to move freely in the hall and learn the technique; conditional exchange against a competitor performing a short and limited task; work with the coach (the coach wears a gray hat) to learn the movement; conditional exchange rich in technical and tactical tasks; free exchange (in which the actions of the opponent are not limited). Basically, the main purpose of sports training is to strengthen and improve the technique of taekwondo, to improve the relevant knowledge, skills and abilities in the development of physical qualities, to develop the functional capabilities of the body of trainers and to develop their spiritual and volitional qualities and psychological training. tasks such as consolidation and improvement and enhancement of theoretical bioims are carried out in a shrill manner. Athletes are required to constantly strive to expand their relevant Facebook skills and competencies and knowledge to fight and participate in competitions. The level of readiness of an athlete for each fight and competition depends on his tactical ability, as well as his deep and accurate tactical thinking. The pace of all the knowledge, skills and abilities of the athlete gradually acquires during the training process and participation in competitions. Enrichment of tactical experience is carried out mainly through observation of competitions, direct participation, tactical theoretical training. The most convenient method of improving the technical and tactical skills of a taekwondo fighter is a conditional fight with a wide range of tasks. In this fight, taekwondo fighters have to perform specific tasks and get into taekwondo. In a conditional fight, taekwondo fighters fight against each other, attacking, defending and counterattacking. Free wrestling is a factor that clearly demonstrates the technical and tactical skills of a taekwondo fighter, the richness of his creative thinking. In freestyle wrestling, the official rules of taekwondo are strictly followed, but there are no restrictions or conditions. Regardless of the specific tasks of this fight, the fight should be beautiful and rich in creative content, the aspirations of taekwondo fighters, this fight should not turn into a mutual dome-fighting fight. All these types of physical training are inextricably linked. Inadequate evaluation of any type of physical training during training will eventually hinder the development of sports skills. Therefore, it is very important to follow the optimal ratio of the types of physical training shown during the training. Its numerical expression is not a constant dimension, but varies depending on the taekwondo skills, their individual characteristics, the period of the training process and the current state of the organism.

In order to properly approach the ways of training young athletes in taekwondo, it is necessary to take into account the workload of athletes during training and competitions. Taekwondo practitioners use long-term exercise-related exercises to develop rapid strength qualities. Such exercises are performed at a moderate pace during the training period stages of young taekwondo athletes who are not yet ready to perform very strong tensions. At first glance, taekwondo training seems to be moving

too much with little intensity. However, this can only be a partial compensation for the huge amount of energy an athlete expends as a result of rapid attacks or a series of attacks that he performs over short periods of time during training. If we take into account that the activities of athletes in taekwondo take place under conditions of great nervous tension and a sufficiently high emotional load, then it becomes clear that more energy can be expended. However, an analysis of training and competition activity records shows that there is time to recover between rapid movements in taekwondo. So, it is necessary to prepare taekwondo practitioners for such competitions. As an indicator of the quality of the workout, they often indicate the amount of workout done, but this is generally incorrect. The size of training and competition loads should not be seen as a primary means of cultivating high goals and endurance. Taekwondo is a sport characterized by constant and frequent changes in the intensity of movements performed. This should definitely be taken into account in the process of developing the rapid strength of athletes. It is important to remember that a vegetative function, such as breathing, adapts to the form and nature of the movement being performed. The volitional qualities of taekwondo practitioners also play an important role in the development of quick power qualities. Continuous long-term performance requires the athlete to overcome internal and external resistance, to be strong and strong-willed even under any stress, i.e. the athlete must demonstrate 'resilience of willpower tensions'. In the development of rapid strength qualities in Taekwondo practitioners, "explosive" short-term activities are chosen mainly due to anaerobic performance. Oxygen deficiency at this time is eliminated during breaks between intensive work. Training aimed at improving the qualities of rapid strength depends on the interrelationship of the load, the duration of the exercise, workload, rest time between exercises, the nature of rest, allows upgrades through the number of repetitions. In order to prepare an athlete in taekwondo to work effectively in the training process, it is necessary to choose the most effective and optimal means and methods of training. The athlete is required to constantly strive to enrich the content of Facebook techniques with new techniques, to improve the combined methods and to work on new options of previously combined technical movements. In this case, he is required to follow one of the peculiarities of taekwondo, which is that the opponent is able to anticipate the athlete's attacking movements with relative speed and assists the defense against them. If an athlete uses the same method in all competitions, this situation reduces his chances of winning. Improving the technical and tactical readiness of the athlete is mainly the correction of errors in the athlete, methods and countermeasures, increasing the level of rational defense, mastering the skills of technical action with different opponents in all dynamic situations, developing physical qualities during the implementation of favorite techniques, willpower. such as quality improvement. The smarter the level of technique and tactics of the athlete, the more fully he responds to individual characteristics: body

composition, physical and mental development, as well as the level of readiness for certain thematic situations during the fight. The technical actions performed during the training require regular polishing and strengthening in the event of a competition. Improving technique and tactics requires the athlete to have a high level of diligence and a serious approach to training and a strong desire to achieve the set goals. Therefore, it is necessary and necessary not only for athletes, but also for coaches, first of all, to further strengthen, refine and enhance the sports potential of the country, both in terms of theoretical and practical knowledge. After all, every athlete is the face of the face coach and face sport, and the coach and the athlete also serve as a means of raising and promoting this sport.
