Gender tengligi adolatli va inklyuziv jamiyatning asosiy tamoyili deb sanalsada mutloqo aksidir. Gender tengligini targ'ib qilish bo'yicha harakatlar turli sohalarda, shu jumladan ta'lim sohasida sezilarli yutuqlarga erishdi. Bu esa bizning jamiyat va milliyligimiz uchun tahdid. Shu bilan birga, talaba yoshlar o'rtasida gender tengligining mumkin bo'lgan salbiy oqibatlarini tanqidiy o'rganish juda muhimdir. Ushbu maqola ta'lim sharoitida gender tengligi natijasida yuzaga kelishi mumkin bo'lgan ko'p qirrali muammolarni o'rganadi. Ushbu muammolarni tan olish va hal qilish orqali biz barcha talabalar uchun ijobiy natijalarni ta'minlash bilan birga gender tengligdan holi durus jamiatni targ'ib qilishda yanada nozik va kengqamrovli yondashuvga intilishimiz mumkin.

DISTINCTIVE FEATURES OF GENDER EQUALITY AMONG STUDENT YOUTH

Gender equality is an absolute reflection on what is considered the fundamental principle of a fair and inclusive society. Efforts to promote Gender equality have made significant progress in a variety of fields, including education. This is a threat to our society and our nation. At the same time, it is very important to critically study the possible negative consequences of gender equality among student youth. This article explores the multifaceted problems that can arise as a result of gender equality in educational settings. By recognizing and addressing these challenges, we can strive for a more subtle and comprehensive approach to promoting gender equality-free durus Jamiat while ensuring positive outcomes for all students.

Gender equality is an absolute reflection on what is considered the fundamental principle of a fair and inclusive society. Gender tenglig, sryotip, jumladan ta'lim sohasida sezilarliyutuqlarga erishdi. Bu

Gender tengligi ta'limning og'riqli nuqtasi bo'lib, teng imkoniyatlarni taqdim etish va jinsga asoslangan kamsitishni yo'q qilish niqobi ostida milli o'zlik va diniy qarashlarni yo'q qilishga qaratilgan. Gender tengligi tashabbuslari sezilarli yutuqlarga erishgan davlatlarni kuzatilsa eng muhim insoniy tushunchalar tobora yo'qlikka mahkumligini tushunish mumkin bo'lsa-da, talaba yoshlar o'rtasida yuzaga kelishi mumkin bo'lgan salbiy oqibatlarni tan olish va tushunish hatto olimlar nazaridan chetda qolmoqda. Ushbu maqola ta'lim sharoitida gender tengligi bilan bog'liq murakkabliklarni o'rganadi va talabalar uchun yuzaga kelishi mumkin bo'lgan muammolarni o'rganadi.

2. Gender stereotiplari va umidlari:

Gender tengligining potentsial salbiy oqibatlaridan biri bu gender stereotiplari va umidlarini davom ettirishdir. Gender me'yorlarini buzishga qaratilgan sa'y-harakatlarga qaramay, talabalar hali ham jinsi bilan bog'liq ijtimoiy bosim va umidlarga duch kelishlari mumkin. Gender tengligi tashabbuslari beixtiyor mavjud stereotiplarni kuchaytirishi yoki yangilarini yaratishi mumkin, bu esa talabalarga oldindan belgilangan gender rollariga moslashish uchun ortiqcha bosim o'tkazishi mumkin. Bu esa o'z navbatida bir jinslilikga targ'ib yoki terorizmdanda hafli bo'lgan yot g'oyalar majmuasi sifatidaham ko'rish mumkin.

3. Akademik ko'rsatkichlar va yutuqlar:

Ta'limdagi Gender tengligi bir xil akademik ko'rsatkichlar va yutuqlar natijalarini kafolatlamaydi deyilsada aslida shundaymi? Teng imkoniyatlarni yaratish zarur bo'lsa-da, xar ikki jins vakillari oilada va jamiyatta o'ziga hos vazifalarga ega bu stryotip kabi ko'rinsada aslida insonyat davomiyligi, oila barqarorligi, va ko'plab shu kabi durus jamiyat yaratishning eng muhim bo'g'inidir. Albatta qobiliyatlar, qiziqishlar va o'rganish uslublaridagi individual farqlarni tan olish kerak. Ushbu o'zgarishlarni hisobga olmagan holda faqat gender tengligiga e'tibor qaratish, individual talabalarning noyob ehtiyojlari va kuchli tomonlarini e'tiborsiz qoldirishi, ularning akademik ko'rsatkichlari va yutuqlariga ta'sir qilishi mumkin.

4. Ijtimoiy dinamika va o'zaro ta'sirlar:

Gender tengligi tashabbuslari talaba yoshlarning ijtimoiy dinamikasi va o'zaro ta'siriga ta'sir qilishi mumkin. Ba'zi hollarda, gender tengligiga urg'u berish kutilmagan oqibatlarga olib

Afsuski bu borada etiqotdan uzoqlashish va (jamiyat qaritishi-jamiyatta tug'ulishning keskin pasayib ketishi oqibatida keksa yosh qatlamining soni oshib borishi) kabi o'nglanmas oqibatlarini ham unutmaslik zarur.

6. Kesishish va qo'shilish:

Talaba yoshlarning turli xil tajribalari va o'ziga xosliklarini hal qilish uchun gender tengligiga inklyuziv yondashuv zarur deyilsada xar qaysi hollarda yakuni og'riqli bo'lishligi dunyoning eng rivojlangan davlatlari misolida kuzatishimiz mumkin. Jinsning irqi, etnik kelib chiqishi, ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy holati va shahvoniyligi kabi boshqa ijtimoiy toifalar bilan o'zaro bog'liqligini tan oladigan kesishish juda muhimdir. Kesishishni hisobga olmaslik ma'lum guruhlarning marginallashishiga olib kelishi va ta'lim sharoitida tengsizlikni davom ettirishi mumkindir biroq gab kelajak kalitlari to'g'risida ketar ekan eng muhim masala jamiyatning yangilanib turishidir. Keksa olimlar jamiyatidan ilimga chanqoq yoshlar jamiyati doimo afzaldir.

7. Salbiy Oqibatlarni Yumshatish:

Gender tengligining mumkin bo'lgan salbiy oqibatlarini yumshatish uchun har tomonlama va nuansli yondashuv talab etiladi. Bunga gender stereotiplari to'g'risida xabardorlik va ta'limni targ'ib qilish, inklyuziv va qo'llab-quvvatlovchi muhitni rivojlantirish, talabalarning individual ehtiyojlarini qo'llab-quvvatlash va har bir talabaning noyob hissalarini qadrlash kiradi. Ushbu muammolarni samarali hal qilishda o'qituvchilar, siyosatchilar, oilalar va jamoalar o'rtasidagi hamkorlik juda muhimdir.

8. Xulosa:

Gender tengligi ta'limdagi muhim maqsaddir. Biroq, talaba yoshlar orasida yuzaga kelishi mumkin bo'lgan salbiy oqibatlarni tanqidiy o'rganish juda muhimdir. Ushbu muammolarni tan olish va hal qilish orqali biz barcha talabalar uchun ijobiy natijalarni ta'minlash bilan birga gender tengligi o'rniga o'zligimizga mos keluvchi tushunchalar bazasini shakilantirishimiz mumkin. Qo'shtirnoq ichida biz intilayotgan g'oya mualliflari aslida bizning g'oyalar to'g'ri ekanligini so'ngida tan olganligini unutmasligimiz zarur. Barcha diniy kitoblarning 3 ga bo'lishi va ulardan biri tarix ekanligini hisobga olsak o'z tariximiz qanchalik muhimligi malum bo'ladi. Shundau ekan pedagogik faolyatni ta'minlaydigan strategiyalarni Ibin Siyno shaxsi va uning talimdagi qoidalari orqali ishlab chiqishimiz mumkin. Kompleks va inklyuziv yondashuv talaba yoshlarning farovonligi, akademik muvaffaqiyati va yaxlit rivojlanishini qo'llab-quvvatlovchi ta'lim muhitini yaratishga yordam beradi.
