Throughout his life, man can not live without paying attention to everything. Therefore, he strives to find out about his discoveries, his knowledge, his qualities, and the extent of his discovery. The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the main feature of our legal state, which continues to evolve. The Constitution of the independent Uzbekistan has been based on the universal, universal values tested in history and based on the historical experience of developed countries. Our constitution includes sociopolitical features of the society, family relations, main criteria of development, main directions of domestic and foreign policy of the country. Because the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan serves the interests of our people, the role of the constitution in the development of prosperous life, the fate of our Motherland and our people is increasing.
In the Quran and Hadith sermons, which is the main text of Islam, a complex and up-to-date program of relationships among family, family-household relationships has been developed in the society, with a particular emphasis on the upbringing of the younger generation. In particular, since the family is the foundation of society, Islam has paid great attention to the family, how to organize the family, the rights of its head and members, the education of children, in short, all matters of family life.
Since the relationship between the spouses is a guarantee of the well-being of the family, Islam pays special attention to the wellbeing of the spouse. In particular, it is commanded in Surat al-Nisa ', in verse 19, to have sexual relations

with women and to live in peace. For this reason, the men who treat women are the best of men. The Prophet Muhammad said: "The best among you is the one who treats his wife well. And I, my family, is better than you. Likewise, according to the Koran, when it comes to family disputes, it is best to have them reasonably and fairly. In any case, the Qur'an does not approve of family violence or physical abuse.

1997, Karimov's reforms have been made in the family law relations, as in all areas of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It was emphasized that the creation of conditions for upbringing and upbringing of a healthy generation, as well as the development of harmoniously developed generation, has risen to the level of state policy. The Constitution of the independent Republic was the foundation for achieving these goals. Unlike the constitution of the former regime, the Constitution of the Republic provides a separate chapter in the Family Questionnaire (Chapter XIV), as well as adoption of the Family Code on April 30,
1998, taking into account the peculiarities of Uzbek families. Many laws and resolutions, decrees of the President, were published in this regard.
It should be noted that the fundamental issues and responsibilities of families, parents and children, which are not included in any constitution of the country, are enshrined in our Basic Law. For example, Article 63 states: "The family is the basic unit of society and has the right to protection of the state and society". Indeed, the family is the foundation of society and it is a producer. The main means of production are the labor force that brings up the child, creates, educates and develops intellectual potential. Paragraphs 64 and 66 of the Constitution provide for parents and children to be the main consumers of the family. The purpose of production and services is to fully meet the material and spiritual needs of the family, to ensure the development and prosperity of the family. Then the entire society will grow and grow steadily.
Article 64 of the constitution states: "Parents are obliged to support and uphold their children until they reach puberty." That is, parents are obliged to develop their intellectual potential, first of all, to bring up, educate and educate a healthy child. For this purpose parents are responsible for healthy lifestyle and are responsible for educating their children 's high spirituality, experience and knowledge after coming to the world healthy. They are responsible for all the opportunities created by our state: health, education, sports and other social infrastructure, to ensure the quality of their education, to bring up their children and upbringing them useful to the community.
Article 66 states: "Adult children who are of age shall be obliged to care for their parents". In order to implement Article 66, children must first of all apply the Article 64 at a high level! Because children with disabilities, children with disabilities or intellectual disabilities are dependent on the family and the state, and may be in need of a lifetime.
The basis of the family is marriage. Therefore, it is important to consider the marriage issue with great responsibility. Indeed, Vosikova M.S. "Family and Law"

states that "because marriage is the foundation of a family, its right solution is of great importance both for the state and for the community".
According to the Article 13 of the Family Code, only marriage in a registry office is legitimate, and it creates rights and responsibilities for children. Thus, the marriage, registered in the manner prescribed by law, can be the only basis for the establishment of a family. The structure of the marriage testifies to the beginning of family relationships.
In 1998, the Year of the Family was declared as the "Year of a Family", with the purpose of ensuring the implementation of these articles and interpretation of family relationships on the basis of the State. In addition, in order to ensure the healthy and harmonious development and upbringing of the younger generation, 2016 was proclaimed as the "Year of a Healthy Mother and Child" and a number of legislative documents were developed to ensure its execution. According to this, family responsibilities are responsible for their health control: women's committees, family supervision and family relations consultants are working in every mahalla for citizens' assemblies, higher and secondary special education, enterprises and agencies.
