To date, more than 50% of the population is young. Seriously affect the lives of today’s youth changes in puberty, some difficulties and challenges inherent in this age. We are all equally liable in solving the problems of youth. This should be in the attention of parents, of elders and the chairmen of Mahalla committees, teachers. Seniors are incomparable role in the education of youth. Even in ancient Greece, Egypt, China Dear seniors enjoyed their experience. Greek sage Pythagoras believed that man reaches its highest point in forty years, and Plato put forward the idea that the state should manage smart, they had a great experience — it’s older people [1].

At the same time live in the community elderly, middle-aged and young people. Always try to relations between these three generations were correct and fair: “Composition and various legends and myths” Thus, as each of these generations has its place and tasks in society.

The man has three unhappiness: death, old age and ill-mannered children. Old age and death are hopeless. But children can be put on the right path, to reeducate them, that should make parents and the older generation. Children should always be good to parents. Especially requires great responsibility from the children when their parents grow old and become helpless. Since, old age, the parents become moody and irritable. And not everything that kids say they like. In such cases, the children in any case should not mind them. Parents bringing up and caring for their children, never complained, despite the difficulties, but rather give them all my love. As a baby needs parents, just as parents need their children in old age.

In the East, respect elders in the habit. Here, based on the experience of the older generation and they is the head of the family, since life is based on a community lifestyle.

Respect their elders and listen to their advice, not only in the family, but in Mahalla, a large settlement, which are the eternal values. In Uzbekistan, many families are living pensioners. Over 90% of the elderly live with their children, providing them a peaceful old age. It is the duty of children is considered to respect their parents and to create conditions for all kinds of happy carefree life. If there are no children, the closest relatives are obliged to take care of them. At weddings or other large events in deference elderly are put in the first place as honor and follow their advice. During stagnation, some of these rich moral and aesthetic values have been forgotten, young people estranged from them. Independence creates opportunities to address these shortcomings and realize yourself and show your “I”. The national idea is reflected that the older generations are responsible for youth and must be supported, to sympathize, to help them and share their experiences and national spiritual values.

Life experience of the older generation, their intelligence and ingenuity encouraged to send in the right direction force, tireless energy and initiative of young people, to prevent the failure of ideological consciousness and vigilance. Old age is not our misfortune or disease, but rather gradually finds its place as an honor and ornament of life. This grateful elders philosophers who keep themselves worthy youth relate to events happening around calmly, patiently, and with restraint, not indulging in emotions, excitement, and follow the adage, “Measure twice, cut once.” They are more aware of life, passed through many difficulties and shortcomings distinguish white and black, good and evil, sin and beneficence, friend and enemy, justice, and meanness.

To date, the older generation is taking part in the activities of Mahalla, which operate in our country. In

particular, they have to perform a certain business in the development of entrepreneurship and privatization. Create a variety of small businesses, as the Mahalla committee, center of the board, bakery, sewing shops, stores, table’s molecular shop, hairdressers and others. At the head of all these cases is worth the older generation. Become L by tradition to visit the elderly, single people in the Nawroz celebrations in Hayit. From the government pays much attention to them in the provision of social protection.

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the events dedicated 9-anniversary of the Constitution declaring 2002 the “Year of the elderly,” said that no one elderly person should not remain without attention of the state and society, and should not feel lonely. These words were the only reminder of our people, who knows that an elderly person in the house — the peace and tranquility in the family.

Nowadays especially great merit of the older generation in the hardening of young families in establishing relationships between the generations, in the preservation of peace and reconciliation in the communities, to prevent bad habits that negatively affect young people in the formation of all layers of the population of national pride and love of country humanism. Use the experience of the older generation in the education of youth in the spirit of the national idea is another tradition from the treasury of national values. To this end, all schools, colleges, high schools are organized meetings, round-table discussions with representatives of students waving l and noble people and older teachers. At such meetings the reference point are elderly community centers, acting at Mahalla committees. The older generation obliges parents to name children a good name to give a good education and training from the best teachers to teach the craft, to marry and to provide housing. Based on the spiritual heritage, improve legal and ethical education of youth, teach family members to recognize and fulfill their responsibilities and duties. Along with learning the deep global knowledge, there are some important facts that to give children the concept of national spiritual heritage and learn to follow him; extensive use of a national system of education in the growth of healthy physically, spiritually rich and morally pure youth. Get the knowledge inherent in a market economy, and learn the Uzbek foreign languages, teaching young people to create the conditions of use of new technologies. Parents should educate their children in the spirit of patriotism, learn to defend the honor of the family; live in the family, respecting national relations, to observe cleanliness,

hospitality, and cherish neighbors to help them in carrying out various activities and customs. Family members should regularly discuss concepts such as extremism, fundamentalism and international terrorism, and to give of a regular assessment of their work, always be vigilant and protect children from wrong understanding of these concepts and to participate in them. Shaping the youth we always have a negative attitude towards them that to concepts such as smoking, alcoholism, drug addiction, taksikomanie, AIDS, explain their detriment on the example of life stories. In performing these tasks must first be established cultural ties between elders and youth, and between parents and children. Therefore, to achieve the above, it is necessary to form an idea of the youth national family of cultural relations in the family, the family system of education and family life in general. And it needs to publish monographs, books, pamphlets and articles reflecting national, religious, legal, and spiritual aspects of life. The essence of the policy of the state of the high level occupied by the older generation in the family and society, achieved wide propaganda and agitation decrees and laws. In the education of young people and occupies a large place Mahalla. Each member of the Ma-halla depending on the age has its place in weddings and events in public places. Mature and respectable people went ahead and took pride ofplace. Young people on the street greets older if he is familiar with it, it stops and asks about his health, does not cross the path of the elders, which is the national rules of politeness. In conversation with the senior needs to be polite, expressions should be accurate, pleasant nature that would indicate a good upbringing of the young man. All these rules of conduct apply to women, especially to girls. Courtesy, tact, chastity girls are expressed by vitally rules in family life. Besides the older generation must educate young people, in whatever conditions he lived, honest work, honest work to feed his family, to be hardworking, loving his profession, to benefit the family, parents society and the state. These moral values are the result ofyears ofhistorical development of human society and are considered spiritual heritage. Moving on from generation to generation, they are improving and becoming a national value. However, we observe some people condemn such vices as idleness, hooliganism, indifference, alcoholism, drug addiction, selfishness, envy, greed, selfishness, indecision, ambition. E same quality from time to time, sometimes covertly, sometimes visually appears in our lives. Based on the above, you need to regularly teach youth the positive aspects of folk traditions that are educational and moral value to educate humanity. They need to be away

from these vices, respect elders, use and enjoyment of their human dignity and to follow them. So as not having studied thoroughly the moral heritage of our ancestors, you can not change and elevate the morality of man.

Each person is born, needs care, nurture the love and care of parents, work, acquires a family, children, and in the process of becoming older. This phenomenon in human history, made it possible to transfer the material and moral wealth of the older generation of young people, to educate them. It is important to point out that the older

generation in the family, with neighbors, in Mahalla, and in all forms of social life, sharing their invaluable experience to the younger generation. Obviously, they serve them an example not only for life, but after death. Their labor constructed buildings by gardens, planted trees; reared children created works, spoken word live and serve the younger generation. This suggests that death — is natural process and gives the opportunity to understand all the responsibility towards future generations.
