At the same time, such legal norms play a big role in ensuring peace and tranquility in Uzbekistan, equality and harmony among peoples, when there are sharp conflicts caused by national, religious and racial discrimination in several countries of the world. In particular, the fact that special attention is paid to the harmony of universal and national values contributes to the peace and development of the country. "The state language of the Republic of Uzbekistan is Uzbek. The Republic of Uzbekistan ensures respect for the languages, customs and traditions of all nationalities and nationalities residing on its territory, creates conditions for their development"[2].

Equality of representatives of different nationalities is of particular importance in the development of Uzbekistan, both in the right to receive knowledge, to work, to create freely, to elect and to be elected. At a time when the illiteracy of children in many countries, the fact that science is paid, remains a problem, in Uzbekistan this issue is considered at the level of state policy and has

The Constitution emphasizes not only the universal values of the nation, such as Harmony, Democratic prints, social justice, human life, honor, dignity, knowledge, but also the obligation of the people of Uzbekistan to preserve and preserve the historical, spiritual and cultural heritage.

Our national values, such as the inevitability of the family, the responsibility of parents in the upbringing of their children, the care of their parents, are also reflected. Such issues as patriotism, preservation and rational use of national wealth are also reflected in articles 50, 52, 55 of the Constitution. In particular "protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the duty of every citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan.", "Citizens are obliged to treat the environment with caution to the Natural Environment", "Land, underground resources, water, flora and fauna and other natural resources are national resources, rational use of which is necessary and they are in state protection[3].
