Without a doubt, there is no more effective way to be a good swimmer than the classes in the water, though some of the components, which are practiced outside the pool, play an essential role in the preparation either. There are classes on land, based on understanding of the connection between the muscular structure of the body and performing the stroke technique. In swimming muscles have the main functions of movement or body stabilization. It is necessary to choose the exercises absolutely discreetly. Two concepts should be taken into account: the transfer of skills and insulation. The first means that performing exercise directly contributes to the development of some techniques and skills used in swimming.
The isolation of muscles suggests that while performing the exercises, a specific muscle or a small muscle group is worked out, it needs to be strengthened because of: 1) lack of development or muscle imbalance; 2) exposure of the body injury; 3) not functioning in a proper way while swimming. You must select the model of training on land. This may be a traditional work in the gym, or cyclic training. In the traditional approach, the student makes a few approaches to the simulator, each consists of a certain number of repetitions, and then moves on to the next exercise. This training program is the best for students older age. Systematic swimming exercises develop and strengthen body, its cardiovascular and respiratory systems, activate metabolism, strengthen the musculoskeletal system, improve thermoregulation system, increase mental performance.
The expansion of social problems of the industry "physical culture and sport" in the formation of healthy lifestyle youth will inevitably require the giving to education in the field of physical culture and sports, a full-fledged University status. Today was a clear need for specialists in various fields, high-quality training which is only possible in a multidisciplinary University of physical culture [4, p. 527]. In accordance with the current list of directions of training and specialties the educational process of training of future specialists in physical culture is carried out in universities on 3 blocks of the training-methodical complex. Student age - is the final step of the progressive lifespan development of psychological and athletic ability of the organism. Physical education (PE) and sport at this age are becoming the most important facilities for students to build up their health. Physical education and sports are an integral part of human culture, which is a sphere of satisfying essential needs in athletic activity, provides methods and facilities for solving the problem of a harmonious development of the personality [1, p. 160].
Physical education of students has always been the one of high-priority tasks of the education system. In addition to the acquisition of knowledge for their profile, each student must obtain a certain level of physical education connected with the acquisition of the necessary knowledge and professional-applied physical training skills [3, p. 81]. Students of Russian State Social University master a subject "Physical education" at the faculty of psychology, medicine and social adaptation and rehabilitation program for the GEF-3 and GEF technologies 3+.
Extension of the social problems of "Physical culture and sport" industry in the formation of a healthy lifestyle of young people will unavoidably require imparting education in the field of PE and sports a full-fledged university status [2, p. 105]. Even today, a evident demand of specialists in different spheres, which high quality may be materialized only in conditions of diversified University of Physical Culture. According to the current list of program tracks and specialties, the educational process of making future experts in physical training is carried out at the universities by means of 3 blocks educational complex [4, p. 527].
To study the dynamics of the students PE level during the II semester of 2014/2015 academic year was held a pedagogical experiment, which was aimed to confirm the hypothesis of the effectiveness of a systematic training in the PE discipline and their positive impact on the PE level that is so necessary in nowaday fast developing society. 2 students' groups of the specialty "Journalism" and "Conflictology" took part in the experiment. The control group consisted of students regularly attending classes on PE (26 people), and the experimental students missing classes or visiting at least 10 classes. The research was conducted in two stages, the first - in February 2015 and the second in the end of May 2015 with control measurements. The final results of research in May 2015 are represented in table 1.

The test results carpal dynamometry and jumping rope in the CG is slightly higher than of EG students, but the differences between them are not accurate (p>0,05).
Summing all up we can confirm the effectiveness of systematic physical exercises, a positive impact of the majority of pedagogical of PE factors of on the body and the identity of the student in general.

ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ КОРПОРАТИВНОЙ ИДЕНТИЧНОСТИ СТУДЕНТОВ С ПЕРВОГО КУРСА ОБУЧЕНИЯ В ВУЗЕ
Аннотация
В статье рассматривается проблема формирования корпоративной идентичности студентов первого курса в условиях среды университета. Для ее решения предлагается использовать педагогические стратегии, реализация которых будет направлена на формирование чувства принадлежности к сообществу (группе), сплоченности, командного духа, а также на осознание потребности каждого студента в ощущении своей необходимости (нужности) коллективу, принятие ценностей и истории своего университета.

Системные изменения внешней среды, в которой вынуждены сегодня функционировать российские вузы, выдвигают проблему формирования и поддержания корпоративной идентичности - как осознания принадлежности к своей организации, вовлеченности в дела компании, приверженности - на одно из первых мест. Признание данного факта обусловливает актуальность проблемы изучения механизмов формирования и поддержания корпоративной идентичности.
Однако на сегодняшний день в отечественной науке не существует единого устоявшегося определения корпоративной идентичности, как, впрочем, и фундаментальных разработок в данной области. Можно говорить лишь об отдельных результатах концептуального и методологического плана, значимых для познания такого сложного многоаспектного феномена.
