PSYCHOPHYSICAL OUTNESS TOURIST COUGHT IN MOUNTAIN CONDITIONS

Summary

The article considers the information about various psychophysical outnesses which affect on successful tourist climbing.

Keywords

Psychophysical outness, safety, conditions

Every tourist knows that for successful climbing he/she needs to know how to do any actions correctly, to understand and controle psychophysical outness. Danger ignorance, absence of the knowledge about mountains structure and peculiarities, perfoming processes and phenomenon, incorrect psychophysical build-up can become the reason of rude and dangerous mistakes.

Tourist, who is located in the mountains, must know about the phenomenon that can appear under certain conditions, about the characteristics of these phenomena, how do they connect to personal safety and how we should resist it. For the proper and safety operating in the mountains we must, first of all, know the environment well and to be mentally and physically ready.

In the 1-st chapter are defined some definitions like phsychophysical outness, mental outness, outness etc. Moreover, it includes the information about the activity theory which consists in connection between an action and consciousness. Psychophysical outness affects on the tourist's action and there are mentioned some examples that illustrate it. Further we can know about some factors that affect on tourists psychophysical outness and some dangers which are specific for the mountains nature.

The author pays our attention on the adaptation of the body to the height. It depends on the age, sex, physical and mental condition, the degree of fitness, extent and duration of oxygen starvation, the intensity of muscular effort, the availability of high-altitude experience. Individual resistance to oxygen starvation plays an important role also. The preceding illness, poor nutrition, lack of rest, lack of acclimatization significantly reduce the body's resistance to altitude sickness - a special state of the organism occurs when breathing rarefied air. The speed of climb also has a great importance. At high altitudes hypoxia impacts on the functional state of the higher nerve centers.

As a result of hypoxia thermoregulation may get broken, due to which in certain cases at low temperature decreases the heat generation by the body and at the same time increase its loss through the skin. Under these conditions, a person with mountain sickness, is more susceptible to cooling than the other participants in the trip. In other cases, you may receive the chills and fever.

Hypoxia also affects many other organs and body systems such as respiratory, working capacity, digestive system, sense of vision, dehydration, etc..

Also the author mentioned some precautionary measures from avalanches, rockfalls, landslides etc. The article also considers sportsman psychophysical outness conceptions of some scientists: E.Ilin, A.Puni, V. Nekrasov.

The second chapter considers the information about conditions, appearing tourists are staying in the mountains. These conditions were educed due to some methods. Every procedure had it's own object and goals:

1) find out tourist conditions during the climbing preparations

2) ascertain if any psychophysical outness appear during the training

3) find out the level, where the sense of warning appears

4) find out the sense of mountain tourists warning during the period of climbing training Every procedure is beared out with diagrams and scales that illustrate the results of research.

In the fourth chapter the author gives us different recommendations of preventing or delaying tourists psychophysical outness during the training period.

There are specified some methods such as sound therapy, rotation of work and rest etc. In conclusion the author of the article gives us the last results of the research. Conditions that appear during the tourists trainig were observed. Special mothodics for founding out the conditions were produced and put into practice.

It became clear that sense of warning appears more often than other conditions. Further are following some other senses like fear, uncertainty, fatigue, monotonia and others. Due to this described above research we could know some recommendations for coaches and tourists to simplify the training process. Conditions that were found out above have a negative effect on tourists training process and the climbing.

This article would be interesting for the first-time tourists, coaches and professional tourists who want their climb to be successful.
