Annotation: In this article highlights methods of improvement of vision in home environment and means of sharpness.

Diseases associated with the increase of information and communication means, as well as the reduction of monitors, are the major problem of today's generation. About 60 diseases related to small eyesight have been identified in medicine. If you are spending too much time in front of a monitor today, worry about eye health, so that you do not have to worry about old age problems.

The sharpness of vision is to distinguish between two points or detail details at this minimal distance.

In home conditions, it is possible to restore eye light

The basis of the weak vision of objects at different distances is visual or tension. Extra tension prevents the eye from improving. Therefore, it is necessary to start at home with the removal of tension. This measure puts the spirit into a relaxed state ready for action.

How is Palming done?

The simplest and most effective exercise that can ease eye tension is made by American ophthalmologist Dr. Bates. It is called palming, it is not difficult to do it at home or at work, thus enabling the eye to enlarge:

Take deep breathing and firmly close your eyes. Then strengthen your neck and face. Hold your respiration for 3-5 seconds. Remove the breath and open the eyes. Repeat 5-7 times.

Close your eyes and lighten your scalp with your finger tips. Also in the same direction under the bottom plows.

Close the eyes first, make several circular movements per hour, then counterclockwise.

Take a ten minute palm.

Improving Eye Light by Public Instruments

It is important to ensure sufficient blood flow to the screen to restore and improve vision. Naturally, it is not possible to completely re-establish the ability to consume it. Vitamins A, B, and C also help restore eye rays, both for children and for adults.

There is a large amount of zinc microelement in the web. Therefore, it is possible to improve the appearance of products containing this microelement. The zucchini of the body revives sweet sweet peppers, pumpkin seeds and freshly squeezed beet juice. It is best to bathe for two hours before drinking it. It is recommended to drink half-water with diluted water.
