amplitude of pulse fluctuations (CF), and also increase of indices of vascular resistance. After the course of treatment experimental group showed more marked 4,5-times increase of PM. This index was only 2 times higher in control group. This in combination with high-amplitude pulse waves (ACF) means significant increase of perfusion, which is typical for hyperemic type. Control patients still demonstrated indices indicating of smooth muscle elements of microvasculature.
According to the data of the veivlet-analysis, insignificant decrease of the AE indices (on the average on 78%) by getting dihydroquercetin shows reduction of endogenous muscle relaxant production (possibly, it can be connected with reduction of inflammation and intensity of smooth muscle spasm of vessels), at the same time AE of controls remained practically at the same level. At patients receiving dihydroquercetin, in comparison with control group considerable (in 3,5 times) reduction of indicators AN, AM, AR, AC (i.e. approach to normal values) was registed. It indicates the restoration of tone of arteriole and arteriolar sites of arteriovenular anastomosis.
Discussion and Conclusion Short-term application of dihydroquercetin in addition to standard therapy decreases damaging influence of free radicals on cellular membranes, allows to restore endobronchial microhemocirculation. Dynamics of BAL fluid indices shows anti-inflammatory effect of dihydroquercetin.

Abstracts. This work was carried out to identify the antioxidant, act-protective effect of a new mixture of drugs of Rhodiolarosea andHepericumperforatum. The entrance to the 100 research laboratory animals has been experimentally proved aktoprotektive and antioxidant effects test mixture.
Key word: srhodiolarosea, hepericumperforatum, adaptogenic, klimatokamera, hepatoprotective activity.
The modern world is characterized by the rapid movement of people in different climatic zones, with one of the most common stressful factors in the environment is cold and overheating. [Dorovskikh 1987, Korshunova 2001]. The relevance of the Far East, but also due to the fact that the construction of the spaceport East in the Amur Region puts the task of creating the tools and mechanisms to facilitate the formation of adaptive reactions of the organism to the action of powerful x stressful loads at high and low temperatures.
It is known that in modern science have not been studied mechanisms of adaptive responses to different temperature cess impact on the body [LE Panin, DI Kuzmenko 1982 W. A. Dorovskikh 1987, N.V.Korshunova 2001]. In this situation, the search for new sources of biologically active substances, possessing adaptogenic, anti-stress, and ntioksidpantnymi properties, is one of the most important directions in modern medicine.
The aim of the study was scientific justification food use a mixture of drugs from an extract of Rhodiolarosea (RR) and Hepericumperforatum (HP) to increase resistance to heat and cold exposure.
The objectives of the study were to:
1. Investigate the antioxidant and hepatoprotective activity of a mixture of RR and HP.
2. Investigate the antioxidant mixture witn the property of RR and HP with heat and cold reaction.
3. Identify patterns of the metabolic status of the body on stage oh its individual adaptation to low and high temperatures, to study the effectiveness of PP and CP at different stages of the experiment.
Materials and methods
We studied a mixture of "hunter" consisting of an extract of Rhodiolarosea tincture of St. John's wort and 1:5. Total dose was calculated for each individual rat, based on 100 grams of animal weight. The number of animals included in the experiment -70 individuals.
To confirm the effectiveness of the antioxidant action of the mixture of RR and HP conducted a series of experiments with the introduction of carbon tetrachloride in laboratory animals upon activation of lipid peroxidation by oscheprinyatoy procedure [Archakov AI, 1975].
To evaluate the antioxidant activity determined by lipid peroxidation products and factors affecting their accumulation. The content of diene conjugates, lipid hydroperoxide, malondialdehyde, investigated by the method developed ID Steel (1977), On the antioxidant activity viewtocopherol content [RZ Kiselevich (1972) ].
To study the protective effect of a mixture of RR and HP during cold and heat exposure in experimental animals was determined physical performance (while sailing and performance on a treadmill), biochemical parameters. Experiments were performed on 25 rats.Heat and cold adaptive response of animals when administered to see art the PP and CP were studied in models of prolonged cold and heat. This applied klimatokamera company «Fentron» (GDR) for the reaction of cold and klimatokamera company «BINDER GmbH »(Germany) - for the thermal reaction.
Results of the study
It is experimentally proved the effectiveness of the antioxidant action of the mixture of RR and HP in warm-blooded animals when administered carbon tetrachloride Institute. Significantly increase the content of e products of lipid peroxidation (LPO) of rat blood evidence of acute carbon tetrachloride-induced liver injury. The number of GP (Rekisa lipid hydroperoxide) has increased in the blood in 2-2,2 times. The content of MDA (malondialdehyde) in the blood increased by 103%. No. DC (diene conjugates) in the blood increased by 26-28%. When administered to rats a mixture of drugs, "hunter" in a dose of 1 ml per 100 g body weight was noted to reduce the accumulation of lipid peroxidation products in the blood of experimental animals, which confirms the high antioxidant activity of the investigated products of RR and HP.
It was established experimentally that the cooling and thermal impact resistance reduces white rats to swim in all study days, especially 7 - 14 days. cold and heat reaction. When administered to experimental animals studied mixtures of RR and HP, increasing the voyage all the days of the experiment. So at 7 - 14 day experiment in rats after cold exposure the average length of the voyage was 1 40 + 7.2 min during thermal exposure - 1 5 0 + 5.2 min exposure controls during cold exposure-160 + 6.2 min; during thermal exposure - 180 + 5.2 min (p <0.01).
The study of resistance to physical stress in rats by trendbane the introduction of a mixture of PP and RFP under heat and cold exposure, showed that this impact reduces resistance to fatigue in rats. If m is the length of run on trendbane rats during cold exposure in the 7-14 day of the experiment was 7.9 + 0.5 min, during exposure to heat - 9.1 + 0.5 minutes while under the influence of rats studied product mixture during thermal exposure time increased to 18.5 + 2.1 min and cold exposure, 16.7 + 1.2 min respectively. Duration spine running intact rats during the experiment f virtually unchanged and was 12.2 + 2.0 min in the studied period. Conclusion
It was established experimentally that the duration cooling and thermal influence the activation of lipid peroxidation, as evidenced by the increase holding of lipid peroxidation products in the blood of rats. Introduction of a mixture of drugs RR and HP at a dose of 1 to 100 g weight of animals reduces the amount of peroxide oxidation of lipids in the blood of animals, thereby expediting the development of the second stage of adaptation and preventing exclusion.
When administered to rats studied mixture of drugs their RR and HP at a dose of 1 ml per 100 g um animal mass a period of prolonged cold and heat stress relief observed adaptation tion to cold and heat, as well as anti-oxidant found the mixture of RR and HP, manifested by decreased production of products Comrade lipid peroxidation in the blood of experimental animals.
Thus, we have proved effective correction cold and thermal stresses in the experimental use of a new mixture of drugs from the RR and HP. References
