bundle (IBLB) branch block took place at 12,5 teens with a CCLV that is also reliable more often than at a PAVV (2%) (p<0,05). Reliable differences were available in ECG terminating complex characteristics. Violation of processes of repolarization (VPR) met in 60% of cases at a combination a PAVV and CCLV (p<0,01).
Analysis of detection of ECG abnormalities depending on the severity of DCT leads to the conclusion about the growth of dysregulation, dysfunction of synoatrial zone and dysrhytmia which is parallel to the increase of DCT in manifestations.
Correlation between a number of violations of an electrogenesis and dysplastic changes of heart is authentic: with increase of DCT's signs the frequency of identification of signs of a dysregulation of a cardiac rhythm and conduction (R=0,31; p=0,005) increases.
Conclusions
The carried out analysis of data of ECG in the examined teens allows to allocate group of the changes associated with a syndrome of DCT to which it's related migration of pacemarker of a rhythm on auricles, extra systole, a syndrome of an early repolarization of ventricles (SERV), a smoothness and inversion of a segment of ST and the wave of T and incomplete left bundle branch block. The obtained data testifying to close connection of dysplastic changes of heart with various changes of ECG in teens, say that they are threatened on development of these violations.

Summary. The increase of adaptation capabilities of a person to the damaging effect of cold with the help of pharmacological medicine is important at prophylaxis of different diseases and pathologies development. In experimental conditions the possibility to correct free radical lipid oxidation of rats' organism membranes was studied with the oral introduction of the tincture made of birch, nettle and plantain leaves. It is established that daily cold influence during three hours contributes to the increase of lipid hydroperoxides level, of diene conjugate, of malonic dialdehyde against the decrease of antioxidant system activity in the blood of animals under experiment. The introduction of the tincture to rats in the conditions of cold influence contributes to the reliable decrease in the blood of lipid hydroperoxides by 19%, of diene conjugates - by 13%, malonic dialdehyde - by 18%o in comparison with the rats of the control group. So, the application of the mentioned tincture in the conditions of long influence of cold on the organism of animals under experiment leads to the stabilization of the processes of peroxidation against the increase of antioxidant system activity.
Key words: the tincture of birch, nettle and plantain leaves, cold stress, biological membranes lipid peroxidation, products of peroxidation (lipid hydroperoxides, diene conjugates, malonic dialdehyde), antioxidant system.
In recent years, strong evidence that oxidative degradation that occurs as a result of excess accumulation of oxidation products, can cause "oxidative stress", which is a result of the general non-specific response of cells and the organism to external influences, in particular, to cold stress [2, 3]. In this case, the cells and tissues of a change in the ratio between the steady-state levels of antioxidants and pro-oxidants, and as a single cold exposure, and multiple cooling of animals leads to the activation of peroxidation processes with an increase in the number of primary and secondary products of lipid peroxidation (LPO) [1]. In connection with this study the possibility of correction of lipid peroxidation of membranes under cold stress introduction of infusion based on the collection of nettle leaves, birch and plantain is of interest because the raw materials used for the preparation of infusions, available technology for cost-effective, wide range of applications [4].
Materials and methods. The experiment was carried out on white mongrel male rats weighing 150-200 g for 21 days. Cooling of the animals was carried out every day in klimatokamery «Fentron» (Germany), creating a temperature range - 150C is in compliance with the appropriate conditions of humidity and ventilation. The animals were divided into 3 groups, each consisting of 15 animals: group 1 - intact rats, which were kept in standard vivarium conditions, group 2 - control, where animals were exposed to the cold for 3 hours daily; group 3 - where the animals before cooling (exposure time - 3 hours) was orally administered daily by collecting the infusion of nettle leaves, birch, and plantain in a dose of 5 ml/kg. Slaughtered by decapitation was performed on day 22. The intensity of lipid peroxidation was evaluated by examining the content of lipid hydroperoxide (HP), conjugated diene (CD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and the components of the antioxidant system (AOS) - ceruloplasmin, vitamin E, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, catalase in the blood of animals. Statistical analysis was performed using Student's test (t) using the Statistica v.6.0. Results were considered significant at p<0,05.
Results and discussion. Cold, being a powerful pro-oxidant factor that contributes to the activation of lipid peroxidation of membranes in the control animals, as evidenced by a reliable increase in peroxidation products in the blood of rats in relation to similar indicators in the intact group (HP - 20%, DC - 29%, MDA - 21,5%) to reduce the background activity of the main components AOS: ceruloplasmin - 22%,vitamin E - 17%, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase -16,5%, catalase - 27%. The study of antioxidant activity of infusion based on the collection of nettle leaves, birch, plantain showed that the introduction phytocombination cooled animals prevents the accumulation of toxic products in the radical nature: compared with the control group level HP fell by 19%, DC - 13%, MDA - 18%. In the rats, the intake of the present increase in activity occurred AOS: the content of ceruloplasmin in the blood was significantly higher at 22%, vitamin E - 19%, catalase - by 18%. Thus, the administration of infusion based on phytocombination peroxidation contributes to the stabilization process in warm-blooded animals, as natural antioxidants that are part of our study of plants, are multicomponent systems with complex and diverse nature of the interaction between the components that plug into a physiological antioxidant system of the cell, integrating with her and forming new relationships and interactions between all system components, resulting in a normalization of homeostasis and increase the efficiency of adaptive mechanisms in warm-blooded animals in conditions of cold stress.
Conclusions.
1. The impact of cold on the body of experimental animals contributes to the formation of oxidative stress in terms of accumulation of products of radical nature and the reduction of the main components of AOS in the blood of rats.
2. The use of the present experiment, based on the collection of nettle leaves, birch, andplantainreduces the intensity of peroxidation of membranes, as evidenced by decrease in the amount of primary and secondary products of lipid peroxidation accompanied by increased activity of the main components of AOS in the blood of experimental animals under conditions of cold stress.

Abstracts: Research, educational and sanitary program in the Russian Federation "PERSPECTIVA" (Prevention of cardiovascular risk in patients with hypertension, ischemic heart disease, atherosclerosis, and hyperlipidemia, heart rhythm disturbances. Reduction of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality in Russian Federation), initiated by the National Society, "Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation" a group of 44 ambulatory patients with AH was organized.
Key words: arterial hypertension, PERSPECTIVA,Indap.
The term "arterial hypertension" refers to symptoms of high blood pressure (BP) in "hypertensive disease" and "symptomatic arterial hypertension." Arterial hypertension (AH) - is a condition in which systolic blood pressure is 140 mm Hg. or higher and / or diastolic blood pressure - 90 mm Hg. or higher in persons who don't receive antihypertensive therapy. The term "hypertonic disease" (HD), proposed by GF Lang in 1948, corresponds to the term used in other countries, as the concept of "essential hypertension". The term HD means chronic disease. The main manifestation of it is arterial hypertension which is not associated with the presence of pathological processes which increase blood pressure due to the well-known, in modern conditions causes (symptomatic AH) which are often eliminated. Due to the fact that HD is a heterogeneous disease, which has fairly distinct clinical - pathological variants with significantly different mechanisms in the initial stages of development, the term "arterial hypertension" is often used in the scientific literature instead of the term "hypertonic disease". Despite the efforts of scientists, doctors and public health authorities arterial hypertension in Russia remains one of the most significant medical and social problems. This is due both to the prevalence of the disease (about 40% of the adult population of Russia has elevated blood pressure) and to the fact that arterial hypertension is a major risk factor for the main cardio - vascular diseases: coronary heart disease occurs - 4.5 times more frequently among patients with arterial hypertension, myocardial infarction and stroke (stroke - 9.8 times more often), which mainly determine the high mortality rate in the country. In the West less than 30% of patients are properly controled. In Russia - only 5.7% of men and 17.5% of women.According to the surveys conducted in the framework of the Federal target program "Prevention and treatment of arterial hypertension in the Russian Federation", the prevalence of arterial hypertension among the population over the past 10 years virtually didn't change and made at 39.5%. Knowledge of hypertensive patients about the presence of the disease rose to 77.9%.
