The Republic of Uzbekistan goes on the way of building a legal democratic society and pays special attention to the spiritual formation of its citizens, especially the younger generation and the future generation of professionals. Educators of educational institutions are armed with the national independence and have the skills of bringing it to every citizen's consciousness. Establishment of competent personality has always been an essential requirement and main objective of social society. Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan has set the task of establishing citizens of the new democratic state in front of educational institutions. Naturally, in the context of modern educational reform, the education of a competent person plays an important role. In today's rapidly developing world, science and technology are rapidly growing. Progress in every aspect is ahead. In particular, great changes are made in science, and significant achievements are achieved. One of the main requirements of today's education is the delivery of each science to students using new innovative pedagogical techniques. Especially after the adoption of the Resolution of the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Abduganievich Karimov from 18.12.2012, PR 1875, our country has become more focused on foreign language teaching and learning. A new stage in foreign language teaching has begun in our country. In the process of teaching foreign language courses, it is required to use advanced pedagogical technologies, interactive, innovative methods and communication. New methods and requirements have been developed in our country in accordance with the European Framework of Reference for Foreign Language Teaching and Evaluation of Teachers' Knowledge and Skills (CEFR). She has created textbooks for general education schools and vocational colleges. In accordance with these requirements, the training rooms are equipped with stands and new information and communication technologies. The demand for foreign language learning is increasing day by day. Foreign language is divided into four dimensions (reading, listening, speaking and speaking), and each of them has a special understanding and skill. Education technology is the most effective use of modern information technology in this learning process. It also envisages increasing the quality and
effectiveness of education through the introduction of modern innovation technologies in the education process. In particular, the use of such information and communication technologies in learning a foreign language has many advantages. The role of modern technology is remarkable in language learning and teaching. The use of technological means helps to learn every aspect of learning a foreign language (reading, listening, listening, and speaking). For example, it is impossible to perform this process without a computer, player or CD. Listening comprehension is one of the most important parts of language learning. At the same time, a student is required to speak at the same time the pronunciation of the speaker, observe grammatical rules, pay attention to the richness of words and its meaning. The use of modern technologies in the learning process is an important factor in the ability of students to know and use information and communication technologies. Teaching and learning foreign languages with modern technology is one of the most effective ways to learn. In this process, you can:
- read a movie while watching movies, movies, or cartoons in a foreign language;
- Listen and watch foreign radio broadcasts and TV programs;
- the use of magnetos and cassettes, which are quite traditional;
- CD players can be used. Using these techniques will help students to learn a foreign language more effectively and effectively. In the process of globalization, it is hard to imagine our lives without the Internet. One of the most effective ways to use it effectively during learning and teaching a foreign language. There is an opportunity to communicate with foreign-language speakers online. E-mail writing skills can be improved. The most important issue is to increase the interest of the learners in the foreign language through the use of modern and communicative technologies in the educational process, and to increase their effectiveness. This will give the opportunity to use innovative educational technologies and increase the demand. Today, there are several ways to apply innovative learning technologies. If you use them in a wide variety of topics in the classroom, the lesson will be more effective and you will be encouraged to increase your students' interest in the lesson. Increasing the effectiveness of education through the introduction and implementation of innovations in the learning process. The use of different roles and games in teaching foreign languages can also increase the interest in language learning. Working with couples or small groups helps students communicate with others. The use of graphic organizers in the learning process is one of the most important issues in covering the topic and delivering it to students. You can also use several different graphic organizers to highlight a theme.
Using foreign graphics techniques, it is desirable to describe new words and grammatical rules. It is easier for them to keep in mind if they are given through graphic organizers. The use of different tables in the foreign language teaching process is also great. Using the tables in the learning process, students can build up a new grammar point, for example, using words that are commonly used.
Efficient use of modern information technology and innovative learning technologies in the learning process at a time when the need for foreign language learning is high is that it is effective. Innovative educational technologies have been used effectively in their educational process.

Annotation: The article aims to cover asphalt-bamboo coatings, which are of great importance when constructing highways.

The phenomenon of road phenomenon has a unique place in the development of humanity and contributes to the improvement of living standards. Roads are ranked first among all transport networks used on the ground according to their "compactness".
Highway - motorized vehicle engineering. The highway is divided into international, state (local) and local roads. The International Highway includes roads linking countries, large industrial centers and major economic significance. Public roads are roads connecting major industrial centers, major railway stations, pristan and others, and local roads include regional, village, community roads. The motor road engineering consists of the following elements: ground floor; roadbed; carriageway; roadside; sun'-smell and linear structures and other equipment. The highway consists of natural or soil extensions, basements and coatings. The base (middle layer) is sand, gravel, stone, shale and shah. material is made from 133.
