INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY - DEVELOPMENT OF TRAINING

EFFECTIVENESS

Annotation: In this article highlights innovative activity in the education, importance of innovation methods and its role of the effectiveness of teaching process.

Key words: education system, education, innovative activity, education technologies, teaching process.

Innovative activity involves a pedagogical creative approach to the acquisition of existing forms and means of improvement of professional skills. The student learning activities and management of innovative activities are important. However, it is impossible to develop individual ability, creativity and innovation in all students. Innovation-based teaching is part of the curriculum as a separate subject, but it does not provide for the overall involvement of future staff in innovative activities.

In particular, in line with the state innovation scientific and technical program in the framework of priorities identified in these laws (innovation economy development, development of renewable energy sources, information and communication technologies development, medicine and pharmacology, etc.), several innovative projects enlarged. Of course, in the implementation of such innovative projects, the advanced staff is very important. When a child enters school, it leads to a change in their social role and leading type of activity. The child's social and intellectual status in the future depends on how quickly and fully they integrate into the educational process. Therefore, this process should not be left out of the close attention of teachers, psychologists and parents. There are various methods for diagnosing the adaptation of first-graders to school, allowing you to determine the success of this process.

In particular, improving the system of continuous education in the country, raising to a qualitatively new level, introducing advanced pedagogical technologies and increasing the effectiveness of education has become a state policy. With the adoption of the Law "On Education" and the "National Program for Personnel Training", the foundation for training modern cadres has been created through a continuous education system. The pedagogical concept developed on the basis of them is based on innovative activity, which is fundamentally different from traditional pedagogy. Effective implementation of the innovative personnel's personnel activity depends on a number of

circumstances, and the implementation of the dynamics of conflict and mutual enrichment of different views. Preparation of specialist staff for innovative activity can be carried out in two directions:

• Formation of innovative ideas for innovation;

• training in a new way of doing things.

Innovative activity involves a pedagogical creative approach to the acquisition of existing forms and means of improvement of professional skills. The student learning activities and management of innovative activities are important. However, it is impossible to develop individual ability, creativity and innovation in all students. Innovation-based teaching is part of the curriculum as a separate subject, but it does not provide for the overall involvement of future staff in innovative activities. However, this science is the basis for acquaintance with the scientific bases of this activity, to significantly increase the number of specialists with the potential for independent creativity in this area, and to help the remaining students to evaluate created innovations correctly and to effectively promote their work through reproductive activity. Teacher self-activization, creativity, self-knowledge and creativity are of great importance. The key to entering news is to create a new environment for dialogue. The new state of the dialogue is the ability of the teacher to create his own independence position, the pedagogical science in the world, and the new relationship that he has. Innovative activity of a teacher is aimed at changing the reality, solving its problems and methods. Innovation is based on the following main functions:

- intelligent analysis of professional activity;

- critical approach to norms;

- professional News;

- to have creative creative approach to the world;

- to realize their potential in the professional life of their lifestyle and aspirations. Thus, the teacher is the author, developer, researcher, user and propagator of pedagogical technologies, theories, concepts. At the same time, the need for teachers to innovate in the conditions of society, culture and education is determined by the following:

- socio-economic renewal requires a radical renewal of the education system, methodology, and the teaching process technology. In these circumstances, the innovative activity of the teacher will be the creation, acquisition and use of pedagogical innovations;

- Humanization of the content of education, constant search for new organizational forms and technologies of the teacher;

- Changing the attitude of the teacher towards the acquisition and application of pedagogical innovation.

The main purpose of innovation in the learning process is to get the highest result from the spent funds or power. Unlike many other self-helping innovations, innovation is a regulated and controlled change mechanism.

Analysis of the innovative activity of the teacher requires the use of certain methods that determine the effectiveness of innovation. Such norms include

innovation, optimism, high efficiency, and creative application of innovation in mass experiments.

Today, the most important prerequisite for increasing the effectiveness of teaching in a continuing education system is a systematic approach to the learning process and a diverse pedagogical activity. At the same time modern pedagogical technology - the systematic approach, demonstrates the interaction of human potential and technical tools needed to facilitate the forms of training, its results and objective assessment. Clarifying the educational objectives, the different ways and methods used in teaching and learning processes, the deepening of the content of education and training processes - all of which implies improving the performance of educational institutions. However, there is no limit to the improvement. Thus, pedagogical technologies and pedagogical skills are also boundless concepts. The more it searches and the more initiative it seems to be. That's the simplest and most basic thing to teach.

The role of intellectual work in globalization and the Internet is primarily the age of XXI, and the development of life never stops. Therefore, thanks to the modernization based economy and new technologies, we will ultimately increase the competitiveness of the country and ensure the welfare of our people.

Innovative analysis includes not only the use of modern science and technology achievements, but also the search, creation, adaptation, implementation of innovations and re-examining the results. In general, the innovative approach includes innovative approaches, creative activity, technological and methodological preparation for innovation, new thinking, culture of communication.
