Annotation: The purpose of this article highlights of innovation in education are renowned for their quality technologies that develop in all programs of the Uzbek education. This is a critical level of development of our society.

Innovative activity involves a pedagogical creative approach to the acquisition of existing forms and means of improvement of professional skills. The student learning activities and management are important in organizing innovative activities. However, it is impossible to develop individual ability, creativity and innovation in all students. Innovation-based teaching is part of the curriculum as a separate subject, but it does not provide for the overall involvement of future staff in innovative activities.

Innovation activity is gradually becoming the main mechanism for the development of the vocational education system. It is focused not so much on the transfer of constantly outdated knowledge to students, but on the mastery of new technologies and methods that enable them to constantly receive, master and use continuously updated information. The purpose of such an activity is to purposefully transform educational practices by creating, distributing and mastering new educational subsystems and their components.

The development of innovation in vocational education is based on the following provisions.

A systematic approach to the organization of continuous learning based on the restructuring of the content and optimization of teaching methods, taking into account the processes of continuity and integration in education and with the aim of creating a coherent, optimally operating and dynamically developing system. An organically coherent system is an organizational and orderly system with developed internal and purposefully established external relations, new integral qualities that were not found in interconnected subsystems. The dynamic development of such a system is understood to be pedagogically organized purposeful movement of the system from the summative level, when educational institutions are consecutive, poorly related stages of continuous education, to an organically coherent state characterized by the integration of their main components and main parameters.

Innovation is based on the following main functions:

- intelligent analysis of professional activity;

- critical approach to norms;

- Professional News;

- to have creative creative approach to the world;

- to realize their potential in the professional life of their lifestyle and aspirations. Thus, the teacher is the author, developer, researcher, user and propagator of pedagogical technologies, theories, concepts.

One of the main directions of innovation activities of educational institutions is the establishment of the interaction of vocational education and production, which will allow to solve the following tasks:

- ensuring the functioning of the vocational education system as an important factor in the quantitative and qualitative development of the country's labor potential, constant renewal in the economy and society;

- improving the content of education in order to increase the efficiency of using specialists, developing their professional competence and mobility;

- changing the management system of educational institutions in accordance with market mechanisms;

- the introduction of new types and technologies of training (on-the-job training, "credit education" as a combination of training and practice, modular training, etc.);

- finding ways to better use vocational education for training various categories of the population, including the disabled, women with children, people released from places of detention, in accordance with their individual characteristics;

- development of a support system for continuous in-house training, differentiated for large, medium and small enterprises;

- a significant improvement in retraining, as teachers of vocational educational institutions, and employees of enterprises through the introduction of various forms of interaction.

Analysis of available documentary sources suggests that in order to ensure communication with production, vocational education should feel itself an integral part of the economic system, one of its structural components, the content of which is largely determined by the trends in the development of production.

As shown by practical observations, at the present time, managers of enterprises are developing a new system of requirements for specialists. They need people who could combine in their work the activities of two or three "narrow" specialists - we need generalists who would cope with problematic tasks, find a way out of difficult production situations. Employers are interested not only in the professional qualifications of graduates, but also in their personal and functional qualities, such as good breeding, a certain level of general culture, etc. The assessment of the labor market shows the demand for such qualities of a specialist as ordinary endurance, discipline, ability to control oneself in difficult and sometimes extreme situations.

In this case, each specific educational institution in its innovative activities can solve as separate tasks: the formation of a new mechanism for managing the educational institution; development of educational services; improvement of the content and methodological support of educational programs; development of social partnership; improvement of educational technologies; and the whole complex of

tasks: the creation of a system of quality specialist training; modernization of educational and laboratory and practical base; the formation of continuing professional education; the creation of a system of advanced training and retraining of professional and pedagogical personnel; creating a system of educational work with students and their parents.

The role of intellectual work in globalization and the Internet is primarily the age of XXI, and the development of life never stops. Therefore, thanks to the modernization based economy and new technologies, we will ultimately increase the competitiveness of the country and ensure the welfare of our people.

Innovative analysis includes not only the use of modern science and technology achievements, but also the search, creation, adaptation, implementation of innovations and re-examining the results. In general, the innovative approach includes innovative approaches, creative activity, technological and methodological preparation for innovation, new thinking, culture of communication.
