ABSTRACT

Drawing on theoretical frameworks, empirical research, and practical applications, this thesis offers recommendations for educators seeking to create inclusive learning environments that respect and celebrate cultural diversity.

INTRODUCTION

This thesis explores the importance of cultural sensitivity in English language education and examines how psychological insights can inform teaching practices aimed at promoting cross-cultural understanding. By understanding the psychological factors that influence intercultural communication, educators can design instructional strategies that foster empathy, respect, and appreciation for cultural diversity among language learners.
