Choosing a profession is the goal of many. It is also the task of the educator to form his competencies in the selection on the basis of interdisciplinary integration. In particular, the ability of school students to always choose the right profession in the future depends on the cooperation of the school psychologist, class teacher and, of course, parents. However, the collaboration of a psychologist, educator, teacher and, of course, parents will help the student to determine the right direction in life. In the article, the author discusses them.

INTEGRATION

Choosing a profession is the goal of many. It is also the task of the educator to form his competencies in the selection on the basis of interdisciplinary integration. In particular, the ability of school students to always choose the right profession in the future depends on the cooperation of the school psychologist, class teacher and, of course, parents. However, the collaboration of a psychologist, educator, teacher and, of course, parents will help the student to determine the right direction in life. In the article, the author discusses them.

What is a profession?

A profession is a type of activity that places certain demands on a person.

The concept of career guidance is a specific pedagogical work aimed at the conscious and free choice of students, the correct definition of the career path of professions and trades.

The essence of vocational guidance is the conditions for the comprehensive and harmonious development of the younger generation in preparation for a conscious choice of profession.

Career orientation is the pedagogical process of the student's full development as a person who rationally limits his needs, and is not only a pedagogical self-consciously self-regulating of external socially connected thinking and behavior..

Theoretical conditions of career and career guidance is a set of different views, ideas and perceptions aimed at the effective organization of career guidance activities. It is about directing young people to careers that are relevant to their personal interests, abilities and talents, and that are relevant to society.

Defines it as the ability to transform the learner into a means of shaping personality, taking into account the guidelines. with the requirements of the pedagogical norm in which it is implemented. Competences are divided into the following types - special and professional competencies (in the field of science taught); - Methodological competence (in the field of ways to develop knowledge, skills and abilities of students); - socio-psychological competence (in the field of communication processes); -Differential psychological competence (on the motives, abilities, direction of students); - reflection of autopsychological competence or pedagogical activity (in the field of advantages and disadvantages of their activity and personality). In the modern world, in order to become a professional teacher, a teacher must, on the one hand, constantly learn, engage in self-education, and on the other hand, show himself in pedagogical activities. In the process of self-awareness, the teacher enters into a mastery-gift relationship.
